We went to Wilmington to visit old friends a bike! The house is close to the Greenway and centrally located between the beach and historic district. Beds are comfy and house well appointed. TV’s work great. Very roomy and outdoor space private and was good for hosting our friends.

Duplex was immaculate and very spacious. It also had a nice garden and sitting area in back. The location was very convenient to everything; however, the street was very quiet. I would definitely stay again if vacationing in that area!

Perfect location for visiting my college daughters. Very clean, comfortable beds, easy check in and out process, safe area. Backyard area very welcoming and cute. Kitchen has bare minimum but I made do. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Less than 10 minutes to UNCW. Super cozy feel overall.

I booked my Wilminton trip originally for Spring Break, but I had to move my stay since my son was sick. The owners made the transition easy and were very accommodating. One the second go around everything was seamless and communication was great. My son and I loved our stay and were amazed by the setting. The koi pond and backyard oasis were so relaxing. I loved having my morning coffee out there. The house is clean and beautiful. It was the perfection location to get the downtown experience as well as take a trip to the beach. I loved it and I can’t wait to go back.

My mom and I went to look at homes for my son who will be relocating in the summer. We were hardly at the house, but each time we arrived it felt so welcoming. I loved the sound of the water fountain at night. So relaxing. The attention to detail was so nice. A basket with snack, the make-up remover wipes for us ladies and just the cleanliness overall was so much appreciated. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home.

This duplex is a beautiful, relaxing place to stay in the heart of Wilmington. The house is comfortable, well furnished, and very clean. The hosts couldn't be nicer. This place was lovely, spacious and immaculate. It looks just like the pictures. It was spacious with a lovely flow from the the bedroom area to the living room, dining room, kitchen and a fabulous garden that can sit 12, where I enjoyed my morning coffee All the amenities were there - the two bright reading lamps in the bedrooms, multiple USB ports, good WiFi, and plenty of sockets, plenty of hangers, etc. We were three adults and could comfortably spread out and read or work. This was much more cost effective and comfortable than renting two hotel rooms. There were 2 bedrooms and a large shared bath. The garden is a must see. I wish we could have spent a few nights instead of just one.

We had easy communication with the hosts and and we were delighted with the rental. It was in close proximity to the college, UNCW, grocery stores and the beach. The owners made sure we had fresh soaps and amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. We enjoyed our time on the back patio as well. Everything was excellent. We would definitely return here again!

This location is perfect between historic downtown and the beaches. Even an easy drive to the ferry to Southport and back. Very nice house and Ada was very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Positively charming property! Had a minor issue with the door code, but Ada responded immediately with a new code. She also checked the next day to make sure we had everything we needed. My sister and I plan to stay there again in the near future.

Have already communicated with our hosts who were extremely responsive. The house was in a great location. Easy to get anywhere around the area. It had just about everything you would need. And the hosts were great to work with. Would highly recommend it.

Perfect location, beautiful home & yard. The home had everything we needed and had plenty of room to cook in the kitchen and hang out in the living room. Quiet street, but close to everything and convenient to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Overall the space was great. Very clean, open, and spacious. The outdoor seating area made a grat place to relax in the morning with breakfast. The kitchen had coplete cookware and utensils including ones specifically for the kids. Having a dishwasher and washer and dryer were great. Every detail seemed thought through. Very impressed with this space and Wilmington Vacation Homes!

The house is great! It was too cold to enjoy the outside, but the inside was so comfortable. It was very clean, coffee pods available as well as a snack basket. The location is great with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen was equipped with good pans and the appliances were sparkling.
