Very spacious, clean, modern hotel suite. Kitchen well equipped, separate bedroom quiet and dark fit a good night's sleep. The entrance area and other areas were very beautifully decorated with many attractive sitting areas. Safe Parking for free in the street .

This is the third time we have stayed here! Love the hotel, Love that the lobby is clean and quiet, Love the parking (although it should be free to guests). Room has everything you might want in a condo, and can be serviced every day if you choose. The only thing that needs improvement is the Gym which has virtually no equipment and even with that the treadmill was out of order for our whole stay. An elliptical trainer would be awesome!

Love staying here and the cafe next door as elevated it to my favourite place. Although, was going to try the gym last time and I wouldn’t call it a gym. If you’re staying here particularly for its gym you will be disappointed. Other than that, grouse.

Overall everything was good but one thing that I found is that Majestic Suits have charged me for parking. When I made booking parking was meant to be free. Everyone just be aware of these hidden costs. I was not happy at all. I believe, soon people will be charged for tap water usage when they stay in Hotels/Motels. This certainly not how to do business.

Love the convenience of walking to O'Connell St for dining, groceries, and transport to the city. Our 2brd suite was very comfortable for 4 people. Secure under-cover parking, for an extra cost. My only gripe is, personally, I would like larger coffee cups haha

We stayed 3 nights and it was just perfect. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was extremely quiet and the bed very comfortable. Cafes and restaurants are 5 mins walk. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Over all it was a good stay. Staff are super friendly. Only commente i have are Carpets could do with a vacuum in rooms before and during stay. And the bathroom floor cleaned. Would stay again and would recommend.

Booked 5 rooms in total for a family function, rooms were well appointed, parking excellent. Great proximity to venues and restaurant on foot or easy uber drive to town. 4 of the rooms were ground floor, 5th room overlooking tynte street, high floor ,great view and probably more expensive, so pay extra for a high floor if you can. ***Would suggest pay attention to windows/ sliding doors - covered in sticky little hand prints and walls with scuff marks could do with some magic eraser, compendium dog eared and dirty, struggled to get enough air via air con, overall a pleasant stay, just a few small things require attention.

What a beautiful property, in a wonderful location. Our room was in "as new" condition with everything we needed, including a kitchen and freezer. Comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of storage, big bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. This part of North Adelaide is beautiful and walkable to cafes and shops, including a terrific Foodland.

This was our second stay at the property. Overall, the building is impressive, private, quiet and the staff attentive. I’ve said this previously but my only gripe is the use of a large sliding glass window to separate the bedroom from the bathroom. While it maybe cute architecturally, it is annoying as any nighttime visit to the bathroom inconveniently wakes a sleeping partner as light floods into the bedroom. Many people with medical issues will understand this. Maybe a curtain is the answer?

Affordable 5-star luxury in the quiet area of North Adelaide; less than 10 minute Uber from the CBD; within walking distance to local cafes. The suite was lush with sweeping views of the city and sunset; rooms were spacious and the beds plus pillows were super comfy and loved the daily housekeeping. The only comment is the sofa was awkward and uncomfortable but overall, would definitely stay again.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, which was very generous in size, plenty of room, 2 bathrooms and a large living space with kitchen and plenty of amenities. The apartments are easy to access, and located on a quiet street, although you are right under the flight path, which was a little noisy but certainly didn't affect our stay and would definitely stay again.

One of the best-looking and most well-appointed properties we have come across in our many travels, unfortunately the service is a major let-down, particularly as they market themselves as a luxury hotel and price as so. Staff are unfriendly and purposefully avoid eye contact when you pass through the (small) lobby area, and seem very unwilling to assist with queries (except for Max who was a star but we hardly saw him). Staff seem confused and gave inconsistent answers to questions. For some reason if you stay more than 7 days you get treated like a second-rate guest and receive NO housekeeping except on a weekly basis, so if you need anything this involves going all the way down to reception where you are actively avoided, to request items. Housekeeping (for the lucky ones who get this) also start very early and have no regard for guests who are still in their rooms, so if you are looking for a relaxing sleep-in, you will be woken by incessant banging and loud voices as they clean up in the adjacent rooms. Fine for a quick stay but would not recommend staying here for long.

I travel a lot for work and this is my all time favourite hotel bar none. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and nothing is too much much trouble. The location is great and close to restaurants.

The one bedroom superior suite I stayed in was spacious, clean and quiet. Even though the area is under a flight path, the soundproofing worked extremely well. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, walkable to the city, Adelaide Oval and nearby areas. Would definitely stay there again.

A great property just a short, 25-minute walk from the city. We were travelling for an event at the Convention Centre and it was the perfect distance to feel like we were separated from the event. The hotel is lovely and quiet but a short walk from an abundance of pubs and food options.

This hotel was wonderful, staff fantastic and the room was large, clean and well equipped. Although not in the centre, the hotel was easily accessible by bus and the area of North Adelaide had a great vibe. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Hotel sits on a park, lovely and quiet, loved it.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Our room had a view overlooking the park. Staff were friendly but not too intrusive. No bar or pool but easy three minute distance to bars/ cafes. We were able to walk into city centre but transport is easy to get. Left some lost property behind. Staff promptly returned.
