This property is beautiful. We had lots of space and everything we needed. There were so many added amenities that we enjoyed. The hot tub and roof space was wonderful. The parking is a bit of a challenge if your vehicle is larger. The pool cleaner came in and announced himself one morning...which surprised us. Still, it was a great place to stay!

We had so much fun at Dan's place. The house is beautiful from head to toe. We especially loved the living room - its a great space to hang out, many speakers and a record player. Would come back and absolutely recommend!

We stayed at this property for our girl’s weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect. They literally provided everything we could ever need. The townhouse was beautifully decorated. The rooftop hot tub was so nice and seats 6 people so it was perfect for us. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Denver. The property manager was so helpful. Quickly responded to all my texts with helpful information about the area.

Great stay. Condo was what we needed. It definitely was much better than staying at a hotel! Dan was great to work with. He was very accommodating.Our only concern was parking. We had a large vehicle that required additional external assistance to park.Thanks.

Over the years I have stayed in many vacation rentals and I can say that this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Super easy check-in, spacious accommodations, more appliances than I have in my own home, and every amenity we could have needed. We rented this property for a girls trip! The space is well maintained and kept very clean! We all met up in Denver and the space was located close enough to everything that we could explore something different each day! The home was so well equipped that we were able to cook dinner each night and enjoy each other’s company! The hot tub was clean and the perfect way to wind down after hiking, horseback riding etc! Will definitely stay here again! Also the record player and collection was a great touch! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house was clean, beautiful, and welcoming. We had everything we could need and more by way of the house. Our host was accommodating and so helpful. We were offered early check in so we could drop off our luggage; he helped troubleshoot the temperature of the hottub when we first arrived and was prompt with responses to any of our our messages. Overall our stay was a wonderful experience and we would love to come back someday.

Couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable, centrally located place to stay over our extended weekend in Denver. House was extremely clean, spacious, well-appointed and within close distance of downtown and surrounding venues such as Red Rocks Ampitheater, Coors Field, and the cute town of Golden. Our host, Dan, was fantastic. Great at communication and gave us some awesome ideas of fun, local things to do and places to eat. Would highly recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect property for our adult family (brothers and sisters) - walking distance to mile high and short uber to downtown. Well maintained and good communication - would have preferred more room on upstairs deck as opposed to the hot tub - but overall 5 stars.

The home was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The communal living space was great—beautiful LR and kitchen. The bedrooms on the third floor were excellent but in order to keep them a comfortable temperature, the ground floor bedroom was very cold and the top floor bedroom was warm. We figured out how to make it work by our last night.

Very lovely and well appointed condo. We were in Denver for a high school sporting event and chose this condo because it is close to the venue. The furnishings are new and comfortable and served our needs well. I am very impressed and grateful for the little things like shampoo and snacks and other little niceties provided. We had a good time playing the games and really enjoyed the hot tub. The only things that I would consider a draw back are lots of stairs and the thermostat. The lower level bedroom stays pretty cold but there was an extra blanket. Thank you for a great stay!

I have never stayed in a more comfortable rental (and we do a lot). First of all, the house is very clean. Communication was excellent. Will was easy to talk with and very responsive. He gave some excellent recommendations as well! He thought of absolutely everything. From forgetting a toothbrush to cooking gourmet meals, the house has everything! The kids really appreciated the snacks:) We loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the city lights and sunrise. Several evenings we just came back and had dinner and hung out instead of going out to eat or doing anything else. The location was great for us for getting to just about everywhere. We came to watch an NBA game and college lacrosse (and shopping of course). Just a few minutes to get to the Ball Arena. We could have easily walked to Mile High. We had a car, but if you wanted to you could utilize the light rail and ride share. The neighborhood was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Will was the best host I have ever had at a rental property. The thought that went into every touch in the home was superior. It was stocked with amenities and toiletries. The house was in incredible condition and designed so you could spend time in each part of the house. The best part is the rooftop with views of the mountains and a hot tub. I had a personal emergency which required me to go to the ER and he extended our check out time and was so kind about everything. He checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we need and there were no issues. I can’t stay enough good things about the property and Will. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Denver.
Will was the best host I have ever had at a rental property. The thought that went into every touch in the home was superior. It was stocked with amenities and toiletries. The house was in incredible condition and designed so you could spend time in each part of the house. The best part is the rooftop with views of the mountains and a hot tub. We were in Denver for a few days with some family, celebrating my husband's birthday and attending the Foo Fighters concert. It was a perfect location, easy walk to the stadium and quick drive to many other restaurants, breweries, and fun things to see and do. The townhome was beautiful and just as pictured with all the amenities, extras and comfort we could have hoped for. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Condo was what we needed. It definitely was much better than staying at a hotel! Dan was great to work with. He was very accommodating.Our only concern was parking. We had a large vehicle that required additional external assistance to park.Thanks.

Over the years I have stayed in many vacation rentals and I can say that this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Super easy check-in, spacious accommodations, more appliances than I have in my own home, and every amenity we could have needed. Our host, Dan was very communicative and available to assist at any time. Amazing visit to Denver!

I have never stayed in a more comfortable rental (and we do a lot). First of all, the house is very clean. Communication was excellent. Will was easy to talk with and very responsive. He gave some excellent recommendations as well! He thought of absolutely everything. From forgetting a toothbrush to cooking gourmet meals, the house has everything! The kids really appreciated the snacks:) We loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the city lights and sunrise. Several evenings we just came back and had dinner and hung out instead of going out to eat or doing anything else. The location was great for us for getting to just about everywhere. We came to watch an NBA game and college lacrosse (and shopping of course). Just a few minutes to get to the Ball Arena. We could have easily walked to Mile High. We had a car, but if you wanted to you could utilize the light rail and ride share. The neighborhood was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful spot. I really enjoyed the top floor office with plug-ins for my laptop to be able to work with a large additional screen. The hot tub was a great touch and very comfortable in the evenings. There wasn't one thing that we needed that we couldn't find or was not there. There was some construction next door but I was told about this ahead of my stay by the wonderful host and it wasn't even as bad as I thought it would be. Hardly noticed and only happened during the day. Highly recommend this for your stay, lots of space and spread out really well for friends/family to have their own space. Walking distance to plenty of options for food/coffee/drinks and a beautiful walk around the lake. Short Uber to downtown for unlimited options. Look no further, this is the place for you!

Perfect property for our adult family (brothers and sisters) - walking distance to mile high and short uber to downtown. Well maintained and good communication - would have preferred more room on upstairs deck as opposed to the hot tub - but overall 5 stars.

We had a great stay at this house. The location was the biggest reason we chose this,(close to the stadium), and it was more than we expected. Very nice ,Very clean and very hospitable. will stay here again on our next trip to Denver

This was such a comfortable place for our family of seven! Everything was lovely, and the snacks and coffee were a nice surprise. We were close to downtown, but there was not a great walking route, so we ended up driving, which was fine. Parking was not a problem.

The house was clean, beautiful, and welcoming. We had everything we could need and more by way of the house. Our host was accommodating and so helpful. We were offered early check in so we could drop off our luggage; he helped troubleshoot the temperature of the hottub when we first arrived and was prompt with responses to any of our our messages. Overall our stay was a wonderful experience and we would love to come back someday.
