Great house with all the basic amenities, in a really sweet neighborhood. Although there are no sidewalks, it’s a very wide street with low traffic and friendly neighbors. There’s even a little farm stand a couple doors down if you need some fresh eggs or veggies (works on trust). I asked for some specific restaurant recommendations before going, and we tried two of the 4 - Noor for Indian and Little Aris for Ramen/Hibachi. Both were excellent and closeby . We ventured on our own for Italian and found Pavilion, which we also highly recommend.We spent our days at the zoo, and really enjoyed our time there. The traffic was light both directions, and compared to the rentals available near the zoo, this home was more affordable and better appointed. Next time we hit the zoo or something else in the Greensboro area, we will definitely stay here!

This home was a great stop as we passed thru town. The laundry was so useful, the home had what we needed, and it was right off the freeway so the location was convenient. The neighbor next door was friendly. It was a hot day and the AC appeared to not keep up (it was 75 degrees but set at 70), the owner was very responsive to contact a technician but it ended up being just fine as the house didn't heat up more than that.

Very basic, but very effective! Clean and close to the places we needed to be! We appreciate the hospitality for sure...we have already agreed to pursue this property to come back to our annual Cancer Fund Raiser event at Grandover Resort!

My friends and I stayed here while attending an event nearby. The house was super clean and just as advertised. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the family room. Our host, Amina, was very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

The house is super cute and comfortable and the neighborhood was safe enough and quiet although a tiny bit run down. The house was convenient to restaurants and it was easy to get to and from places. We had everything we needed at this house and the little special touches and decorations did not go unnoticed. The beds were comfortable. The only suggestions would be a grab bar in the bath (we are seniors and appreciate such things) and a couple of kitchen towels to dry dishes.

This home accommodated our traveling sports family needs perfectly. We were forced to find afternoon activities outside of the home due to poor AC cooling throughout the home but we’re pleased to always sleep cool. Property management was communicative & responsive. It was nice. Things that would have helpful would have been more paper towels (we only had a tiny bit on one roll - no extras around) and some hand towels in the kitchen for drying dishes and in the bathroom for hand washing. There was one one extra trash bag so if there had been more trash we would have run out. We had trouble with the temperature the first night, but the host fixed that immediately when we mentioned it. Would still stay there again.

The house is super cute and comfortable and the neighborhood was safe enough and quiet although a tiny bit run down. The house was convenient to restaurants and it was easy to get to and from places. We had everything we needed at this house and the little special touches and decorations did not go unnoticed. The beds were comfortable. The only suggestions would be a grab bar in the bath (we are seniors and appreciate such things) and a couple of kitchen towels to dry dishes.

Our daughter and young children were traveling from Tennessee and her father and I were traveling from Florida. This spot allowed us to meet up before continuing our journey. So much better than a hotel. Children could run around and we could fix our own dinner and breakfast rather than eating in a restaurant. The owner was wonderful to communicate with us, and met up with us on our return trip to handoff left behind items.

Spotless and well aerated. A vase of blue hydrangeas welcomed us. Very convenient to conference at Living Way Church. Great layout in family room with couch and two love seats, which accommodated friends for Friday night dinner.

It was nice. Things that would have helpful would have been more paper towels (we only had a tiny bit on one roll - no extras around) and some hand towels in the kitchen for drying dishes and in the bathroom for hand washing. There was one one extra trash bag so if there had been more trash we would have run out. We had trouble with the temperature the first night, but the host fixed that immediately when we mentioned it. Would still stay there again.
