Very unique mid century house. Perfect for entertaining. The backyard was where we spent most of our time. Breakfast on the patio, lunch on the patio, dinner on the patio. Smores on the patio using the firetable. Couldn't get enough of the view and the sounds of the peacocks echoing through the canyon.

What a great home! It's so comfortable with its open living and dining room. Ideal for hanging out and catching up with family. The backyard patio is also situated so that conversations can flow. There is plenty comfortable seating areas and the view of the mountains and city is just stunning. This home is meant for togetherness. Our little family just loved it!

The house was very clean and the location for our family was perfect. The views of Reno from the cozy backyard was exceptional. The property had lots of fun games for all ages and room for our party of 16 to celebrate three UNR graduates. It was a memorable weekend. I would recommend all of my friends to stay in your property. Kaati was very responsive to emails and shared her personal contact for anything that may have come up unexpectedly. Loved this location and the views! Drank our coffee every morning in the backyard overlooking the valley, and spent our evenings around the fire. The house had everything we needed and loved its charm! Just a short drive to Genoa and Virginia City. We also enjoyed the great food and brew houses in Reno.

Loved the openness of the living room for family to be together. Hostess responded very quickly to any questions I had and very accommodating for my small children. The rope swing in the backyard was my son’s favorite feature lol!

This home is very nice. Clean. All things you need for cooking outside and inside. Plan on a long wait for hot water in the kitchen. The toilet seat in the spare bathroom is cracked but I’m sure it will be fixed. The umbrella outside is very old and hard to put up we gave up. Beds are comfy and linens and towels are all tip top. If you are a large person the spare shower has a narrow entrance so suck it in. Plan your stay and it’s a nice home.

We had a lovely stay at this clean and quiet roomy home. It was great for our family group, because it’s basically a huge great room/gathering place with rooms off to the side. Every amenity is provided, the views are spectacular and the host is responsive and flexible. While we enjoyed our Winter experience we’d love to return in warmer weather one day. Highly recommend!

My wife and I joined our 3 adult kids for a few days stay here in Reno. We've stayed at a dozen or so VRBO's and this was if not the best, very close to the best. Clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and interesting with a great view. Kaati could not have been better to work with. We had some logistical situations arise and she was very flexible and accommodating. Overall a very positive experience.

Very spacious and lovely rental. Great views of downtown Reno from the great room. We enjoyed 4 days here for a ski trip with our family of 6. Very comfortable evenings spent lounging in the main room and with the giant TV. We appreciated the great communication with Kaati.

Was a beautiful home! My biggest complaint is the bathroom showers are not elderly conducive. The shower in the first bathroom has a small opening so you have to go in sideways. In the master bathroom it would be better served to put in a soaking tub and corner shower. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the roominess.

We came out to Reno for a wedding. We also wanted to relax and meet up with family. From the comfortable beds, the beautifully sunrises, the view of downtown town and the large living area, we would stay here again. We especially liked the back yard and spent an abundance of our time outside.

Kaati checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable or needed anything, but not to the point where it felt like she was intruding! There was a severe store that shut down the roads and she was very accommodating with extending our stay. I even left things that she shipped and made sure I received. The house is as described, the view out the back yard was beautiful. Everything worked, we had no issues with anything. She leaves little instructions for you to be able to work everything in the house. Thanks Kaati, we will definitely be back.

We came out to Reno for a wedding. We also wanted to relax and meet up with family. From the comfortable beds, the beautifully sunrises, the view of downtown town and the large living area, we would stay here again. We especially liked the back yard and spent an abundance of our time outside.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. It was close to everything. We enjoyed coming to the house and have a nice cooked meal after a day of baseball! The view of the city is amazing. We enjoyed having a nice meal outdoors while the birds chirp! If you come to Reno I recommend you stay here!

The house was just as pictured/advertised. The location was central and easy for us. I loved getting up, making coffee and sitting with the view in the morning. Kaati made us feel welcome. It was a great place to serve as our home base and resting location for the annual Volleyball tournament.

This was our first visit to Reno, in town for a wedding, and this house was an excellent base for exploration. The location in the hills above town was perfect - we could quickly get to our adventure destinations and have the house as a retreat to get set for another day. The house is spacious, comfortable, and stylish. We enjoyed sunrise and evening views across town, and had easy access to an interesting trail system. We found a lot to like about Reno, and hope to be back at this house again someday.

Very unique mid century house. Perfect for entertaining. The backyard was where we spent most of our time. Breakfast on the patio, lunch on the patio, dinner on the patio. Smores on the patio using the firetable. Couldn't get enough of the view and the sounds of the peacocks echoing through the canyon.

What a great home! It's so comfortable with its open living and dining room. Ideal for hanging out and catching up with family. The backyard patio is also situated so that conversations can flow. There is plenty comfortable seating areas and the view of the mountains and city is just stunning. This home is meant for togetherness. Our little family just loved it!

Loved this location and the views! Drank our coffee every morning in the backyard overlooking the valley, and spent our evenings around the fire. The house had everything we needed and loved its charm! Just a short drive to Genoa and Virginia City. We also enjoyed the great food and brew houses in Reno.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful 1970s bohemian house. It easily accommodated our large group and we loved the outdoor patio for dining. The hiking trail nearby was a huge bonus. Kaatie is a lovely host and communicated promptly with our questions. The neighborhood is charming. If we find ourselves in Reno again with our family, we will definitely stay here.

Great house , very clean , great location, the back patio was great with plenty of seating and the little outside fireplace is a nice touch, we sat out there every night. Overall you can not go wrong with this property.

This home is very nice. Clean. All things you need for cooking outside and inside. Plan on a long wait for hot water in the kitchen. The toilet seat in the spare bathroom is cracked but I’m sure it will be fixed. The umbrella outside is very old and hard to put up we gave up. Beds are comfy and linens and towels are all tip top. If you are a large person the spare shower has a narrow entrance so suck it in. Plan your stay and it’s a nice home.
