Initially the air con didn’t work. Then once it did it was noisy. No windows to open made it really uncomfortable. The kettle fell apart full of boiling water, spilling water all over. No breakfast included for an already expensive night way. On check in a £50 holding deposit was meant to be taken and the receptionist took £192…..
