My husband, 3 year old and I were in town for my husband’s Ironman race. After having a terrible experience at a hotel that was under construction, muggy/dusty and not clean at all, I frantically looked on VRBO to see if I could find something. I found this guesthouse and it ended up being perfect! Booked it and checked in the following day. The hosts are very quick at responding to messages, the house was clean and cozy and in the perfect location we needed. If we ever come back to Jacksonville, this is where we’ll stay! Highly recommend.

The property was very nice. It was quiet and good for the pets. We particularly liked the small private yard and felt safe. The house was clean and the host was informative. There was a deli right down the street. All in all an excellent stay.
