Two bedrooms Home Duplex in Historic Downtown lakeland

Great, quiet location, carport parking, and very clean.

First and foremost the owner Edgar communicated really well with us and we felt comfortable that any issues would be dealt with promptly. Thr place itself is not exactly luxury but the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. It was a short walk to a beautiful lake with all kinds of birds and a really nice little restaurant, "the peach cafe" and ice cream. One warning I would have is the bedroom doorways are not high and very tall people may hit their head but its a small thing.Thanks Edgar for a great stay for me and my son

5 rooms each one one two two inches higher than the one you came out. Stubbed my done badly enough to go to ready med.No dish washer and guest were suppose to wash their own prior to leaving. Glasses were not clean let alone sanitizedWater pressure turn very low and take over 5 minutes to take a warm showerone bathroom with shower only. Toilet seat loose and toilet paper dispenser falling of the wall. End of the front sofa has nail stick out of the carpet that could not be seen until stepped on in bare feet.Windows inside and out dirty especially in between windows Unit number not clearly noted on confirmation

The apt was close to everything and in a cute neighborhood

Clean unit. Very good communication and easy check in and check out. I rented a pick up truck and the parking was too small for that but would have worked for a mid size car
