This is our third visit to this location it is conveniently placed between both Burford and Witney, and the building was very warm and comfortable especially as the weather was cold. One of the reasons we like the location is there is a large field next to the annex which is self contained and my spaniel enjoyed his freedom. One slight disavan̈tage is it is on the flight path to Brize Norton so low flying aircraft and night flying is possible but being an air enthusiast great photo opportunities.

Clean and functional property. Note states no dogs on bed or sofa which we quite agree with but very hard to police with no internal doors!! Luckily we were out and had a crate for bed time but it was hard work. Also no where to let the dog run free by himself outside.

Stayed 4 nights

The property was clean and comfortable. Our dog loved the big garden to explore. The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful, but a very short drive to Witney with plenty of places to eat and drink. The property needs a hoover and mop bucket for guests staying with dogs, this would have been very useful.
