Downtown Brevard Home: Walk to Bars & Breweries!

Three nice sized beds with two full bathrooms. Very convenient to everything. Not much parking but that’s not the fault of the VRBO. The neighbors park their cars along the curve in front of the house every day….i think one of the homes may have a business associated with it and that’s why people are parking in front of the VRBO. Despite this, we did have room for my large truck in the driveway and a regular sized sedan along the curb. We’d definitely rent here again. Very quiet too

Spacious, well equipped home, loved the screened porch. The fenced backyard with sensor light was just right for our dog. Brevard has a great variety of attractions which we enjoyed - concert, art; hikes & waterfalls, good food. The Blue Ghost Firefly tour was not as expected because the fireflies were only sparse due to the cold night. We will come back.

We love staying at this cute house. Very close to everything also, super nice to have the locking garage in back for storing bicycles.

Our group of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this adorable cottage! we had plenty of room, and the screened porch and fire pit made for a great hangout spot after walking to dinner. Being able to stroll around the town and the college campus suited us well. The proximity to DuPont State Forest for hiking and biking adventures was just perfect. The front garden was delightful, and made us all smile every time we walked out the door! Would definitely stay here again. The host was quickly responsive to my one question bout access to the shed for bike storage. The cottage is well appointed, airy and amazingly quiet for such close proximity to town. Book it! You'll be glad you did!

Great place to be able to walk to downtown stores and restaurants. Close enough to get into the Pisgah Forest in no time. Close to grocery stores as well. Great house for the family. Backyard fora dog!

This house is very cute, very clean, and the owner was very responsive to us. The house is located super close to some great restaurants, bike shop, & breweries. The completely fenced in back yard was great for our dogs, and the locking bike shed was awesome!

We have been coming to Brevard for over 10 years now and are never disappointed. We have rent many VRBO’s over the years, we loved this cottage as well as did our pups. Fenced in back yard and screeded porch was the hit of the weekend for us all. Very clean, well appointed and felt very cozy. We will most definitely rent again! Thank you for a great spot to spend the weekend!

Pros- Great location and clean property. Cons- all the knives were dull, early checkout mandate, plastic flowers).

We had an amazing time staying here! The location was amazing, walking distance to town and King Street and close to both Pisgah and DuPont! House was clean and well equipped!

I almost hate to give a great review because I want this place to be available when I come back to town. In all seriousness, it’s perfect, especially if you are traveling with dogs. The fenced in back yard is such a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped and they even supplied coffee and tea which was nice. House was clean, bedrooms were comfortable and had usb combo outlets which is really helpful for the myriad of charging cords needed to keep our electronic lives running. Definitely plan to come back. Thank you!

The house was cute and very clean. Location was amazing as it was an easy walk to downtown and less than a block to the Lumber District. Owner's were very responsive and easy to work with. I will definitely rent this house again!

The place was very cute and was conveniently located to town. The neighborhood is a little industrial but still close to everything. The 3rd room is a double so not ideal for a couple of kids. I would definitely recommend.

Great location and it was perfect for our dogs! We would definitely stay here again! A few things to note: the master bedroom has a very firm mattress, so my husband did complain of some hip pain due to that and 2) there appeared to be a known issue with ants. There were ant baits though and they were only found in one room.

Perfect spot for our small family. The house, nestled amongst the flowers, was conveniently located two blocks from downtown. Also located near Brevard College… go Nados. The house had all the amenities but our favorite spot was the screened in porch where we enjoyed the morning sunrise or to just hang out and read. The dogs spent most of their time out there. There was a fenced in yard where we could let them run also. I can’t praise this little home enough! We will definitely come back!

I almost hate to give a great review because I want this place to be available when I come back to town. In all seriousness, it’s perfect, especially if you are traveling with dogs. The house was clean, and check in was easy. The location is perfect. I asked a question a couple of times while arranging the rental and did not get an answer, but as soon as we were given the contact information for our host (via email the week before our arrival) the communication was good and quite prompt. We were planning to do a fair amount of cooking since one family member has some dietary restrictions. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there are lots of plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils - I think about 15 place settings. We had everything we needed except for dishtowels, so we quickly used up the provided roll of paper towels and the roll we had brought with us. We could not figure out how to start the disposal (it's a push button on the sink ledge to the right of the faucet), so I called our property contact (who turned out to be the owner) to ask. She was very responsive and pleasant. When I asked about the dishtowels, she was surprised there were none in the drawers and had someone bring us a couple the same day. It was cold while we were there, and it would have been nice to have had a space heater in the hall bathroom. There is a built-in heater in the master bathroom. Someone commented in another review that the furniture in the living room could be more comfortable. I would have to agree, but we would still be happy to stay in the house again. We spent more time inside than we would have if the weather had been better. We enjoyed the table in the dining area and used it to play games and do simple crafts and jewelry-making as well as for eating. The screened porch is very nice, so I would like to come back again when it's warmer to enjoy it and to see the garden in bloom.

This property exceeded our expectations. It is situated amongst everything that downtown Brevard has to offer. We (all guy fly anglers) especially liked all the close breweries and live local music. The house amenities exceed most vrbos and the kitchen is very well supplied again exceeding most other rentals. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely stay here again in the future. Owner was quick and helpful when i called.

The house was perfect for me and my husband, our son and his family. We also had our fur babies and the screened in porch and backyard was perfect and that’s where we spent most of our time when we weren’t hiking and enjoying downtown. It looked like the kitchen was well equipped, but in our case we treated ourselves to the local restaurants. The Morning Social is a short walk and a must for breakfast. Great location for everything that we were looking for. The management company was quick on responding to any questions we had. Can’t wait to go back to this charming little town!

We had a great experience in this property as we prepared for a family wedding. Unfortunately the hurricane cut our trip short. The owners and property manager were great to work with. We would love to stay here again.

This property had everything we needed. I'm a super picky person and everything was beyond perfect. The owners recommended great hiking trails and the restaurants in Brevard were so good too. Will be back and hopefully stay longer on the next visit. Book this place you'll love it.

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Brevard. The locations is very convenient. We enjoyed walking to downtown as well as nearby restaurants and breweries. The house was cute and everything we needed for our extended weekend in Brevard. We will definitely consider staying here again when we visit Brevard in the future.

Beautiful cottage walking distance to wonderful breakfast spots and restaurants and unique shops. Comfortable and relaxing to come back to after a day of hiking or shopping!
