207- Luxury 3rd Ward Condo - w/ parking / exec/ family

Very nice and clean. Great location. Super trendy. Would stay again

I’ll start with the pros:The parking was great Having a washer and dryer was a plusThe cons far outweighed the pros. The bathroom has mold. I am allergic to mold so I started having symptoms. The towels all smelled musty. We went and bought our own. The apartment was pretty dirty. The stove had egg remnants on it and one of the cabinets had coffee spilled all over the shelves. It is pretty loud with the windows open which we had to do because of the mold and the smell and odor of a very strong cleaner. I’m unsure where the cleaner was used. Some of the upholstered furniture was quite worn and dirty. Orange theory gym is directly below this unit. It also gets quite loud very early in the morning. This unit is very close to the highway which also contributes to the noise level. There was a table and chairs and the chair seat wasn’t attached on one chair and all of the chairs were still covered in plastic. All faucets and door handles are loose. The list goes on…

Fantastic condo. Had a great time all the amenities we needed and great location.

This provided the perfect location to help our daughter move into her new Third Ward condo! Very convenient to the area!
