Fantastic new large home. It was a perfect size for our family of 7 adults and 4 young children. The media room with popcorn machine and video game controllers was a huge hit as was the fire pit where we made s’mores. Everything was so clean and new. Beds were comfortable. The owner was super responsive and helpful. So many extra touches like a basket of toys, DVD’s, welcome snacks, soaps and shampoos, popcorn and s’more skewers, a pack n play, high chair and use of the double car garage were all provided. Great location near restaurants and shopping. Best VRBO experience we’ve ever had!

Beautiful property. The host did not forget a thing. Extremely clean and everything you need to cook is available. The theatre is amazing! The kids were in it anytime we were home. The decor is perfect! Beds were very comfortable. The host was great with communication and suggested things to do and places to try nearby. We really appreciate how gracious he was. The backyard is set up with beautiful comfortable furniture. We didnt get to use it but a propane grill is available. comfortable enjoyable stay and we will be back! Thank you!

Such a great property!! They deliver what they advertise and more. Lots of extra welcoming touches and conveniences. They were flexible to work with us and our crazy wedding weekend schedule. The kitchen is well stocked and instructions for your stay and checkout are shared clearly. The theater room is super fun and the movie posters are a fun touch! Their communication was welcoming and they were quick to respond to messages. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mike's property--everything was just as pictured. We appreciated the comfortable beds, welcome snacks and waters, tourism info and great communication with the host. The home theater area with comfy recliners was an added bonus. This home is in a really convenient location, close to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee. We also liked being able to use the garage to park vehicles and store wedding necessities. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Beautiful location, the theatre room is amazing (better than going to a theatre). 3 stories, but nice staircases with good rails and carpet. Deep bathtub in main bath and nice large shower in master (even included robes to wear). Kids loved it.

As a large family and wedding party we planned to stay at a big VRBO in Tacoma for my daughter's wedding. However, the owners' canceled due to water main damage, last minute. Mike was so accommodating, responsive and flexible, even allowing us to host a rehearsal dinner. All our guests commented about how well appointed , comfortable and clean the house was. We especially loved the outdoor fire pit and movie room! I would highly recommend this as a place to stay!

My husband and I as well as our daughters and their families drove up from California to celebrate my Dad’s 90th birthday. This house was perfect for our family of eleven. Extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. The theater room was a big hit for watching movies and playing video games. We would definitely love to stay here for future visits.

The house was big enough for our large group (7 adults and 4 kids). Plenty of room and parking. The host checked in on us and made sure we were comfortable. Family enjoyed the movie room and popcorn. We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and very easy to get to. We found the neighborhood quiet with lots of places to walk. There is a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier from the theater room. We would rent this place again.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's property. Communication and check in was clear and easy. House was very clean and just as pictured. The kids loved the movie theater and the adults loved the back patio. We were especially grateful for the spacious master bedroom, bath and walk in closet as we were many people preparing for a wedding. Access to the nearby playground was also a plus so that the kids could run around! We even had a mishap with losing the garage door opener and Michael was helpful and understanding in getting it resolved. We had a lovely time, and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this beautiful home! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. The host Mike was amazing! He was very responsive, respectful, and always checked in and made sure we had everything needed! He even reached out regarding items we left behind accidentally which was so thoughtful and appreciative. The location was perfect and the home was overall the best. We truly enjoyed our stay. We’re so grateful for the experience and the hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone! Well worth it!

The home smelled and looked exceptionally clean. It was well equipped for our children with tons of room to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and the parks were fun to have close by. We were in town visiting family, and Michael accommodated a very last minute change to our schedule. We'll stay there again in a heartbeat!

We were a larger group, with family members coming in from all over the US. The home was very spacious and accommodating for us, it was great to have a large area from us to cook meals and hang out in. The house was very clean and the little touches all over the house were very thoughtful and made us feel right at home. Communication with the host about getting into the property and throughout the stay were also appreciated!

Not a lot of parking in the neighborhood, but two spots in the garage and two spots outside was plenty. Owner/manager was really nice and helpful.

We had a great experience in this house! We stayed here for my sisters wedding weekend. The movie room was a great place for us girls to watch movies the night before the wedding. Our stay at Michael's property was absolutely amazing! Everything about it was simply fantastic. The home was perfect for our needs, with plenty of space, and so comfortable. Nice seating outside for eating, an incredible home theater, a view of he mountain through an upstairs window, a nicely stocked kitchen with spices for cooking, excellent host communication... I can't say enough good about how magical it was for our family!

