This house was perfect for my family of 4 ( 2 are teenagers) and my 80 year old in-laws. There was a bedroom and bathroom on the main level where my in laws could stay and not have to go up and down stairs. Only down side was the main floor bedroom did not have a TV. The house was super clean and had just about everything you needed! Even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every shower. The pool was fun and we enjoyed soaking our tired legs in the hot tub after long days of walking. Jeremy was very responsive when we needed to reach out. The home is located close to pretty much all highways, grocery stores and a Starbucks was right across the street! You can hear air traffic but nothing unbearable I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to LA. We will definitely return!! Extra bonus was you could park your car in the back driveway behind a locked gate. Thanks for great memories Mermaid Cove, we will miss you!!!

The Mermaid Cove was GREAT! Check in process was smooth and simple. The house was clean and comforting after a long flight from the East Coast with a Pirate theme and buried treasure!. To our SURPRISE the host Jeremy had a massage chair which was a total game changer for us and we felt like we were at a SPA after a long flight this was very much appreciated. We also were able to find the treasure! Another nice surprise ! I would definitely recommend family and friends who are traveling to the West Coast to stay at The Mermaid Cove. Thanks again to Jeremy for allowing us to stay at your home.

What a wonderful property! Jeremy was an awesome host and the property had the easiest checkout I’ve ever had! The pool and patio area were heavenly and truly felt like a private oasis in the middle of the bustling city. The rooms were beautifully decorated, well appointed, and extremely clean! We are going to think of an excuse to be back!

This place is like a private island in the middle of the city. Highly recommended. The pool is so much fun we had it heated for a few days and wish we had it for the entire stay. Can’t go wrong with this place the host was very helpful and welcoming.

The home was simply beautiful! Outside the home does no justice to what the inside looks like!!! Well kept, clean and those beds were made in heaven!!! Jeremy is an excellent host! We were finally able to settle down Sunday and enjoy the pool and spa. Would definitely book again!

The house was like a beautiful oasis and very accommodating. Amazing pool with fun slide and jacuzzi. Very comfortable and welcoming home with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. This home is an incredible property. We had nine people stay very comfortably. The pool and hot tub were used whenever we were there. It was very clean and surprisingly quiet. We are letting our friends and family know about if they go to LA. Thanks for being a great host Jeremy!

Incredible stay, we were 6 adult and we all slept very well. Getting there was easy, private parking with fence that we could lock. Pool was great, jacccuzi was awesome at the end of the day. All we needed was there to prepare our food. Walk distance from many stadium. (basketball, football) Very clean, nice place to stay, would come back anytime and will recommend to anyone.

Property was located really close to airport and centrally located for day trips. House was nicely setup and kitchen was stocked well. Pool and hot tub were exceptional. The property manager was really good and responsive. Just a heads up for some potential renters, the neighborhood is a bit loud as the property is located next to a main street (sirens, cars racing etc.).

We recently had nice stay at Jeremey’s property close to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised with nice big clean and well stocked home near major freeways. The kids loved the pool, and big TVs in every bedroom. Location is on edge of Inglewood, and near Starbucks and various other food locations. The home was beautiful. Was a little skeptical of the area when we first arrived because it’s located near a major street, however everything was wonderful. Extremely close to lots of food choice’s. Would’ve love to have invited some of my brothers a sister’s who came in from out of town for bbq In the beautiful backyard, but we definitely respected the house rules! Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the property to friends. My brothers are already talking about rebooking if we come back!

The house is absolutely wonderful. The kids locked the pool, the adults relaxed in the hot tub. The outdoor kitchen made our cookout amazing and the home had plenty of room and was very clean. My only suggestion would be to do a bit of research on the neighborhood. This isn’t the property owners fault as he can’t control that… but we woke up constantly through the night to cars driving by and sirens going off. That was the ONLY problem we had and not really anything that could be controlled but we wish we would have known before hand.

First, I have to start off with mentioning the owner and his amazing communication. I’ve rented a lot of VRBO, and he was by far the best! Second, the house is perfect for a larger group, very roomy and clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed! The pool and hot tub were a significant bonus. The whole back area is very well laid out and strategically hides what might not be the best location. Still, it was super convenient to airport, SoFi and pretty much everything we wanted to do. It was hard to leave the house though, as it was just perfect for a getaway.

We came LA to see our son - the house was beautiful, the pool area and outside seating was greatly enjoyed daily. Had couple of minor hicups which owner respoded and corrected immediatley. Would definatley recommend!

