This is a beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of the waterfront. My son used the gym several times and the other tenants were friendly. Ashley and Mike always responded swiftly to my questions and this apartment lived up to our expectations. If my wife and I return (she wasn't in country) we would certainly reach out to Ashley and Mike again..wonderful apartment and experience.

We loved this unit - clean,easily accessible, great parking and owner/staff are attentive and professional. Check in was a breeze, Curtis met us at the garage gate, assisted us to the unit,reviewed the unit and building amenities, and ensured we understood the rules of the complex. The kitchen was appropriately stocked with all necessary items to cook and dine in; although we brought in many meals from the numerous great restaurants available in the neighborhood. Best of all,Macrina Bakery is directly out the front door and French Patisserie was 3 blocks away!! In addition, the unit has air conditioning for the bedroom and fan for the main living area - we were very comfortable our entire stay. Please note that the air conditioning unit is window based and we did hear some street noise - not a problem for us but could be a potential concern if you are a very light sleeper. The pool and gym are excellent, the gym has all you need to get in a great workout prior to indulging at the restaurants and bakeries. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Seattle.

The location was exceptional! It is just about halfway between the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. The variety of eateries within a three-minute walk is also great. The building is older and appears well-maintained and secure. The unit is a garden-level unit. You walk up half a flight of stairs upon entering the building and then down a full flight of stairs to access the unit. This was not an issue for our stay, but good to know. The unit was clean and stocked with all the necessities needed for a wonderful stay. The bed is medium firm and comfortable. The windows are street level and this is in the heart of Seattle; you can hear some street noise. We traveled with a small sound machine and slept well. Without the sound machine, the unit would still have been fully worth it for the location alone. Communication with the host was top-notch. The cleaning requirements upon departure are minimal and easy. I would happily stay in this unit again if my travels bring me back to Seattle.

Perfect condo for a long weekend getaway for our family of 4. Kitchen has most everything you might need and the courtyard view is a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the city streets. A dedicated parking spot in the garage is a huge bonus!! If you have a large SUV or truck you may not fit comfortably in the space - our Audi Q5 fit, but only just so something to keep in mind. You won’t regret booking this place!

Pros: Enjoyed the property, there are great restaurant options in the area and a convenience market all in the 1st floor of the property. Parking garage available. Easy 10 min walk to space needle and 15 min to Pike Place. Cruise ship dock is only 2 blocks straight down. Cons: some construction in the building that was noisy, but out of control of property owners. There is a small gym but has very outdated equipment.

Location was perfect: we could walk everywhere! It was also great to have secure parking. The building was also secure with a concierge out front and locking doors. The kitchen was really well-appointed with all needed cooking appliances, cookware, and utensils and lots of cooking basics (like spices and oils): perfect for cooking at home since eating out is so expensive. Spacious bathroom/bedroom and the WiFi worked great. Surprisingly, the apartment did not have central AC/heating and had a standing, portable AC that was noisy: also, the set-up caused a gap that prevented the screen door from closing all the way. For our friend who slept in the living room (keeper sofa was comfortable), it was noisy due to the AC unit and street noise (cars, people, club). However, the main bedroom was quiet. The hosts were communicative, and it was helpful that they greeted us (so personable). Recommended and I’d stay here again!

This was a cute building and apartment. The front door to the building was broken when we arrived, but it was easy to get to the alley for the back entrance. There have been some thoughtful upgrades and the space was well thought out. The kitchen was cute and spacious as well. There are some unfinished areas and a spot where the baseboard was falling off the wall. The cleanliness left something to be desired, with hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The windowsill in the bathroom was also pretty dirty. Overall, it worked for what we needed, which was just a place to shower and sleep. There doesn’t seem to be a safe area left in Seattle, so just be mindful walking in the area. However, there was a Top Pot donuts right next door, which was great for morning coffee.

