Tony was an excellent host with great and prompt communication. The house is in a great safe neighborhood, walking distance to Bridge Street and the canal/river. Close to the Saturday farmers market too. The house is well equipped with everything you may need, is super clean and well maintained. Loved the tech updates like alexa and nightlights, and the arcade in the garage! Parking is easy. Our family of 4 had a great stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Close to the Saturday farmers market too. The house is well equipped with everything you may need, is super clean and well maintained. We had a great time. The location to main street was about 1/2 mile, Reeves park is directly behind it with an awesome playground and even a car show when we stayed. Quiet, safe neighborhood as well. Great options for older kids who like xbox, bike riding, ping pong and darts. Limited for younger kids inside the house.

The house was immaculately clean. We had everything we needed to prepare and have a family meal with 10 people on Saturday evening. Kitchen fully stocked. The appliances were all new and the window air conditioners allowed each couple to cool rooms to their own desired temperature. Beds were comfortable and the young adults enjoyed the ping pong table and bikes in the garage. We will definitely book this VRBO again.

We totally enjoyed our stay! The house is nicely updated and clean! Kitchen is nicely stocked. We also enjoyed the backyard, ping pong table and video games. And of course, it helps that it’s a short (.5 mile) walk to Phoenixville downtown area, which we love!

Perfect location in quite neighborhood. Plenty of street parking and room for 2 small or one large vehicle in the back. 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. House had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the back patio and using the dart board in the garage. The only minor negative would be the window sills and blinds were a little dusty/dirty. The rest of the house was clean. Did not need to contact the host for anything. I would definitely stay there again

Gathering in Phoenixville for a family reunion, we found this place to be perfect for a couple families to share space and host meals for the larger group. Centrally located, walkable to downtown businesses, river trail, library and parks--Reeves Park with its great playground was one block away and a lifesaver for getting kids out easily. Ping pong table in garage was fun for some friendly competition. Kitchen is well set up for us to make meals for 10 adults and 4 kids. Tony, the host, was super helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely be back!

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was exactly what we needed. The house is well maintained and VERY clean and looks even better than the pictures. I would stay here again. The two things that would make our stay even better: the beds could use some updating. They were hard and need some additional blankets. I had to borrow a foam topper from a family member that lives in the area. Also there are not a lot of outlets in the bedrooms which is completely understanding for the age of this house so bring an extension cord for phone charging etc!

Found the property to be comfortable, clean and well organized. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of good eatery within a few minutes Property is well maintained. We chose this area because it was 30 mins from Philly and 75 mins from Hersey park. Finally, owner is very friendly, helpful and responds quickly to any concerns. Tony, Thank you allowing us to stay at this property. We really enjoyed it!

Obviously we enjoy this home since it is our 2nd visit. The hosts are responsive and provide great suggestions for things to do in the area. The house itself is in a lovely historic area that is very close to a variety of activities. I highly recommend this as a destination.

We had a great time. The location to main street was about 1/2 mile, Reeves park is directly behind it with an awesome playground and even a car show when we stayed. Quiet, safe neighborhood as well. Great options for older kids who like xbox, bike riding, ping pong and darts. Limited for younger kids inside the house.

Wonderfully clean home with excellent seating for a group. We stayed with a total of 3 couples and we had plenty of room for all of us. Excellent location to easily walk into town. And the town was also amazing! Highly recommend and we will be back!

House was perfect location to wedding at Valley Forge National Park-about 15 minute drive. Walking distance to downtown Phoenixville shops and restaurants as well as grocery store. House was clean, well equipped, and comfortable for 2 87 year old grandparents and 2 teenagers-plenty of room to spread out!

The house was immaculately clean. We had everything we needed to prepare and have a family meal with 10 people on Saturday evening. Kitchen fully stocked. The appliances were all new and the window air conditioners allowed each couple to cool rooms to their own desired temperature. Beds were comfortable and the young adults enjoyed the ping pong table and bikes in the garage. We will definitely book this VRBO again.

Found the property to be comfortable, clean and well organized. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of good eatery within a few minutes Property is well maintained. We chose this area because it was 30 mins from Philly and 75 mins from Hersey park. Finally, owner is very friendly, helpful and responds quickly to any concerns. We totally enjoyed our stay! The house is nicely updated and clean! Kitchen is nicely stocked. We also enjoyed the backyard, ping pong table and video games. And of course, it helps that it’s a short (.5 mile) walk to Phoenixville downtown area, which we love!

Perfect location in quite neighborhood. Plenty of street parking and room for 2 small or one large vehicle in the back. 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. House had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the back patio and using the dart board in the garage. The only minor negative would be the window sills and blinds were a little dusty/dirty. The rest of the house was clean. Did not need to contact the host for anything. I would definitely stay there again

Gathering in Phoenixville for a family reunion, we found this place to be perfect for a couple families to share space and host meals for the larger group. Centrally located, walkable to downtown businesses, river trail, library and parks--Reeves Park with its great playground was one block away and a lifesaver for getting kids out easily. Ping pong table in garage was fun for some friendly competition. Kitchen is well set up for us to make meals for 10 adults and 4 kids. Tony, the host, was super helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great time staying here! Tony was an excellent host and very communicative. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The amenities were updated and modern. There was plenty of space for the four of us to hang out. The location was great and within walking distance to Bridge Street. Someone came by to clear the snow during our stay which was greatly appreciated. The parking area in the rear was a bit tight for two vehicles but on-street parking was also available in front of the house. The hot water in the showers didn't last very long. Overall, this was a great place. We would certainly stay here again!
