The house was immaculate and just as advertised -- high on Texas cowboy charm. I would rate it 10 stars, but only 5 were offered. It was located in a cute, quiet neighborhood, but very close to Old Town Tomball. Great kitchen! The game room was a plus! Our Host was quick and very responsive to all questions. Great value for the price as well. Will recommend to friends and family and definitely rebook when I visit Texas in the near future.

This home was perfect for our girls weekend. The house is tastefully decorated, clean, and has everything you need in a fully equipped kitchen. It is in an excellent location with easy walk to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The outdoor space and the bonus game room are added pluses for a great stay rain or shine!

We had the most delightful stay in this charming home. It is spotless and so much thought has gone into the details. The comfort and decor are wonderful.

Interior was clean and well appointed with thoughtful touches such as-- Keurig with generous supply of KCups, Brita water filter, new nonstick cookware, sound machines in the bedrooms. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking. We had plenty of dishes, glassware and utensils for a dinner for 6. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels, plus shampoo, conditioner and body wash if you didn't bring your own. Beds were very comfortable memory foam. TVs were in every room. Roku and free streaming channels provided, otherwise login for your own streaming services. Another nice touch, for inclement weather days, were games for all ages, and a record player with an assortment of vinyl records. Outdoor living space included a shaded dining table, gas grill, fire pit and lounge chairs. All of which we used and were functional. Water and hose easily accessible for squirting off patio and furniture. There is a separate game room building (which was great for storing our bikes). Our family enjoyed air hockey and foosball, and the lighted cornhole game during one of our cookouts. Urban Oak (the name of the property) was an easy walk to Old Tomball shops and eateries. Quick morning walk to Honor Society coffee shop, or evening stroll to Cisco's Salsa Co. for dinner. Every Saturday from 9-12 there is a Farmer's Market in Old Tomball. We went weekly and picked up goodies for the week. We enjoyed nearby parks and trails for walking and bike riding. 15-30 min drive to them.