We stayed 4 days and 4 nights, and the accommodations were GREAT. Everything was as advertised -- range, microwave, washer/dryer, TV, comfy mattress, access fobs all worked and were trivial to manage with no surprises. The location is central, an easy walk to Space Needle, Pike Place, ferries, Whole Foods, and wonderful bakeries, coffee, food and drinks within a block. We visited Seattle by train and never needed taxi/Uber/Lyft; everything was an easy walk from the apartment. We felt as safe here as we do our small town town in Oregon. What didn't work? The outside patio with the grill is being renovated so we couldn't cook outside (however, the outdoor garden WAS open and it's lovely). We discovered the garbage disposal wasn't working correctly, and the owners responded in minutes to our text, and we're there to check on it the next morning - again, no issue. And finally, it isn't quiet; you are in the heart of Seattle, so you'll hear cars, garbage trucks, sirens etc. Part of the charm. We would stay again on our next trip. We give this place an excellent rating and highly recommend it.

We were visiting family who reside in the city and everything was so convenient which is what we were looking for. The views were wonderful. The location was perfect and the host was in communication from beginning to end. The place was clean and comfortable with no issues. Check in and check out were easy and seamless. If you plan to come to downtown Seattle to party, this is perfect for you. If you're trying to have a quiet vacation, go somewhere else! The street traffic and bar music was really loud until 3:00am! Walls vibrated it was so loud! Didn't sleep at all! The pillows are horrible (old floppy), the throw pillows smelled. The condo at first glance looked clean but the more I looked the worse it got! The shower curtain had mold and stains on it. There was dust on all surfaces, dirty handprints on the windows. The blinds in bedroom were broken and long black hairs everywhere! No AC in the bedroom, only in living room. It was very hot & uncomfortable. I contacted the owners and they asked if they could come fix the problems but I didn't want to stay in that place another second! This place is too expensive to be in the condition it was in! The place needed a deep clean and minor repairs. It definitely could use updating as well. The bedroom carpet was old and gross looking. They ask you to take your shoes off at the door but I felt like I needed to keep them on! We rented for 2 nights but left after the 1st night. I probably wont get any money back and there wasnt enough time in the day for them to get all the things cleaned & fixed up. On a positive note, the check in process was easy & the building is secure. They do have a parking space but we didnt need it. bar

Beautiful unit and view and terrific communication. Check in was easy and the building and location were perfect. There’s great restaurants nearby and very close to Pike Place which you can get to by a nice walk or quick on the motorized scooters for rent. A little corner store was great to grab snacks or drinks. The unit itself was incredibly clean with great amenities. I appreciated the Brita filtered water in the fridge to have nice cold water. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with questions I had and recommendations. Great place to stay!

We stayed for 2 nights Aug 17-19, then again Aug 23-25. Our first stay it was very hot in Seattle and the apartment was quite warm & damp. There were 2 box fans we had running our entire stay as the apartment was humid and the floors felt wet. Note that this apartment is below ground and you do hear a lot of street noise - the fans helped to block that out. When people drive past the apartment at night the lights from the road illuminate the bedroom. The apartment was clean. The bathroom was questionable. The previous guest had pulled the soap dish off the bathtub wall, so there was a hole in the wall which was quite gross. The tub paint is peeling off and there was mold below the window in the bathroom. The host was awesome and attentive to any questions or concerns we had & made our check in and check out seamless. We arrived on a Saturday both times and parked on the street right infront of the building for a small fee until 8pm, then the parking is free until 8am Monday morning. It worked out well for our stays and dates. The location can’t be beat.

Overall the apartment was clean but the carpet was extremely grungy and needed to be replaced, it made the apartment feel dirty when it was quite clean. I would not recommend this property to anyone due to the grungy carpet. The location was excellent and everything was walkable. There is however a homeless problem right by the apartment.

Location was awesome. But the property was very dirty. There were no extra linens for the pullout couch. The linens were visibly dirty. The apartment was covered in dust. And the curtains looked like had never been cleaned.

The only issue with this location is that the street it is on is loud all the time. I recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise it’s great. It is located in walking distance to so many things and public transportation stops.

I have a soft spot for brick buildings, and this was a neat space in a cool building. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is some road noise - but that is part of being in a spot that has great access to Belltown and the surrounding area.