Such a great property!! They deliver what they advertise and more. Lots of extra welcoming touches and conveniences. They were flexible to work with us and our crazy wedding weekend schedule. The kitchen is well stocked and instructions for your stay and checkout are shared clearly. The theater room is super fun and the movie posters are a fun touch! Their communication was welcoming and they were quick to respond to messages. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!!!!

The home smelled and looked exceptionally clean. It was well equipped for our children with tons of room to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and the parks were fun to have close by. We were in town visiting family, and Michael accommodated a very last minute change to our schedule. We'll stay there again in a heartbeat!

As a large family and wedding party we planned to stay at a big VRBO in Tacoma for my daughter's wedding. However, the owners' canceled due to water main damage, last minute. Mike was so accommodating, responsive and flexible, even allowing us to host a rehearsal dinner. All our guests commented about how well appointed , comfortable and clean the house was. We especially loved the outdoor fire pit and movie room! I would highly recommend this as a place to stay!

We had a great time at this beautiful home! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. The host Mike was amazing! He was very responsive, respectful, and always checked in and made sure we had everything needed! He even reached out regarding items we left behind accidentally which was so thoughtful and appreciative. The location was perfect and the home was overall the best. We truly enjoyed our stay. We’re so grateful for the experience and the hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone! Well worth it!

The home theater area with comfy recliners was an added bonus. This home is in a really convenient location, close to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee. We also liked being able to use the garage to park vehicles and store wedding necessities. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

This property was PERFECT! We had a group of adults, teens, and littles and the space was wonderful. Lots of room and bed options, cool theater room with a fridge of goodies, popcorn maker, and candy too! We only made one meal in the kitchen since we spent time with family in the area as well, but it had what we needed including a nice selection of spices. The living room was spacious with plenty of space, and the bathrooms were spacious as well. The entire place was CLEAN with loads of personal touches throughout (the kids loved the goodies in the entry way!). Check in and out was clearly communicated, and Michael was easy to get a hold of before, during, and after our stay. The location was perfect for us as we had family in Port Orchard, Gig Harbor, and Tacoma. Allow yourself PLENTY of time to get to the airport if you happen to be flying in. It took us an hour and 20 minutes and we left at 5:30 in the MORNING! What we weren’t able to use was the park that was just around the corner, but did get a quick walk around the neighborhood in when the rain finally broke. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and hope to stay here again as well!

We came to town for a family wedding at Edlyn Farms. Perfect place to relax and stay, close to the venue, close to grocery stores and shopping. A 4 generational little get away! Two more thumbs up for the Theatre Room… you’ve outdone yourselves THANK YOU again Michael you were the perfect host!

Fantastic new large home. It was a perfect size for our family of 7 adults and 4 young children. The media room with popcorn machine and video game controllers was a huge hit as was the fire pit where we made s’mores. Everything was so clean and new. Beds were comfortable. The owner was super responsive and helpful. So many extra touches like a basket of toys, DVD’s, welcome snacks, soaps and shampoos, popcorn and s’more skewers, a pack n play, high chair and use of the double car garage were all provided. Great location near restaurants and shopping. Best VRBO experience we’ve ever had!

Beautiful property. The host did not forget a thing. Extremely clean and everything you need to cook is available. The theatre is amazing! The kids were in it anytime we were home. The decor is perfect! Beds were very comfortable. The host was great with communication and suggested things to do and places to try nearby. We really appreciate how gracious he was. The backyard is set up with beautiful comfortable furniture. We didnt get to use it but a propane grill is available. comfortable enjoyable stay and we will be back! Thank you!

We were a larger group, with family members coming in from all over the US. The home was very spacious and accommodating for us, it was great to have a large area from us to cook meals and hang out in. The house was very clean and the little touches all over the house were very thoughtful and made us feel right at home. Communication with the host about getting into the property and throughout the stay were also appreciated!

This house was awesome for our family! The host was so friendly and responsive to all questions before and during our stay. Location, location, location. This house is close to beautiful parks and going outside (on a clear day) the view is unbelievable of Mt. Rainier. Definitely will be staying here again.

A fantastic place to stay, very nice and very comfortable. The theatre room (and Xbox) was a HIGE hit.We were in town for an extended family event and this made the difference for us all. One hundred times better than a hotel.

Mike was so accommodating and communicative. He was able to grant a small request of having a Christmas tree in the home for us to use which really added to the atmosphere. The Home was very clean and the perfect size for us to have our Family Christmas. The theater room was a big hit. Would definitely book again if in the area.
