We had a great time in Charlottesville! Location was great for anything you need to do in Charlottesville. House could have been cleaner and a tv in the den upstairs would have been nice, but those are easy fixes. Friendly neighborhood.

Our initial impression was a bit disappointed at the appearance of the property, but it proved to be a comfortable stay for our extended family, with sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a safe, quiet, convenient neighborhood.

Our group of friends had a great stay here! The house is as shown in the pictures and the location is great for visiting Charlottesville and the surrounding area. Ample street parking is available and there were plenty of towels and dishes. They didn’t have a long list of items to do to checkout which was nice since everyone had to get on the road early the last day. Definitely recommend!

We have stayed in many vacation rental homes, and none have been as well appointed in the kitchen as this one. We really appreciated that. The kitchen is updated and the appliances are very nice. The overall cleanliness, however, of the property could be enhanced and the yard certainly needs Attention.
