We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Property is a quaint studio and is convenient to almost everything in downtown Cleveland. Didn’t need much but Communication with Tyler was always prompt and courteous and parking was super affordable. Will definitely stay again when we return to Cleveland.

I stayed here with my fiancé for a concert at the Rocket Mortgage Stadium. The location was fantastic and it was a great place to decompress and get some sleep before heading home in the morning. Tyler provided detailed instructions on how to get in and where to find parking near the building. The building is close to the highway, so it is a little noisy, but we had no problem sleeping.
I stayed here with my fiancé for a concert at the Rocket Mortgage Stadium. The location was fantastic and it was a great place to decompress and get some sleep before heading home in the morning. Absolutely perfect location. We walked to The Flats for an early dinner, Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse for a concert and to the Rock Hall the next day. Any Cleveland sporting event is walking distance. Nothing fancy but everything was clean and perfect size for 2. Parking lot right next door was $5 for each day.

My boyfriend and I just stayed here this past weekend and we had a great experience. We started the weekend with going to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame (which is about a 10 minute drive from the apartment), checked in, hung out, and then walked to the Flats in the evening. It was very simple to get the key and the parking was located right to the side of the main entrance. If you are visiting, my boyfriend and I recommend grabbing dinner at Collision Bend Brewery, walking around to the pop up bar, and then ending the evening at Good Night John Boy (all located in the flats). We also walked to get breakfast at 27 Club Coffee (which is about a two block walk) and drove about ten minutes to see the Christmas Story house. I will be looking into staying here again this summer for another weekend getaway.

The place was older and not very clean. Garbage in hallways plus very smelly. Hallways are tricky if you have luggage as there are stairs to the different units off the elevator. The apartment itself was nice enough but dirty. Heart dropped as area rugs in hallway were very dirty and there were alot of fruit flies and a few silver fish. That comes from lack of general upkeep. The real struggle i had was the apartment is next to the freeway ramp so you have cars, reving on a Friday night and we were awakening by a major crash at 2:30 am. With fire engines etc. Not the apartments fault but comes with location.

overall our impression of the property was great. accessing the key from the lock box was a little difficult considering the lock box was stuck...the bathroom exhaust fan makes a little noise... almost enough to disturb ... and the towels smelled slightly moldy.

Pleasantly surprised. I have to say finding our room was a little difficult and we made a mistake exiting out a side door to go Out for the evening me found ourselves in a blocked parking lot had to go back in and find our way out. The room is nice and cozy. It was nice and Welcoming with a little snack basket . Also if anyone has a hard time with steps going up to the loft bedroom could be difficult for some. Location is great!! We will definitely recommend your place to others.

My friend and I booked this stay for a night out in town. We really enjoyed our stay - it is in a great location! There was a parking lot right next to the building and our check-in instructions were super detailed. The layout is a loft, there is a queen bed upstairs and a bathroom. Downstairs has a couch, TV, a small dining table, and the kitchen. It was a good amount of space for the 2 of us. Would stay here again!

Not a bad place to stay if you don’t mind not having internet or a tv that works. Oh and depending on your cell carrier your cell data may not work well or even at all in here (which has been happening to me). I have had zero communication with the owner since yesterday evening around 5pm when I reached out with the concerns we had about the tv and internet upon our arrival. The only communication I got from the owner was the original message after I rented this place directing me on how to get into the condo, but that was on April 16th. Since then nothing at all. Also the one tv here, which doesn’t even work, is downstairs and there is no tv where the bed is. Just to clear up any confusion or misunderstandings there as well.

What a cute little place right in the middle of everything in Downtown Cleveland. Check in was easy, the place was very clean with lots of amenities! Would stay here again. Only complaint,ceiling fan didn’t work and when the heat kicked on it got a tad warm in the Loft. If you’re a light sleeper, it’s right next to the freeway. Other than that everything was perfect. Would stay there again!

Great location to walk to several area establishments, even a cute grocery store! Getting the key fob was a tad tedious. Walking up the sidewalk and looking for a lockbox hanging on an iron gate that was hidden by tall weeds could have been a better process. Great communication with Tyler!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Came in for a conference at the convention center. Way less expensive than even the preferred event hotels and easily walkable to the venue. Nice place and neighbors were quiet. Ty was very responsive to my questions as well, which was great.

I have to say finding our room was a little difficult and we made a mistake exiting out a side door to go Out for the evening me found ourselves in a blocked parking lot had to go back in and find our way out. The room is nice and cozy. It was nice and Welcoming with a little snack basket . Also if anyone has a hard time with steps going up to the loft bedroom could be difficult for some. Location is great!! We will definitely recommend your place to others.

Tyler was quick to reply with any questions I had. The condo was super clean and ready for us. The snacks and water were a nice touch! Loved how close this condo was to everything we needed to get to this weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I just stayed here this past weekend and we had a great experience. We started the weekend with going to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame (which is about a 10 minute drive from the apartment), checked in, hung out, and then walked to the Flats in the evening. It was very simple to get the key and the parking was located right to the side of the main entrance. If you are visiting, my boyfriend and I recommend grabbing dinner at Collision Bend Brewery, walking around to the pop up bar, and then ending the evening at Good Night John Boy (all located in the flats). We also walked to get breakfast at 27 Club Coffee (which is about a two block walk) and drove about ten minutes to see the Christmas Story house. I will be looking into staying here again this summer for another weekend getaway.

Detailed instructions to get the key was spot on. Safe neighborhood. The condo is as described (very clean) and it was a quick walk to the Flats (fun nightlife!) end maybe 15 min walk to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It’s nice to just park your car once and walk to places.

I had a great time staying here! Great value and everything in the description was accurate. Definitely not a luxury condo with updated amenities (TV was an older model, bathroom could be updated) but it is everything you need for a fantastic price!
