I have stayed at many VRBOs and I’ve always given a 5 star positive review. This time I can’t do it. Positives about the house: when I called the owner about the bathrooms needing a deep clean and a drain needing to be snaked, she sent someone right over. The house is large and easily accommodated a wedding group. The mattresses are pretty comfortable and the sheets are nice and there was plenty of hot water.The negatives: the house and furnishings need major updating. You’ll need to bring your own toilet paper, dishwasher soap, baking pans and trays, paper towels, spatula…the kitchen is sparsely stocked. We thought some of the bath towels were cleaning rags but couldn’t find other towels. The house is centrally located but right by the Mayo St. Mary’s heliport. The house has a lot of potential.

Convenient location. Plenty of space for privacy. Our whole family was here for 5 days for my husband’s heart surgery at Mayo. Owners were very accommodating with our family’s situation. The number of people fluctuated through the week and owners were very accommodating to our family needs. Highly recommend and will stay here again if needed. Thank you.

We were in Rochester for a wedding and this house was perfect to accommodate 2 families - lots of rooms and bathrooms so everyone had enough space. It was a great location to everything we needed. The owners were very responsive. Jenny
