Modern Condo in the Heart of Downtown Greenville

This was a perfect spot for us to stay while visiting Greenville. Tucked just off Main and Washington, so in the middle of everything but the courtyard means you don’t hear all of the noise from the streets. We didn’t use the kitchen but it appeared to be fully stocked. Great that it had an elevator as my elderly mother stayed as well but being on the second floor my husband and I could run up and down the stairs as we needed to. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is super roomy, very clean and in the perfect location. Walk to everything it’s just outside the door. Even though you are in the heart of downtown, the way the apartment is set up it is very quiet. The patio is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Highly recommend

The condo was very clean and convenient to all of downtown Greenville. The balcony is a pleasant place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Great location to enjoy downtown Greenville. Easily walkable to everything. (If you have small children recommend bringing a lightweight stroller in order to walk to Reedy Falls Park.) Owner was very responsive via text. Everything was as described! Really enjoyed the outdoor space and very well equipped kitchen. Only tricky bit was parking - main options are pay decks (one is free on weekends). It would be great to have an option that doesn’t require additional cost. We will be back!

Super good location and super space! It is close to everything (we walked to dinner, the Peace Center for a show, breakfast....) Parking was easy and cheap ($7 per day) at the Spring Street garage and if you park near the right elevator, it's only a 1/2 block walk to the apartment. We had everything we needed for a great weekend.

A friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is attractive, well equipped, and in a great location. Getting in and out with luggage might be a little cumbersome for one person (need to park close while unloading, not too clear where key fob was), but this was minor. Definitely recommend!

Everything was just right. Spent 3 nights for some social events. Can't say enough about the location. The living quarters were fine in all ways. Parking a cinch and cheap. I would go back without hesitation. Thank you.

This was the perfect spot for our mother/daughter getaway. The condo is clean, very spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. We felt safe and were able to walk to all the best restaurants and activities that downtown Greenville has to offer. The host was responsive, and the check-in process was easy. Great location in downtown Greenville. Property is new ish and nice, but needs cleaning. Hair on floors (eww!), I even found a pill of some sort.

Aside from the noise it really is a nice condo. Its location is perfect, the interior is spacious and modern. The bed sheets and pillows were clean and very comfortable. I like how there were some spices and items in the cabinet for us to use. Check-in was simple. The host replies fast. The floors had not been mopped since the last guest. To access the unit, you must have a key fob to get into the elevator. The house only comes with one. If you are out and want to go home, but your friends want to stay out, your friends must call and wake you so you can come let them in the elevator. This was annoying. There is an extremely loud noise in the master bedroom wall. It is a combination of a low drone noise like a washing machine, and a higher pitched erratic tapping. The tapping is like two casserole dishes in your backseat constantly banging as you drive – and it is loud! So loud it travels through the condo. It is impossible to sleep in there. My husband slept on the living room couch, I laid in bed for 2 hours before I fell asleep, and I woke not feeling rested. It appears to be something concealed in the wall that is possibly the AC for another unit. There is no way for the host to stop the noise other than having it fixed. This was mentioned in 2 other reviews, but I thought I would try, BIG MISTAKE. Do Not Stay Here unless you confirm the noise is fixed. The house needs to be taken off VRBO until it’s repaired. I highly recommend this place if the noise is fixed.

The location of this property is stellar! Greenville is such a unexpected beautiful surprise in the downtown and surrounding area. Especially in November with moderate temperatures and changing fall leaves. My only complaint is how unsanitary the two bathrooms were. The baseboards were dirty with dust bunnies and hair and it was obvious even to my poor eyesight. Also, maybe the items left in the bathroom drawers are meant to be a courtesy but I would never use a second hand razor (there were two) or really even packets of qtips. It would be different if these were brand new items in sealed packaging but they just looked like a previous occupants forgotten items. The rest of the property was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, had everything we needed. We stayed for a quick 1 night trip for a concert, everything was walkable.

Dirty floors, extremely dusty, likely not vacuumed in months, mold on the shower curtain, which we changed, sheets likely not washed since something was stuck in them, fortunately washed out, one key fab which makes leaving and entering difficult with more than two people. Complained to VRBO, case number 110834734 with no response to date. Only positive was the location.

As May 1, they’re still a terrible vibration and noise in the master bedroom. The walls actually vibrate in both the bathroom and the bedroom, and you need earplugs to sleep. Otherwise, the location is great and the balcony and the condo is fun. Just make sure you check to see if it’s fixed before coming.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location for downtown Greenville activities. There was a little noise one evening, but nothing to get worked up about. This is our second trip, and the one thing we mentioned in a private message to the property owner was resolved - so now it’s perfect!

We went to Greenville for a quick getaway and this condo right downtown was perfect. 2 huge bedrooms with on suite bathrooms and a large living area and kitchen. The balcony was an added plus as it was wonderful weather when we were there. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

We really loved our stay! The king size bed was so comfortable and the most comfortable bed we have ever stayed in at a vrbo. Even more comfortable than our own bed at home! Our 11-year-old son stayed in the second bedroom and it was very convenient that there was a desk where he could work on his schoolwork on his laptop. This vacation home had everything we could possibly need. I especially loved the extra charging ports for all of our devices. The location was great in downtown Greenville and we enjoyed being able to walk to the nearby restaurants. Because of the nature of our trip, our two older teens stayed at home with our mini schnauzer. We would love to stay here again, except it is not pet friendly. That was the only downside of our stay is we would have loved to bring our whole family and the dog.

Olivia was very accommodating with allowing early check in when we arrived in town early. So helpful and great communication! Awesome downtown location!

Our stay was great. The location, apartment, safety and communication were great. There was an issue with power (no fault of the property) and the management was very responsive. We had two adults and two kids (1 and 2) the layout of the place was perfect for that.

The check in process was very straightforward and simple. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The unit was bright and plenty large for us. The location is outstanding, close to parks, bars and restaurants. Walking distance to everything we needed. We went to the Clemson football game Saturday and it was a simple 45 minute ride each way with traffic. I would definitely rent this property again

Enjoyed two nights here, absolutely perfect central location to stroll Main Street and explore the falls. Apartment was as described, we did experience some fruit/drain flies but it happens and we alerted host who promptly responded and made plans to address the issue. Great communication and reasonable price for two bedrooms in such an unbeatable location. Also well stocked with cookware and complimentary coffee pods. We’d definitely come back! This was one of the finest condos that I have rented. The location in the heart of Greenville can not be beat. Spacious, clean, and thoughtfully appointed. I would happily stay here again and again.
