Its okay. Food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Outside was very nice but it really smells bad. Not the best all inclusive experience for my family. But its okay i guess

As soon as you walk in you step back into the 80s. This place needs a facelift and everything else included ASAP. The rooms are ok, the beds are hard! Cold tile flooring everywhere. The ALL INCLUSIVE is the biggest rip off EVER! The food is complete garbage and they only serve pasta and fish so if you don’t eat that you are screwed. If you want something to drink you have to walk from where you are eating and grabbing food to across the hotels lobby and to the bar. The only alcoholic drinks are some cheap wines they have. There are no towels at the pool. Theres a train that takes you to a beautiful beach and honestly that was the only thing making us happy until it broke down and we had to walk back with our 3 yr old twins. The staff at the buffet will watch you like hawks and correct you if you do something they dont approve of. Sicilians are just a whole different breed, I swear. Almost no one here at the hotel speaks English.

Villaggio classificato 4 stelle, ma a mio avviso gli standard riscontrati sono più vicini a una struttura da 3 stelle, soprattutto considerando il prezzo richiesto. La struttura è abbastanza datata e avrebbe bisogno di un importante rinnovamento per essere all’altezza della categoria dichiarata. Alcuni servizi e dettagli fanno percepire una differenza tra le aspettative create da un 4 stelle e la realtà trovata sul posto. L’animazione è stata forse l’aspetto più debole: il personale è ridotto e l’organizzazione non sempre efficace. Va comunque riconosciuto l’impegno dei ragazzi, che nonostante le difficoltà hanno cercato di coinvolgere gli ospiti con disponibilità e buona volontà. La nota più positiva resta sicuramente la spiaggia, davvero bellissima, un valore aggiunto che rende il soggiorno piacevole. Anche la cucina è nel complesso buona, con piatti di qualità discreta, anche se primi e soprattutto dolci non sono sempre stati all’altezza di un 4 stelle. In conclusione, una vacanza con alcuni aspetti molto positivi, ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo lascia qualche dubbio: per il costo sostenuto ci si aspetterebbe un livello superiore. Con qualche investimento sulla struttura, sull’organizzazione e sui servizi potrebbe davvero raggiungere gli standard di un vero 4 stelle.
