Enjoyed our stay with family. Great location. Walked to the croissant shop for coffee and croissants, CVS within walking distance for odds and ends. House was stocked with all the things we needed and enjoyed cooking out one evening. This location is literally step from the pool. If ever in the area again with family, would definitely stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There were 6 of us celebrating my aunts 80th birthday. The house was clean and roomy. Enjoyed breakfast on the porch. Spent time at the pool. It's in a quiet neighborhood that provided a separation from the festivities downtown. Good restaurants close by! Would love to come back.

The 3 bed/3 bath condo was perfect for our family of seven. The kitchen is well-stocked, bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the common areas comfortable. We really enjoyed the covered porches and the pool. Accessing the property was easy and parking right at the unit was convenient. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was just as described, beautifully decorated, and met all our needs. We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and enjoyed using the pool one day. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could wish for and the beds we comfortable. The patio was awesome. We really recommend this cute condo.

The house was great. It was really well stocked. Check in before going to the grocery store. It really has most of the basics.there is a CVS within walking distance. The pool is great and a very short walk from the house. Very convenient!!! The neighborhood is on Stock Island so about a 10 minute ride to downtown Key West. We only had two issues and I think they are probably issues you’ll face with almost any house in Key West. Key West is a hot and humid place. Humidity equals dampness. The house has a little bit of a smell. We noticed an odor absorbing jar in the corner. That might just need to be replaced. The other issue doesn’t have as easy of a fix. The neighborhood has a rooster!!!! The rooster takes his job very seriously and is good at it. He started going strong around 5:00 am every morning (although one morning I heard him at 1:35 am). After the first morning we planned to call animal control but when we looked it up we found there isn’t anything anyone can do. They’re basically protected. Don’t hold this against this particular house because roosters and chickens are everywhere. I really think this is something you’re going to encounter no matter where you stay.

We loved this property and hope to stay here again one day. It was extremely clean and extremely comfortable with lots of space. The kitchen especially had everything we could even think to ask for. The owners even go so far as to provide extra fans for white noise, which we definitely utilized. It was great because not many people think of that. Overall, the entire space was wonderful and the little details made it stand out. We will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with a group of friends for the Swim Around Key West event. This was a perfect house for our group! The house was clean and spacious, and it was so nice that each room had its own bathroom. The outside decks/patio areas were a great place to sit and chat or read a book. The kitchen had everything we needed for making our meals. Judy was clear in her communications and a great host!

Great gem of a property. In a quiet neighborhood (roosters were another story!) just a few minutes drive from Key West attractions. Great restaurant (Roostica) less than a block away. Very nicely decorated, with great linens. In fact, I had purchased packable Turkish towels for the trip, just to find the host hand plenty on hand! Great to have two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms upstairs. Fabulous layout, and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We came for a short sister family reunion. The house was great. Loved that there are 3 full bathrooms! Kitchen was well stocked with appropriate dishes. Beds were comfy too! Bedrooms were equipped with box fans which was a plus! Owner communicated well.

We chose this property based on the proximity to Key West attractions. We appreciated being able to Uber on several occasions, rather than deal with traffic and parking. Traffic noise during the day was noticeable from the back porch, since several streets run directly by the property. Less noticeable from the pool, which was lovely. Nights were quiet. The complex is well maintained and the landscaping does a good job of screening out the traffic visually. There are several restaurants close by if you don’t want to deal with traffic into Key West. Cleanliness was good. Unit was adequately equipped for our needs. Comfortable, not posh.

Judy was a wonderful host! No issues. We arrived early and I texted her. She replied back before I even put my oh down. She also checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking after we checked in!! I'd definety recommend renting from Judy again!!

The house was clean, and any requests we had, Judy (the owner) was very accommodating. The pool area was wonderful, sun and shade in abundance and it’s just steps away from the house. The location was perfect if you don’t want to constantly be in the hustle & bustle of Duval Street. There were wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and if we wanted to go into Key West we were only minutes away. Our entire group loved our stay, and would stay here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There were 6 of us celebrating my aunts 80th birthday. The house was clean and roomy. Enjoyed breakfast on the porch. Spent time at the pool. It's in a quiet neighborhood that provided a separation from the festivities downtown. Good restaurants close by! Would love to come back.

The house was great. It was really well stocked. Check in before going to the grocery store. It really has most of the basics.there is a CVS within walking distance. The pool is great and a very short walk from the house. Very convenient!!! The neighborhood is on Stock Island so about a 10 minute ride to downtown Key West. We only had two issues and I think they are probably issues you’ll face with almost any house in Key West. Key West is a hot and humid place. Humidity equals dampness. The house has a little bit of a smell. We noticed an odor absorbing jar in the corner. That might just need to be replaced. The other issue doesn’t have as easy of a fix. The neighborhood has a rooster!!!! The rooster takes his job very seriously and is good at it. He started going strong around 5:00 am every morning (although one morning I heard him at 1:35 am). After the first morning we planned to call animal control but when we looked it up we found there isn’t anything anyone can do. They’re basically protected. Don’t hold this against this particular house because roosters and chickens are everywhere. I really think this is something you’re going to encounter no matter where you stay.

Enjoyed our stay with family. Great location. Walked to the croissant shop for coffee and croissants, CVS within walking distance for odds and ends. House was stocked with all the things we needed and enjoyed cooking out one evening. This location is literally step from the pool. If ever in the area again with family, would definitely stay here.

We loved this property and hope to stay here again one day. It was extremely clean and extremely comfortable with lots of space. The kitchen especially had everything we could even think to ask for. The owners even go so far as to provide extra fans for white noise, which we definitely utilized. It was great because not many people think of that. Overall, the entire space was wonderful and the little details made it stand out. We will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with a group of friends for the Swim Around Key West event. This was a perfect house for our group! The house was clean and spacious, and it was so nice that each room had its own bathroom. The outside decks/patio areas were a great place to sit and chat or read a book. The kitchen had everything we needed for making our meals. Judy was clear in her communications and a great host!

This place was really great for our family. We are parents of a toddler traveling with both the baby and an elder grandparent as well as another adult so we needed a place that could meet a range of needs. Judy was an excellent host and made it especially easy for our family to get settled in, great communication when ver we needed to be in touch. We all had separate nice bedrooms to retreat to as well as lovely upper and lower porches facing the garden and pool area with direct access from all three bedrooms. Several delicious restaurants nearby — particularly loved Roostica and the French bakery both of which are right across the street, easily walkable even for limited mobility grandparent. Made for a lovely family vaca!

Great house! 5-10 minutes walking distance from good food. Sunset cruise and seeing dolphin was unbelievable. Family had a great time. Judy was an outstanding host! Houston had everything but an ocean view but even that was a 10-15 walk away.

The condo was just as described, beautifully decorated, and met all our needs. We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and enjoyed using the pool one day. We chose this property based on the proximity to Key West attractions. We appreciated being able to Uber on several occasions, rather than deal with traffic and parking. Traffic noise during the day was noticeable from the back porch, since several streets run directly by the property. Less noticeable from the pool, which was lovely. Nights were quiet. The complex is well maintained and the landscaping does a good job of screening out the traffic visually. There are several restaurants close by if you don’t want to deal with traffic into Key West. Cleanliness was good. Unit was adequately equipped for our needs. Comfortable, not posh.
