Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, direkt am Archäologischen Park. Zimmer groß und geräumig. Wir hatten das Hotel wegen der Dachterasse und dem Pool gebucht, um auf unserer Rundreise ein wenig entspannen zu können. Der Witz ist - die Dachterasse ist nur abends ab 19:30 Uhr geöffnet und am ersten Abend war sie wegen einer privaten Veranstaltung geschlossen. Bei dem im Internet inserierten Pool handelt es sich um einen winzig kleinen Pool (in dem man nicht schwimmen kann) der zu einem extern geführten Spa gehört - es wurden 20€ pro Person für 90min Nutzung verlangt. Beides war für uns absolut indiskutabel da so nicht auf den Buchungsseiten beschrieben. Frühstück für 18€ pro Person, Auswahl gut, Qualität eher mittelmäßig.

Das Hotel hat uns voll überzeugt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hat uns immer geholfen. Der Service im Restaurant war sehr gut. Schade war, dass die Rooftop-Bar erst Ende April öffnet.

Lovely building super location. Most staff friendly and great linguists! Lots of choice for breakfast but same each day. Parking was a short walk away in public car park at a rate of £22/ day. Such a pity rooftop closed due to weather for all 3 days.

Rooftop isn’t as accessible as advertised. Hotel is beautiful but we wouldn’t recommend more than a couple of nights. If your on a breakfast buffet plan, expect exactly the same minimal selection each day. Wish there was more variety then scrambled or self boiled eggs. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

Super stylisches Hotel, das in allen Kategorien überzeugt. Das Personal ist jederzeit nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Essen in den hauseigenen Restaurants ist sehr gut und die Rooftop-Bar ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: Da das Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Pompei liegt, ist das Parken etwas umständlich: Mit einem vom Hotel ausgestellten QR-Code kann man auf dem benachbarten 24h Parkplatz des Kinder-Vergnügungsparks für 22€ pro Nacht parken. Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng, was einem insgesamt kein sicheres Gefühl gibt. Im Wellness-Bereich (Keller) gibt es einen kleinen Pool, der wirklich schön ist. Bei konstanten 33 Grad im Sommer wäre ein Außenpool mit Liegen zum Entspannen ein absolutes Highlight - Das ist allerdings Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

This hotel is beautiful, the nicest one I’ve seen in this area after walking around a bit. Check in staff were awesome. There is road construction next door which makes getting to the hotel and then getting to the parking area from the hotel a bit cumbersome. Otherwise everything is wonderful.

This is an excellent choice for anyone staying in Pompei and visiting the archaeological site, Pompeii, or the associated museums and villas. All of the staff were friendly and attentive; the Hotel is spotlessly clean, stylish and modern, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds; all topped off with excellent breakfasts and local eateries. I couldn't recommend enough. I don't think you'll find anywhere even close to this quality without traveling in from Naples. It's proximity to the Pompeii station, much closer than the Scavi train station, means you can easily and cheaply (around €3 each as if January 2025) visit Naples in about an hour if needed. There's no need to feel limited in anyway by choosing this hotel.

Habita 79 is a comfortable, well maintained hotel close to the Pompeii archaeological site, with a warm and welcoming staff. The room was exceptionally clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We were pleased with our very stay.

This is a great place to stay! Conveniently located. It appeared to be the nicest hotel in town. Rooms were very clean and had a smart pad to manage lights. The Rooftop bar was open and provides a great view of the city. I don’t have any complaints about the restaurant food. Staff was very friendly.

Centralt beliggende lækkert hotel. Servicen i receptionen samt rengøringen på værelset (generelt over det hele) var helt i top. Betjeningen i både restauranten og på Roof Top Bar haltede noget. F.eks. åbnede morgenmad restauranten først 10 minutter efter åbningstid, og de varme retter kom først på buffeten 25 minuter senere. På Roof Top Bar var enden ned mod Pompeii ruinerne - med god udsigt til Vesuvio lukket af. Der stod bare en masse papkasser og enkelte personaleborde. Internet i selve Pompeii er ret dårligt, og Wifi på hotellet fungerede kun periodisk. Men absolut et hotel jeg vil anbefale og gerne besøge igen.

This hotel is lovely! High tech and a lot of amentities. Walk to Pompeii ruins in 5 minutes. We had a problem with our AC unit in the room. When it could not be fixed we were upgraded to a suite. Amazing room! Amazing staff!

Ideal location for pompeii archaeological site & central pompeii. 20 min steady walk from the train station with refreshment available along the way. Clean, spacious rooms. Arrived earlier than check in time to see if we could drop our backs off before visiting pompeii. Which we could & upon check in at 3 the bags had already been moved to the room. Lovely roof terrace bar to look over the town at night.Only downside ,no milk in room to have with coffee/tea.

Great design. Pretty! Not many people there. Exceptionell good breakfast! The hotel restaurant was also good for dinner (and roomservice). The wifi was not good, and the tv was not smart.. Fitnes room ok. Spa small but nice. Wish I could find the possibility to book treatments online beforehand. A woman in reception gave bad advise concerning wisits to Amalfi. Her boss (?) came and helped us instead.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The deco is tasteful, including the artwork and the books! Perfect location, walkable to ruins, the town plaza, train stations, restaurants and cafes. Friendly and helpful staff. Helped us book car from Naples airport and to Positano. Highly recommend.

This property is a favorite of mine in Italy! It’s so clean and welcoming, the spa is magnificent and the staff is just so pleasant and helpful. I usually travel alone and their friendly faces are so nice to come back to as well as incredibly helpful when hiccups arrive.

Pompei was the first stop on our extended visit to Europe Spring 2024. We were more than satisfied with each aspect of our stay there, at HABITA79 hotel. The facility is a new restoration, well designed, clean and quiet, with great linens and a good bed. It is close the entrance of Pompei near other local attraction. All our interactions with the hotel and restaurant staff were professional and pleasant, especially at the front desk. Front desk staff, especially David, helped us book a last-minute tour, arranged transportation to the airport and, once when we were out late and unable to contact a taxi or ride service, the staff got us back to the hotel safely. The breakfast, which was included, was a great way to start each day with the wait staff energetic, attentive and easy to communicate with, given our poor Italian. We highly recommend the hotel as a home base while visiting/exploring the fantastic and historically import ruins of Pompei and Herculaneum.

Beautiful Hotel, right in the heart of the cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to Pompeii ruins and train station for Naples and Sorrento. Staff wonderful. One issue, breakfast! Lots of fruit, yoghurts, cake, ham etc, but 'English' element of the breakfast was cold and uninviting. No regrets staying here as overall, this hotel is by far the best in Pompeii, just don't expect cooked breakfast and you'll be fine.

Modern hotel very conveniently located amongst many restaurants and local shops. The hotel itself is quiet & everywhere is very clean. Comfortable beds, air con, good shower, safe in room, tv, hairdryer, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities (but no milk products). We had breakfast included but the hot items were quite limited & could have been warmer. The other choices were good & very fresh though & the service very friendly. The rooftop bar was a great place for a few cocktails with a view of Mount Vesuvius. We found all the Reception staff to be extremely helpful and friendly & wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
