Parking 1,5 blocks away. The toilet is 65 ft from the bed. Poor planning for me. Old colonial house converted with little thought to good easy use. Pool is very small. Ask for breakfast voucher because they forget to give you it and also password for wifi. Phone in room useless.

En general muy buena ubicación, cómoda y habitaciónes agradables, pero para subir al 3 er piso por las escaleras si está un poco complicado, no tiene estacionamiento propio, le pide estacionamiento a un hotel cercano, aunque también muy seguro, no tiene servicio de restaurante

Floor in the habitation was dirty. I used the small foot towel to wipe the floors and wore socks for two days. The pool was not operable. The ceiling fan in the habitation is dirty and needs the blades adjusted as it has a continual squeak.

Las instalaciones en buen estado, la habitación más amplia de lo que pensaba, el servicio y atención del personal muy bien, sólo recomendaría que tuvieran más cuidado con la limpieza del dispensador de agua. El estacionamiento aunque no está en las instalaciones, sólo está a media cuadra y no representa ningún problema acceder a el.

Las instalaciones en buen estado, la habitación más amplia de lo que pensaba, el servicio y atención del personal muy bien, sólo recomendaría que tuvieran más cuidado con la limpieza del dispensador de agua. El estacionamiento aunque no está en las instalaciones, sólo está a media cuadra y no representa ningún problema acceder a el.

El proceso de estacionamiento es muy tedioso, llegar, que te hagan un papel para poder accesar, entrar al estacionamiento. Salir a visitar merida, regresar y no poder ingresar al estacionamiento porque está cerrado y no está el guardia para abrir. Nos comunicaron que teníamos que ir a un hotel que pertenece a ellos, llenar nuevamente el papel con el mismo guardia para que podamos accesar. Es demasiado tedioso ese proceso

The property is located in the best part of town for someone that wants to do shopping and visit downtown, everything is within walking distance. The property is an old house and it missing some of the hotel amenities like ice machines. I will stay there again next time I visit Merida.

Hotel muy céntrico y por lo miso en las mañanas puede haber algo de ruido de la calle. En recepción fueron amables, pudimos hacer el check in muy tarde sin problema. No cuentan con estacionamiento propio pero tienen espacio para dejar los autos a media cuadra. En general muy bien.

Este hotel era mi principal opción en Mérida, pero ahora está sumamente descuidado en su mantenimiento, hay humedad en los cuartos. Pero lo peor ha sido la limpieza, estuve en dos ocasiones la misma semana de paso para Cancún, y me entregaron la habitación con cabellos, y las sábanas sucias.

La propiedad esta muy centrica, la foto es tal cual el lobby, donde estan las habitaciones ya no es así, pero eso es lo de menos. El servicio al cliente es muy malo, les falta tacto y calidad humana, una capacitación en servicio al cliente les caería muy bien. La habitación es simple pero tiene lo necesario para pasar la noche. Tienen problemas de limpieza y mantenimiento, les falta personal. No es boutique deberían quitar eso de su nombre.

My stay was good. The only issue I had, the toilet and shower were not clean. The shower had accumulated sand on the floor, and the toilet was dirty. After I brought it the staff’s attention, it was promptly cleaned.

Descuidado el mobiliario de la habitación y recepción, le falta mayor mantenimiento, cabeceras de cama despintadas, fierro oxidado en lavabo, agua de alberca no transparente (no dan ganas de entrar), escaleras descuidadas. Me decepcionó, al ser hotel de cadena pensé estaría mejor. La arquitectura del edificio por fuera es bonito, pero les falta en el interior. Personal amable.

Hotels.com and others have this hotel as FABULOUS. Nothing fabulous when low shower water pressure (trickle) and less than lukewarm water...cold! Shower tile grimy, interior needs a fresh coat of paint and bathroom wall separated by plywood wall approximately 7 feet high and no ceiling. So all smell and sounds are in bedroom too. I asked another couple staying at opposite end of building and they were experiencing the same shower problems. I am a frequent user of this website and get rooms for my employees and me. First time we experience this horrible shower low water pressure and lukewarm water.

Nos hospedamos del 14 al 17 de marzo, las instalaciones del hotel estan aceptables lo terrible que no te puedes bañar apropiadamente por que no sale suficiente agua en las regaderas o incluso solo un pequeño chorro en ocasiones muy caliente o muy fria sin poder controlar la temperatura del agua y tuvimos la misma experiencia en las dos habitaciones de las que mi familia dispuso.

Very nice hotel, but the room we had didn't have a "bathroom". It had a toilet and shower separated from the room by a thin wall with no roof. No privacy and a strange layout inside the bathroom area. Come on, put a roof on the bathroom.

Siempre es un gusto volver a la CASONA. Con la buena atencion qué brindan desde recepcion, cafetería y personal de limpieza. Espero volver a regresar y poder saludar a la Srita.Ruth, Don Juan y claro el Siempre optimista José. Al igual qué el amigo cubre turnos. Que estan siempre disponible para apoyarte en cualquier imprevisto o duda que tengas haciendo mas amena tu esrancias en estas recamaras amplias y comodas. Sin duda una magnífica opcion para hospedarse si vieben a Mérida. Y como siempre también con la atención y superación de la Gerente. Saludos.