We stayed for 2 nights Aug 17-19, then again Aug 23-25. Our first stay it was very hot in Seattle and the apartment was quite warm & damp. There were 2 box fans we had running our entire stay as the apartment was humid and the floors felt wet. Note that this apartment is below ground and you do hear a lot of street noise - the fans helped to block that out. When people drive past the apartment at night the lights from the road illuminate the bedroom. The apartment was clean. The bathroom was questionable. The previous guest had pulled the soap dish off the bathtub wall, so there was a hole in the wall which was quite gross. The tub paint is peeling off and there was mold below the window in the bathroom. The host was awesome and attentive to any questions or concerns we had & made our check in and check out seamless. We arrived on a Saturday both times and parked on the street right infront of the building for a small fee until 8pm, then the parking is free until 8am Monday morning. It worked out well for our stays and dates. The location can’t be beat.

Perfect size for my wife and I, really only used to sleep and shower in. In the heart of downtown, very convenient to the Light Rail, Monorail, bus lines, Pike's Place and other attractions & food. Keep in mind that you will be in the city so there will be a lot of city noise all day and night and there's a fire station one street over, so if you are looking for a quiet place keep looking. We had sirens going by multiple times every night. Not a problem for us because we knew that going in. Furniture could use updating and the couch had a huge stain on one side. Owner was very responsive but not much could be done about the stain right away. Full kitchen included a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and a combo washer/dryer. All in all a great place to stay if you are interested in seeing the usual tourist spots.

This property was perfect for our family of 4 while staying in Seattle for a few days. Its location was central to all the attractions that a typical tourist is looking to visit. Easy walking distance to the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, the Aquarium and the Great Wheel. The property had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy! We slept like babies after hiking up and down all the hills in the city! Thanks again Ashley!

Location was perfect: we could walk everywhere! It was also great to have secure parking. The building was also secure with a concierge out front and locking doors. The kitchen was really well-appointed with all needed cooking appliances, cookware, and utensils and lots of cooking basics (like spices and oils): perfect for cooking at home since eating out is so expensive. Spacious bathroom/bedroom and the WiFi worked great. Surprisingly, the apartment did not have central AC/heating and had a standing, portable AC that was noisy: also, the set-up caused a gap that prevented the screen door from closing all the way. For our friend who slept in the living room (keeper sofa was comfortable), it was noisy due to the AC unit and street noise (cars, people, club). However, the main bedroom was quiet. The hosts were communicative, and it was helpful that they greeted us (so personable). Recommended and I’d stay here again!

Perfect place to stay and explore downtown Seattle! Walking distance to the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and the aquarium. It's right at street level so there was some traffic noises but it never bothered us. 1 thing to keep in mind is there are stairs to get into the building and stairs to get down to the unit... so lugging big suitcases wasn't fun! Overall a great location and would stay there again!

We were visiting family who reside in the city and everything was so convenient which is what we were looking for. The views were wonderful. The location was perfect and the host was in communication from beginning to end. The place was clean and comfortable with no issues. Check in and check out were easy and seamless. Will definitely stay again.

We loved this unit - clean,easily accessible, great parking and owner/staff are attentive and professional. Check in was a breeze, Curtis met us at the garage gate, assisted us to the unit,reviewed the unit and building amenities, and ensured we understood the rules of the complex. The kitchen was appropriately stocked with all necessary items to cook and dine in; although we brought in many meals from the numerous great restaurants available in the neighborhood. Best of all,Macrina Bakery is directly out the front door and French Patisserie was 3 blocks away!! In addition, the unit has air conditioning for the bedroom and fan for the main living area - we were very comfortable our entire stay. Please note that the air conditioning unit is window based and we did hear some street noise - not a problem for us but could be a potential concern if you are a very light sleeper. The pool and gym are excellent, the gym has all you need to get in a great workout prior to indulging at the restaurants and bakeries. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Seattle.

