Overall the property has a good value, the water pressure in the shower was great. The only thing I disliked it’s the valet price and other fees. It’s $55 per night plus $45 resort fee so per day for a weekend getaway, add those $200 to your budget.

Beach is across the street. Chairs and towels are free on the beach. $30 for umbrellas though. 5th floor pool is cool too. No ice machines, you have to call down to get ice, which is weird. Bartenders were very cool. Very friendly.

Pool and the bar should not be closed at 5:00 pm. You pay money to enjoy the amenities.

Overall the hotel is nice, rooms are spacious and location is great considering right on the beach. I didn't care for that there is no free parking which I thought they may offer so be prepared to spend an extra 200 on valet unless your going to find another garage and walk back and forth which is inconvenient. I also found the bed to be hard. Also the pool is not for swimming only for relaxing considering it's only 4 ft deep and the hot tub is small. Overall a nice hotel. Didn't try the food.

Mixed feelings about this property. We booked a one bedroom oceanfront suite. The suite was lovely, with great sea views, was clean and well equipped. It was an easy walk to multiple restaurants and shops. However, some areas it could improve in - gym equipment is really old, outdated and in some cases broken (two of the five cardio pieces broken when we were there). Ran out of the coffee pods they provide each day in the room (two per person). When i called the front desk to get a few delivered to the room, i was told they don’t do room service until 9:00am. However, i could go to the front desk and they would give me two, this one time for free as they usually charged extra when providing more coffee pods. Considering the resort fee is pricey and charged per day, i thought this was a bit of a poor policy. Resort fee gets you the use of the pool, beach chairs and umbrella and bicycles. I asked at their spa if i could use the sauna and was advised i would have to pay $50 a day to get spa access. This is not covered in the resort fee. I had to call both days to remind them our room had not been serviced (daily housekeeping is included). Receptionist was snippy and advised it was late in the day but she would see if they could still come (like it was our fault). Housekeeping eventually came but really late both days - not ideal when you want to get ready to go out. None of the above spoiled our time but a few improvements would go a long way.

Holiday weekend getaway. The hotel is cetrally located, spectacular views and entire staff is friendly. I am able to get my car when I want it with no delays.

All the facilities are super clean. The pool and jacuzzi area have an incredible view. The beach and surrounding areas are very beautiful.

Great location, room, and staff. Paid $45 resort fee a night and only 2 pieces of working cardio equipment in gym. Gym needs major update. No laundry facilities.

I like that it had a bar where you could order food and drinks by the pool. I didn't like that it closed early as we were paying a daily resort fee, and you would expect a longer opening time to serve patrons in the evening as well. The idea of the bicycles was nice, but only 3 bikes was not enough to accommodate such a big hotel. The $55/day valet parking is also steep. Nice hotel across the beach with added high fees.

The living room furniture could have an update in the suite and the pool had a lot of black. I’m not gonna say mold, but it looked like that on the ocean side but other than that, it was fantastic.

Refrigerator was dirty, and some of the lamps were not working maintenance. Had to come and fix.

Overpriced hotel. You can hear your neighbor's conversation verbatim. Found lipstick stains on the sheets. Room not cleaned properly. Woke up in the middle of the night to a roach crawling across the fridge. Was offered to move from the room and would be escorted by hotel security to a new room. The roach deterred me from wanting to continue my stay here.

Cleaning not good they charge $55 for valet

The property was amazing, with very clean rooms and friendly staff. The pool was great, and the views were stunning. Everything about the stay was fantastic.

This place was fine. I think they need to do some upgrading. It would be nice to not have carpeting throughout the room. It was stained in a lot of places. The furnishings in the living room were older, too.

We stayed in the king bed suite with balcony and ocean view. We loved it !! It was very spacious with a great size bathroom with his and hers sinks. The shower pressure was perfection ! The hotel was quiet. Beautiful beach steps away. Will definitely stay here again

Great location right across from the beach. However, for the price, maybe stay elsewhere. I got an ocean view room but was on the side of the building and did not have a direct full 180 ocean view. More like a 90 degree view. I had to lift the top off the toilet to flush it all the way. The liquid bottles in the shower and vanity need to be screen printed. Paper labels on bottles in humid areas tend to peel off and look run down fast. The room was big and comfortable. Just looked a bit run down even though the hotel is not that old.

Positives: Clean room, friendly staff and good service. Negatives: Room was oddly designed. Huge double doors for the bathroom & another huge door to use the toilet that was inconveniently placed. A clothes washer in the kitchenette where a mini fridge should have been and instead there was a full size fridge in the sleeping area next to the tv connected with an industrial extension cord.

Great stay. Quieter end of FLL. Get the 1 bed ocean front suite

Great location and terrific value. Beautiful unobstructed ocean views with large balconies. Definitely going to stay here again.

It’s right by the beach. But some things in the room was outdated. Sink was missing screw and one of the tap was not draining water properly. But overall it’s not a bad place to stay but for the price it should be better.

Oceanfront with view that can't be beat. Needs a face lift.. carpets fraying,3 out 4 lights in bathroom were out.