Buena ubicación pero no excelente, camas cómodas pero almohadas pésimas, detrás del lavabo oxidado, la coladera de la regadera sin tornillos y se salía de su sitio, no hay donde colgar cosas mojadas / húmedas, en la pared donde se detiene el papel del WC habían agujeros del soporte anterior pero nunca los resanaron o taparon. La manager del hotel (Sra Olivia) nunca tuvo la amabilidad de comunicarse conmigo después de varias solicitudes. Yo hice reservación a través de Expedia pero el hotel recibió mi reservación a través de un tercero, en donde no se confirmo desayuno incluido (el hotel solo tiene opción con desayuno incluido). asi que tuve que pagar desayuno de 4 personas por 4 días por fuera.

El personal es muy amable pero insuficiente, un día no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación porque no les dió tiempo. El desayuno es promedio, siempre las mismas opciones. La habitación tiene camas cómodas, no servía el sky, jabones y papel higiénico de baja calidad. Un hotel de tres estrellas aceptable, no más.

El personal es muy amable pero insuficiente, un día no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación porque no les dió tiempo. El desayuno es promedio, siempre las mismas opciones. FATAL SERVICIO ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Elegí ese hotel por el VIP access y por la ubicación, la habitación que me asignaron en un primer momento estaba con algo sucio en el buro, y me dijeron que no tenían a nadie que lo pudiera limpiar, y ellos me dieron otra habitación y se salía el agua en el baño (el water), les comente el beneficio VIP access (subida de categoría, aunque creo que solo había esa categoría )según ellos que no existía, se lo mostré , y no existía, hable con expedia les llamaron y que no lo tenia, expedia les pidió que tuvieran un detalle y nunca lo tuvieron........ nada resolutivos, el hotel esta tranquilo y bonito, pero llegaba cansado de trabajar y ya viendo la actitud no tenia ganas de pelear

The property is located in the best part of town for someone that wants to do shopping and visit downtown, everything is within walking distance. The property is an old house and it missing some of the hotel amenities like ice machines. I will stay there again next time I visit Merida.

Hotel muy céntrico y por lo miso en las mañanas puede haber algo de ruido de la calle. En recepción fueron amables, pudimos hacer el check in muy tarde sin problema. No cuentan con estacionamiento propio pero tienen espacio para dejar los autos a media cuadra. En general muy bien.

Cumple perfectamente con su función, buen tamaño de las habitaciones, el aire acondicionado jala super bien, el personal muy amable y el estacionamiento accesible, un área de mejora sería que tuvieran un espacio para que uno haga trabajo remoto porque la silla de la habitación no es muy cómoda usando la mesa que hay. Está súper bien ubicado pues caminando de llegar al centro y a varios lugares de comida, el turibus sale a dos calles, la catedral está a tres, muy recomendable en grupo de amigos o pareja.

En pleno centro de Mérida se encuentra este hotelito con gran encantó, efectivamente es una casona antigua adaptada y una edificio añadido, sin duda una buena opción para quedarse, la cama es súper cómoda las habitaciones perfectamente acondicionadas, el baño de la suite es una sorpresa sin embargo bastante funcional y sin mayor queja, la alberca necesita un poco más de limpieza, es importante comentar que tanto el desayuno como el estacionamiento está fuera del hotel sobre la misma cuadra, sin embargo eso no es nada molesto, recomiendo 100% el hotel yo sin duda volveré, las fotos son tal cual lo que recibes, y solo nota adicional, no recibí mi bebida como recompensa por ser VIP silver! Pero se compensa con el trato amable de todo el personal

El personal es muy amable pero insuficiente, un día no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación porque no les dió tiempo. El desayuno es promedio, siempre las mismas opciones. La habitación tiene camas cómodas, no servía el sky, jabones y papel higiénico de baja calidad. Un hotel de tres estrellas aceptable, no más.

Siempre qué se puede la accesibilidad a tu habitación antes de la hora,el desayuno no es el clasico pan con cafe y jugo y fruta. Hay 3 opciones mas lo anterior incluido en cada desayuno todo preparado individualmente. El personal atento y el lobby no deja de ser su carta de presentación con los chic@s y no tan chicos Siempre con una sonrisa dispuesto apoyar en cualquier duda o imprevisto. Lamentablemente no falta algun huésped qué hace lo qué no haría uno en su casa ni exigir demás cuando son accesibles siempre. Me da gusto saber qué eso no influye con el resto de los clientes. Felicitaciones por ser innovadores y con paciencia qué se convierte en una mejor atención al cliente. Saludos.

Staff is amazing, super friendly, and they will accommodate to you as much as they can although their rooms are basic in amenities and you have to be prepared for not throwing paper to the toilet because it’s forbidden. But location is fantastic in terms of walking distance to the historic centre of the city.