When we arrive at 4:30 pm tired of walking the city and left the luggage at bounce because check in was at 3pm, the previous guest did't leave the property yet, they arrived around 6pm the cleaning crew was supposed to be there at 7pm but arrived at 7:20pm they only left sheets for the bed but not for the sofabed never came back to bring more sheets, it was so hot with only 1 fan that we had to sleep with the windows open, the kitchen had everything you need, no complains. The host gave us a night refund, but after this experience my husband does not want vrbo anymore he said he will choose a hotel next time we were planning to have a good time in the 3 days we were in seattle but had to deal with a lot of inconviniences, another thing the host was reachable but she was also in a trip and couldnt help to much

Beautiful unit and view and terrific communication. Check in was easy and the building and location were perfect. There’s great restaurants nearby and very close to Pike Place which you can get to by a nice walk or quick on the motorized scooters for rent. A little corner store was great to grab snacks or drinks. The unit itself was incredibly clean with great amenities. I appreciated the Brita filtered water in the fridge to have nice cold water. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with questions I had and recommendations. Great place to stay!

4 nights. Host was very responsive. Had Eric meet us and explain everything. The AC is portable but it is cool enough. If you are one of those that needs a 60 degree room it’s probably not for you. Very comfy for us. Yes there is street noise not bad though. Place is very quiet and quite hours are enforced. The apartment had everything you need and coffee, water filter pitcher.Restaurants in the area are great. There is no baggage storage once you leave. I do think that was a drawback. Host recommended Bounce it was very reasonable at the space needle but I did not reserve early enough chulu and space needle had lockers and baggage storage.

The condo was centrally located, with a great breakfast spot across the street, Midtown Espresso. Top Pot Doughnuts was nextdoor, and we ate at a great Irish Pub, just a few blocks away. I would stay here again at a future visit.

The location was exceptional! It is just about halfway between the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. The variety of eateries within a three-minute walk is also great. The building is older and appears well-maintained and secure. The unit is a garden-level unit. You walk up half a flight of stairs upon entering the building and then down a full flight of stairs to access the unit. This was not an issue for our stay, but good to know. The unit was clean and stocked with all the necessities needed for a wonderful stay. The bed is medium firm and comfortable. The windows are street level and this is in the heart of Seattle; you can hear some street noise. We traveled with a small sound machine and slept well. Without the sound machine, the unit would still have been fully worth it for the location alone. Communication with the host was top-notch. The cleaning requirements upon departure are minimal and easy. I would happily stay in this unit again if my travels bring me back to Seattle.

Cute and convenient in downtown Seattle. Check in was very convenient and communication was answered quickly and thoroughly. We took the link train from SeaTac to Westlake and walked to the apartment, which wasn't too bad. Big savings ($6 vs $60) Was able to walk to Pike Market and Space Needle. Very convenient to have Top Pot Coffee Shop right next door. Would definitely stay again should we travel to Seattle again.

This apartment Is located in the perfect spot for visiting the city. Right between Space needle and Pike Market. We walked all over, visited a lot of museums and the aquarium. Apartment is just as listed and photographed. Bed sleep well and kitchen has everything you need. Would definitely recommend staying here!

A perfect spot for us! Belltown neighborhood is filled with restaurants and coffee shops and is a short walk to the Space Needle and downtown. Our unit was in a very safe building and well equipped. We were greeted and showed all the ins and outs of the building. Highly recommend this stay!!

This was a great location for access to Seattle sights. We mostly walked, but also used the transit system. Lots of places to choose for eating. A short walk to Pike's Place Market and a coffee shop next door. The place was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 4 days and 4 nights, and the accommodations were GREAT. Everything was as advertised -- range, microwave, washer/dryer, TV, comfy mattress, access fobs all worked and were trivial to manage with no surprises. The location is central, an easy walk to Space Needle, Pike Place, ferries, Whole Foods, and wonderful bakeries, coffee, food and drinks within a block. We visited Seattle by train and never needed taxi/Uber/Lyft; everything was an easy walk from the apartment. We felt as safe here as we do our small town town in Oregon. What didn't work? The outside patio with the grill is being renovated so we couldn't cook outside (however, the outdoor garden WAS open and it's lovely). We discovered the garbage disposal wasn't working correctly, and the owners responded in minutes to our text, and we're there to check on it the next morning - again, no issue. And finally, it isn't quiet; you are in the heart of Seattle, so you'll hear cars, garbage trucks, sirens etc. Part of the charm. We would stay again on our next trip. We give this place an excellent rating and highly recommend it.