The staff at this property went above and beyond for everything. They treated us like we were 5 star guests every time we saw someone. They always asked if we needed anything. A bonus was the chairs, water and towels at the beach included with our stay. We will definitely stay here again. The bell boy was awesome for any question we had.

Expedia hotel rating: Poor. Check-in was delayed right up to the 4 PM limit. Although the staff worked hard to resolve the issue, housekeeping seemed overwhelmed. We arrived around noon but weren’t able to get into our room until nearly 4 PM.

The property definitely is not a 5star. I stay for 3 night's and house keeping fixed my room only one time,i called the front desk many times and the issues was never resolved. Ill never stay in the property again.

Comfortable bed. They tried to charge me twice for parking when we checked out. I only parked one car but they had me billed for 2! Big difference when you ain't got it like that. I Thankfully caught the charge before we left the hotel back to kc

The staff at the hotel are not trained on customer service or dont care. They act like they don't give a crap about you. It's like they are doing you a favor. Simple things, I asked several times for room service and never happened. To add icing to the cake, they threw away some of my clothes I had in bag. The location is the best part.

This is the second time that we stay at this hotel. At check-in, I had the opportunity to upgrade as an add-on to a one bedroom king size Suite. First, it was pending, then it was approved and when I went to check in I was not able to get into that room because they were 100% booked. What I don't understand is why would you approve an upgrade and then tell me that I am not able to get into that room. The woman who checked us in was not mean, but she was not sympathetic at all. She just told me that she was not the one that approved it and then she was just telling me what she was seeing on her screen, and that I could not get the room. We came back to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and I could have gone to any other Hotel, but we decided to give this hotel a second try. We love the location, the pool area, and the convenience of being right across from the beach. The room is spacious, bathroom is enormous, the bedding is soft and clean, and the view is spectacular.

Great hotel, great location, extremely convenient being in a beachfront property. One downside is that they don't have a beach setup like the neighboring hotels like the Conrad where they don't have wait staff on the beach or a bungalow where you can get drinks, food, snacks, etc. Only major issue was that front desk staff was horrendous. Rude, not accommodating, managers talking over more junior staff and not being helpful at all. We arrived a little early (330pm for a 4 o'clock check-in) and asked if a room could be ready given that my wife is pregnant. Junior staff was looking to see what could be done but manager rudely interjected basically saying nothing is ready and that as the junior staff said, they will contact us when the room is ready. Happened again with another manager later in the night. It seemed as if they are told to just steamroll guests. Very odd exchanges. Room service or standard requests for the room also took multiple calls down to the desk and still took awhile to arrive to room. Managers were again very short with us even when we decided to add a night to our stay where one staff member said one price but another said something different price later on and basically said take it or leave it. Ended up booking again through expedia since it was significantly cheaper. Would stay here again but front desk needs a real attitude check.

Great spot on the ocean.

The Atlantic is always one of our favorite spots due to its excellent location and value.

This is a great location to get away from the Miami south beach craziness

Very nice hotel, very spacious room with a nice kitchenette. Only thing missing was a table to go allong with this. Very close to a quiet almost private beach. Towels and chairs are complimentary but umbrella is 30$ a day not included. Located with other luxurious hotel, quiet place far from restaurants and shops but walkable or bike

Great location

The hotel itself was very nice but the shower drained out slow so it was overflowing while we showered. And the restaurant was overpriced and the food was unseasoned and cold. We choose not to complain or send it back because we had already waited a long time to get our food and it ended up being cold. I would not recommend the onsite restaurant.

The property restaurant was great, drinks at the pool bar was great, service was fast and accurate.

We had a wonderful stay, hotel staff and valet staff were so friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean with a fantastic ocean view. The pool and pool bar was so nice and very well maintained! The restaurant “wild thyme” was a great experience as well. Tasty menu and service with a smile. Bed was a bit firm for both of us. But over all, It was a great stay, we would recommend to friends and family and be happy to return again.

Everything was great, the staff amazing, and the room completely cleaned and great view from our room. The food at the wild thyme was amazing too however the dinner menu offered on the website didn’t coincide with the actual menu offered at the restaurant, so we ended up going to le marche for dinner, it was within walking distance. Besides that little hiccup, everything else was amazing.

I live in Fort Lauderdale and I work on the water. It was a short staycation for Mother’s Day. My five year-old wanted to go swimming decided to book here. The hotel was great for the day. However, the food I received by the pool is totally horrible. It rained the next day so we were not able to get in the pool again overall I would visit again, but I would bring my own food.

We booked a king bed, studio, ocean view room and the room is huge! Very nice view of the beach from the living room and balcony. The room had a sofa bed and two chairs, a dining table with 4 chairs, a massive bathroom with a separate toilet room and very large bedroom. The bed was firm but comfortable. We ate at the Wild Thyme restaurant and service was good and so was the food. Watch out for the automatic tip added to the bill!

All around great stay! Will be returning. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large at well kept. Had a great time at the Sky Bar and Wild Thyme. One of the most relaxing stays I've experienced.
