Excellent stay in a beautiful location & property. I just wish the pool & spa were ready. The morning breakfast was also good . I t had choices for even the most selective eaters . We slept through the train sounds with no disturbances.

Great, clean hotel. Stayed in king with pull out couch. Lots of space n the room. Continental breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Outdoor hot tub was under construction when we stayed in July 2025.

Clean all staff interaction positive especially one of the breakfast ppl and evening front desk. Convenient location. Negative the hot Tub being under Reno Negatives a bit noisy. Inside room you can hear engine retardant breaks all night and inside people coming and going, even with the complimentary ear buds they provide. Overall I would stay here again. The bed looked like it had been slept in and the sheets not changed between that guest and me. In addition, there were grey marks on the sheets that looked like mildew. I mentioned this to the front desk when checked out and they were apologetic.

The room was not very clean, and when I opened a towel two small bugs flew out of it. The pillow cases did not smell clean, I have real concerns that the bedding was not changed and cleaned between guests.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast area is amazing we enjoy the hot breakfast and how organized they are. The view from our room is spectacular we will never forget that. The only disappointment is the bathroom it’s beautiful but doesn’t feel clean after seeing hair in the shower and wall access behind the toilet seat is not attached.

Very comfortable bed, the room was excellent. If you are a light sleeper you may want to wear ear plugs to sleep on the mountain view side, as the CP rail line is close by.

While passing through Revelstoke, we stayed at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott and it left a great impression. Our room was spacious with modern, almost brand-new finishes, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked a week at the Penticton location for next year. Great spot - highly recommended!

Nice large room with king size bed and a separate sitting area with its own tv. Very clean and new furnishings and bathroom. Room had a mountain view. Only downside was our room also faced the train tracks and it was a little noisy at nighttime. Breakfast included was very good.

When I arrived, I was just needing a shower and. Few hours of sleep. I didn’t have huge expectations but my room was huge, spotless and beautiful. I loved the furniture and there was no outside noise. Fantastic stay!

A comfortable and convenient stay in Revelstoke. Rooms are sizeable, shower was lovely, beds were comfy. I'd appreciate a pillow menu and try to ask for a room away from the railway tracks.

Got an email to ask how our checkin was, problem was we were still 30-40min away from hotel. Then get a call from hotel asking if we were coming and when we would be checking in. Once we arrived and checking in one of the front desk employees had keys ready for a room which was not what we booked. Obviously they gave our room to someone else. Mistakes happen just be open about it.

It’s really unfortunate that this property still has no hot tub. Get it fixed already! We requested and paid for an extra bed/cot for our room. Their staff doesn’t wheel it up for you? That’s odd. We get to do that ourselves. The front desk called 911 for a guest in crisis, but passed me the phone to give 911 directions for the ambulance? All in all, not a great experience at this newer property.

This property is a pleasure to stay at. The staff are so helpful upon check in. Close proximity to a couple of restaurants. Trains do run behind the hotel but the staff offer ear plugs at the front desk. I honestly didn’t find the trains problematic.

The staff were quick to get us checked in and settled for the evening. One staff member came to us at breakfast and offered my wife and I a freshly baked croissant. It was to die for, we are both extremely grateful. Thank you for providing us an amazing experience.

Right next to the railway line but an excellent stop location just off the hwy. trains didn’t bother us but if you’re a light sleeper they might. Breakfast had an excellent selection!! More takeaway style options for dinner but suited us. We walked to bowl’d - nice food eaten next to a roundabout by the railway.

Is literally right next to the #1 Trans Canada highway where the vehicles descend down into the town. Transport trucks run all night and are braking going down the big hill. I was so tired so i slept pretty well but is not great location for light sleepers. The big clue was the bowl of packages of ear plugs right at the front desk! Otherwise an awesome hotel!

There is only one elevator. breakfast had the same food everyday and very slow in replenishing . No room cleaning everyday unless we requested it, even then it's just towel replenish and bed made.
