Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Proximity to the riverwalk as well as the beach were great. Comfy place with nice amenities. Loved having a kitchen for that fabulous price. Property manager was very responsive. We were a little taken aback by the construction going on right outside the house but that was basically out of their control. Just surprised by it and bummed about how early it started - 7am!!Overall, highly recommend!

My wife and I are both retired and can afford to stay anywhere, but we also appreciate the value of a great find. We prefer unique places like this over the obvious high-end options where you’re paying for a certain level of luxury. While this home isn’t a five-star resort, neither is the price—and for what we paid, it far exceeded our expectations.Built in 1912, the house has plenty of historic charm and was clean, comfortable, and well-situated. We stayed for four nights and walked to downtown Wilmington every day and night, feeling completely safe while strolling through the beautiful historic neighborhood. If you’re looking for a well-priced stay that delivers more than you’d expect for the cost, this is a great choice. We’d absolutely stay here again!
