Nice condo building in Key West for our stay. Good facility amenities with the tennis courts, pool and workout room, plus pickleball courts a short bike ride away. Not close to Duval Street, so a car or bike is suggested.

No on-property "beach approach" is a bummer, but Smathers Beach is 10-15 min walk next door. However, if you have small kids (and all their beach baggage) and want to sit & play right where the water meets the sand, Fort Zachary Tyalor Beach is a much better option... a 10-15 drive. Newly remodeled unit is very nice... bathroom and kitchen felt nice & new. Only complaint: pool was too warm. I'm sure it felt great at night, but on a hot day it wasn't very refreshing... but we did it anyway.

This ocean-view condo was perfect for our family (2 couples one toddler) for the long Thanksgiving weekend. Nicely renovated, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable, bathrooms are modern and bright, and the balcony area has plenty of seating. (It's also very safe for little children). We especially loved the swimming pool (which has two designated lap lanes--very unusual!) and hot tub. The gym was a little small (just one treadmill and a few other machines), but the condo is located right on a beautiful coastal beach/walk, so we exercised there. The rental agents were very responsive to our queries. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo itself was clean and was well stocked but felt like someone inherited their parents condo and has not updated anything or gotten rid of anything since. The bedrooms were great. They were decorated well and the beds were very comfortable. They each had remote control ceiling fans that worked perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked but it was just a bit dated. This was definitely someone's primary residence prior to being a rental. Every drawer and cabinet had stuff in it and most of it should be thrown out, like old electronics and phones. The living room was homey but the couches had stains on the all the cushions. This was mentioned in a prior review and the owner addressed the issue saying the cushions would be laundered or something but it does not look like it was actually done. We just put clean sheets over the couches and that took care of the issue. The condo was very well stocked with towels and sheets and there was a washer and dryer and laundry soap, so using the extra two sheets wasn't an issue. The primary bathroom was very spacious but the fan didn't work and it looked a bit dingy. The second bathroom was fine but the door handle sticks and my daughter got stuck in there for a few minutes. We spent a little bit of time on the patio and while there was no ocean view, it was very private and tropical. We sat at the table with some nice cold drinks. I would have liked to relax on a lounge chair but there weren't any. Other than the living room couches, the outdoor furniture is probably what I would improve first. The vertical blinds were very finicky and there were explicit instructions on how to use them or they would break so I would keep kids away from them. The condo would be amazing with just a few updates and a little purging of clutter.

The place was easy to access, and check in. Was very clean with plenty of extras, towels, cooler, pillows. A balcony that over looks a beautiful walkway outside but it does not have an ocean view. Overall everything was great!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at 1800 Atlantic. It was quiet and clean. Master shower wasn't working but everything else was great. We love the pool area and the communication with owner was great.

TV was a little funky to work but we figured out how to get to Prime. All white walls so very bright. Didn't like that there were no soothing lights or dimmer switches. The indirect lighting was either on or off, no way to get a comfortable evening light.The bed was comfortable and plenty of linens provided.

The newly renovated condo was beautiful. We enjoyed the large balcony and beautiful view. The property has a nice large pool. Only a few minute drive to restaurants and activities.

The location was wonderful and quiet. Great pool and views while at the pool. Nice garden view from the room. Easy drive to Duval Street and other attractions. The biggest downside is the very dated and worn furnishings.

We had some trouble with our entry code and met the maintence man, who shared some great food places and activities, saving us money and time. Great guy and very helpful. Everything is as pictured, including the pool with an ocean view and check out was very simple with good instructions posted on the property for our stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Property was great, location was very good. Condo itself is dated but extremely clean, but the beds leave much to be desired. The master bed squeaked like crazy every time we moved, and the mattress was fairly uncomfortable. Our son complained about the second bed being just the same.

All in all was a decent stay, the shower head in the master bedroom is a joke should just take a cup of water with you. The bed in the master is lumpy and headboard attached to nothing wakes you when you roll over. Like previous reviews the place is dated, the towels and beach towels were nice. All access to balcony and tropical view was awesome, garage parking was very nice as well. with a few updates place would be amazing

We chose this property for proximity to sandy beach and available parking. Very friendly staff, prompt attention to issues in the condo. While the property is dated, it’s clean and offers parking.

The property is nice but there are RUDE condo commando's running all over the place. The property manager left us stuck with both shades stuck down. We and the baby were stuck in two dark rooms fro 10 days. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We had a very nice stay at the condo over President's Day long weekend. The pros include the lovely pool and friendly residents, the close proximity to the beach, and the comfortable beds. The cons include the bird poop on the balcony as there is a nesting bird there, an ironing board, but no iron and there is literally nothing in the kitchen other than very basic cooking equipment, salt and pepper, and sugar packets. We were prepared to bring soap for the showers because I had read the listing carefully, but it's a bummer to have to go immediately to the grocery store to buy absolutely everything you need just to make a cup of coffee or a simple breakfast. Even in a hotel room, they give you items to make coffee or tea. There weren't even napkins. We left coffee and napkins as well as water in the fridge to pay it forward to the next family. Insider tip - you can have pool noodles in the pool. Also, I called the property manager twice - once when we arrived and then again on our last day (both during working hours) and never received a callback. We have already booked a different unit with a different property management company for next year that has two beds in the 2nd bedroom so our teenager can bring a friend. We are hoping the kitchen in this other unit will be better equipped.

It was located far enough away from the crowds but close enough to get there in a short time. The only concerns I had was the lights in the kitchen were dim at times, which gave me worry of electrical fire and the water pipes in the bathroom wall rattled when the faucet was turned off and on.

The condo itself was beautiful and the amenities were awesome- the pool/hot tub/ etc were all great! Only negative was the property on the outside and hallways seems like it could use some tlc. As far as location to duval Street it is a hike but manageable. I would recommend renting bikes/scooters. It was a nice area and away from the craziness of duval -which we liked.

Next to the beach, it is possible to walk to Duvall St. We walked to the Hemmingway house while staying here. Very nice clean condo.
