We were in town for the Kimicon and this apartment was only 4 minutes away from the BJCC. The bedrooms, kitchen and main bathroom were spacious, and there's parking on site and on the street. Restaurants were walkable too.

This property and the host was amazing. The suggestions for restaurants and breweries were spot on. Directions and where to park were perfect. The property is great, the owner was great. The only issue was that the place smelled very strongly of marijuana the entire visit. Owner did all he could do but nothing cleared the smell. There is a smoke shop below the unit and that’s the only explanation we could come up with. All amenities were as listed and the unit is is really great shape.

Although, you could hear the “sounds of the city” through the night, we felt safe & secure. My only suggestion would be more comfortable furniture for lounging in the common room.

First of all, the host communicated very well and was there for any questions I had. The unit was very clean. The beds are super comfortable. Great decor and beautiful hardwood floors. I travel to Birmingham quite a bit and have stayed all over. The location is perfect. Very safe and quiet part of town with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. I'll be staying here again!

My boyfriend beat me there but said it was very nice. I walked in and really liked the kitchen layout. When turning to the left there is a long hallway with rooms on the right.the decor was trendy and eclectic- love this type of look. Bathroom was large and well done. Two rooms with super comfy beds and a tv to watch on the wall. At the end was a half bath and the living area. Green velvet couch and sitting chairs. Loved staying there. Tall ceilings and hardwood floors throughout, except the kitchen. We enjoyed the evening at dinner and vane home to unwind. Great night of sleep and off we went. Thank you! We enjoyed your place.

We were so excited to book it based on the lpcation, decor & renovated, historical architecture, & it was close to all the adventures we wanted to enjoy Birmingham! Would definitely book again! For those with sensory needs: Microfiber towels were an experience, & the shops downstairs add vibrance to the space.

Just a perfect location for any Birmingham downtown event. 15 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes to downtown and it jas a historic setting. The host made some exceptions for us and it worked out very well. Thank you for being a part of diner en Blanc.

The remodeled historic loft is a wonderful stay. The hosts have done a great job of remodeling this historic home.We enjoyed staying there. The neighborhood is not necessarily wonderful to explore on foot but makes a good base for exploring by car. Definitely a 5 star VRBO
