The trash cans were not emptied from last tenant. Looks like a party was held previously. It was a nice place for the price on the inside for a couple days. It was not for a family vacation as a meal could not be made there.

In the yard, from driveway to front door, a hanging wire needs to be fixed so it is not hanging low. Furniture a little dated. Bathroom, kitchen laundry room, and living area were very nice. Newer pots and pans needed. Neighborhood quiet and safe.

The home was clean and spacious for what our family needed. The only issue was the outside area. There is a basketball hoop, firepit and grill. But the backyard was not inviting. The table, chairs and grill were dirty. It did not look upkept. Other than that we enjoyed the house.