What a wonderful property! Jeremy was an awesome host and the property had the easiest checkout I’ve ever had! The pool and patio area were heavenly and truly felt like a private oasis in the middle of the bustling city. The rooms were beautifully decorated, well appointed, and extremely clean! We are going to think of an excuse to be back!

The home was simply beautiful! Outside the home does no justice to what the inside looks like!!! Well kept, clean and those beds were made in heaven!!! Jeremy is an excellent host! We were finally able to settle down Sunday and enjoy the pool and spa. Would definitely book again!

The house was like a beautiful oasis and very accommodating. Amazing pool with fun slide and jacuzzi. Very comfortable and welcoming home with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The host quickly responded to any questions or concerns and made sure everything was smooth sailing. Will definitely book again and recommend to others.

This home is an incredible property. We had nine people stay very comfortably. The pool and hot tub were used whenever we were there. It was very clean and surprisingly quiet. We are letting our friends and family know about if they go to LA. Thanks for being a great host Jeremy!

Property was located really close to airport and centrally located for day trips. House was nicely setup and kitchen was stocked well. Pool and hot tub were exceptional. The property manager was really good and responsive. Just a heads up for some potential renters, the neighborhood is a bit loud as the property is located next to a main street (sirens, cars racing etc.).

This house was perfect for my family of 4 ( 2 are teenagers) and my 80 year old in-laws. There was a bedroom and bathroom on the main level where my in laws could stay and not have to go up and down stairs. Only down side was the main floor bedroom did not have a TV. The house was super clean and had just about everything you needed! Even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every shower. The pool was fun and we enjoyed soaking our tired legs in the hot tub after long days of walking. Jeremy was very responsive when we needed to reach out. The home is located close to pretty much all highways, grocery stores and a Starbucks was right across the street! You can hear air traffic but nothing unbearable I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to LA. We will definitely return!! Extra bonus was you could park your car in the back driveway behind a locked gate. Thanks for great memories Mermaid Cove, we will miss you!!!

We recently had nice stay at Jeremey’s property close to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised with nice big clean and well stocked home near major freeways. The kids loved the pool, and big TVs in every bedroom. Location is on edge of Inglewood, and near Starbucks and various other food locations. We usually went into LA daily which was easily accessible. Jeremy was very responsive

If you are looking for an authentic place and time to spend time in Los Angeles, this property allows you to do so for the entire family. 'Easy' drive time to Lakers game, SoFi Stadium, Clippers game, Hollywood and Downtown LA. One thing to note, the house itself was perfect, clean and comfortable, however, the location surrounding the house could feel uneasy at night. But once inside, we felt safe. Ahoy Seadogs and Scallywags, That she blows - THIS beautiful home is as advertised! Peaceful neighborhood with plenty of food options within walking distance should you choose not to buy groceries. Starbucks is a 2 minute walk across the street! The pool is definitely worth walking the plank and relaxing in. The host is VERY communicative and professional. Will rent again!!

The home was beautiful. Was a little skeptical of the area when we first arrived because it’s located near a major street, however everything was wonderful. Extremely close to lots of food choice’s. Would’ve love to have invited some of my brothers a sister’s who came in from out of town for bbq In the beautiful backyard, but we definitely respected the house rules! Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the property to friends. My brothers are already talking about rebooking if we come back!

Incredible stay, we were 6 adult and we all slept very well. Getting there was easy, private parking with fence that we could lock. Pool was great, jacccuzi was awesome at the end of the day. All we needed was there to prepare our food. Walk distance from many stadium. (basketball, football) Very clean, nice place to stay, would come back anytime and will recommend to anyone.

The house is absolutely wonderful. The kids locked the pool, the adults relaxed in the hot tub. The outdoor kitchen made our cookout amazing and the home had plenty of room and was very clean. My only suggestion would be to do a bit of research on the neighborhood. This isn’t the property owners fault as he can’t control that… but we woke up constantly through the night to cars driving by and sirens going off. That was the ONLY problem we had and not really anything that could be controlled but we wish we would have known before hand.

We had a wonderful time here! The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. My 3 boys loved the pool, hot tub and the massage chair. The location was perfect for getting around. The parking was great right at the house with a gate. Our host Jeremy was easy to communicate with and he kindly checked in with us a few days in to make we had everything we needed. Excellent stay!