Location is fabulous! Condo is exactly as described - wonderful walkable neighborhood. Easy access to the main tourist areas and very close to the waterfront. The a/c unit is in bedroom only; would have liked more cooling throughout as it was quite sunny & warm during our stay. Enjoyed our visit!

Check in was a breeze, Curtis met us at the garage gate, assisted us to the unit,reviewed the unit and building amenities, and ensured we understood the rules of the complex. The kitchen was appropriately stocked with all necessary items to cook and dine in; although we brought in many meals from the numerous great restaurants available in the neighborhood. Best of all,Macrina Bakery is directly out the front door and French Patisserie was 3 blocks away!! In addition, the unit has air conditioning for the bedroom and fan for the main living area - we were very comfortable our entire stay. Please note that the air conditioning unit is window based and we did hear some street noise - not a problem for us but could be a potential concern if you are a very light sleeper. The pool and gym are excellent, the gym has all you need to get in a great workout prior to indulging at the restaurants and bakeries. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Seattle.

Great location, amenities, and host (extremely communicative and overall pleasant to talk to). Close to monorail, light rail, and a bunch of bus routes! Location felt super safe and there is an excellent doughnut shop just a few feet from the apartment’s entrance - can’t be beat!

Cute and convenient in downtown Seattle. Check in was very convenient and communication was answered quickly and thoroughly. We took the link train from SeaTac to Westlake and walked to the apartment, which wasn't too bad. Big savings ($6 vs $60) Was able to walk to Pike Market and Space Needle. Very convenient to have Top Pot Coffee Shop right next door. Would definitely stay again should we travel to Seattle again.

This apartment Is located in the perfect spot for visiting the city. Right between Space needle and Pike Market. We walked all over, visited a lot of museums and the aquarium. Apartment is just as listed and photographed. Bed sleep well and kitchen has everything you need. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Location was perfect: we could walk everywhere! It was also great to have secure parking. The building was also secure with a concierge out front and locking doors. The kitchen was really well-appointed with all needed cooking appliances, cookware, and utensils and lots of cooking basics (like spices and oils): perfect for cooking at home since eating out is so expensive. Spacious bathroom/bedroom and the WiFi worked great. Surprisingly, the apartment did not have central AC/heating and had a standing, portable AC that was noisy: also, the set-up caused a gap that prevented the screen door from closing all the way. For our friend who slept in the living room (keeper sofa was comfortable), it was noisy due to the AC unit and street noise (cars, people, club). However, the main bedroom was quiet. The hosts were communicative, and it was helpful that they greeted us (so personable). Recommended and I’d stay here again!

A perfect spot for us! Belltown neighborhood is filled with restaurants and coffee shops and is a short walk to the Space Needle and downtown. Our unit was in a very safe building and well equipped. We were greeted and showed all the ins and outs of the building. Highly recommend this stay!!

Very comfortable, clean, and great location. Everything was in we wanted to see in Downtown was walking distance. There was also a market and a really cool pizza bar in the building. I recommend this place for anyone that’s trying to have a relaxing weekend and check out the city.

There’s great restaurants nearby and very close to Pike Place which you can get to by a nice walk or quick on the motorized scooters for rent. A little corner store was great to grab snacks or drinks. The unit itself was incredibly clean with great amenities. I appreciated the Brita filtered water in the fridge to have nice cold water. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with questions I had and recommendations. Great place to stay!

Location is fabulous! Condo is exactly as described - wonderful walkable neighborhood. Easy access to the main tourist areas and very close to the waterfront. The a/c unit is in bedroom only; would have liked more cooling throughout as it was quite sunny & warm during our stay. Enjoyed our visit!

ROKU acted up a few times and we never could figure out how to access local channels. Could use some grab bars in the shower, everything else is as fine. Found the Lime bikes really handy for getting around quick since we didn’t have much time.

We were visiting family who reside in the city and everything was so convenient which is what we were looking for. The views were wonderful. The location was perfect and the host was in communication from beginning to end. The place was clean and comfortable with no issues. Check in and check out were easy and seamless.
