The hotel was nice only one complaint one of the two elevators was out of service

The hotel is brand new… very clean… had to pay to park… kinda weird consider there isn’t a demand for parking; however no overnight parking in the streets… I would have rated 5 stars across the board; however the water was off/ broke from the time I woke up (6:30 am) until about 2 pm….called the front desk and they said sorry for the inconvenience….I should have demanded a partial refund but did not. Had to wait to shower and use bathroom. All in all a beautiful place.. swimming pool and fitness center( larger than most hotel gyms) on the fifth floor. I’d stay again. Highly recommend. Dania pointe is growing and will be a great place for dining and entertainment.

Unfortunate events. NO WATER in morning. So NO shower NO toilet anywhere in hotel. Told area wide issue but NOT true. Area restaurants had water. No compensation for basically only having a room with beds. Also pool not heated so only able to sit around the edge and imagine enjoying the water. Airport shuttle to hotel took 45 minutes to arrrive and not enough room for everyone waiting.

Great pool and gym

Beautiful hotel, close to the airport with good restaurant and bar inside. Offers free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus but you have to pay for wi-fi, which is ridiculous.

Lovely pool and a well equipped gym.

I was surprised that we were charged a parking fee of $22.00. The hotel lobby is very nice and our room was very modern, bed was comfortable.

Their shuttle bus was a disaster. We called and they said he would be there in 20 minutes. Over 1/2 hour later, he still did not show up. We called again and they said it would be 15-30 minutes. Another 30+ minutes later, no shuttle. We ended up calling an Uber (for $24.00). Took us more than 1-1/2 hrs to go from airport to hotel - total 3-1/2 miles. We booked it to be close to the airport. Complete FAIL!

This hotel is lovely. Very clean. Loved it.

Not clean. There is silverfish insect in the bathroom and the shower’s floor is sticky. A strange woman broke into our room that afternoon (at least she apologized). Noisy in the night. The water temperatures are abnormal, it seems that they have a shortage of cold water because when you turn on the cold water it just gets hotter. It scalded my child and I. They called us to inform when our room was ready, but they ended up charging us $7.95. We weren’t told we would be paying for their phone call. Their shuttle service is inconvenient （once per hour). Unfortunately, this hotel is lower than our expectations.

New and clean hotel. Breakfast was very good. Heated pool is great in the winter.

This hotel is beautiful and located in an excellent area for walking to shops and restaurants. The room was modern and comfortable. We were impressed with the cleanliness. Our only piece of feedback was that the lobby and hallways are heavily scented. If you are sensitive to smells this may affect you. The room was not scented and was perfect.

One Of My Favorite Places To Stay. Not as clean this stay as the past; found quite a bit of hair in bed. Not happy with that. Everything else was great as normal

Room was a good size, however, bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Shower was not cleaned and garbage cans were not emptied. Very disappointed for the price we paid.

The good: hotel is new, room was clean, tons of USB plugs all over, felt very bright and open and modern. Comfortable bed. The bad: AC didn't seem to do anything at all. Went to sleep with it set at 68 degrees and the temp reading 73, by the time we left the temp in the room had increased to 75, never cooled at all. The restaurant was the greatest disappointment by far. Drinks were good (if expensive, $14 to $18 each), service was great, but the food was shockingly bad for the price and location. It was all plated like a fancy restaurant, but tasted like cheap cafeteria food. $38 ribeye was ordered rare, but the grill marks were burnt in so hard the whole steak tasted burnt. It was also a poor quality cut, very tough with lots of grisly bits that ended up left on the plate. Wife had the $22 fried chicken meal, with veggies subbed for the mac and cheese. Chicken was very bland at best. Side portions were tiny overall, with a single carrot slice, inedible near-raw zucchini wedge, one broccoli floret, and a very small amount of sweet potato fries with the chicken. We were starving after our flight so we didn't make an issue out of it at the time, but we'd strongly recommend finding another place for dinner if you're staying at the Marriott. We assumed the Marriott name and the price point meant we'd be getting a luxury quality meal, but that definitely wasn't the case for us!

The gap in the shower door is stupid and causes you to flood the bathroom floor. Also, the location of the shampoo/conditioner bottles should be lower and in a different spot.

We were given a double queen room although we had paid for a more expensive room with a king bed. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable hotel bed that I have ever slept on!

Unlike alot of hotel rooms the hvac actually conditioned the air... cool air and no humidity. Very clean and pristine. My only complaint is there was only one luggage stand.

Stayed previously with no issues - this time ac in room was very loud and not working properly. After two attempts to speak to front desk, employee was on phone, I gave up. Room was fine but definitely worn compared to last visit.

The room and the hotel were wonderful. The ONLY negative is the water pressure is terrible...if there's a fire ....cross your fingers

Very nice property, great location, friendliest staff I have ever encountered. They made the stay so comfortable. We stay 3 nights and hated to leave.

Arrived late in the evening with my two young kids after a delayed flight. My room was prepaid with Expedia. Unfortunately I lost my credit cards in transit. They denied me check in as I didn’t have an actual physical cc with me for the $50 deposit required. I offered them $1000 cash and my passport as security but this wasn’t good enough. No manager on duty. Receptionist called the off duty manager and he still denied me the check in even with the security I offered them. We ended up at an Airbnb motel not too far away around midnight. Terrible service and lack of understanding.

Staff were attentive, friendly and accommodating

I loved the ambiance of the entire hotel and the room was well arranged and comfortable. I would say the staff were not helpful and rude at times. They hung up on us when acquiring about getting the airport shuttle. May have been a communication issue when I asked about it. I had booked a corner suite and was in the M class with access to the club. However I didn’t realize this covered breakfast. I spent $50 for my husband and I to get the breakfast package as well and they wouldn’t refund us. This to me was upsetting.

Everyone was friendly and helpful

The hotel was excellent, but the transportation from the airport never showed up after being requested and waiting an hour and the service desk wouldn't answer the phone. All calls went straight into robot voicemail after midnight, so I was left stranded for an hour until I finally gave up and called Uber for $25. :-(

The stay was good, big thank you to staff, especially Natalie and the security who found our belongings after we left.

Staff was not accommodating, when asked for essentials like pillows and sheets for room it was not provided, tv remote didn’t work, shower head water pressure very low. Reserve cabanas is ridiculous at a shared pool. Poolside bar not able to take payment is ridiculous. Elevator wasn’t working at one point.

All employees were marvelous. One of them, Our waitress Barbie was particularly splendid! Room, food, and location were outstanding!!

Front desk staff was incredibly rude . We asked the price of a shuttle to the port , and decided we would take a taxi . The young woman at the desk told the man at the valet stand that we wanted to go to the port but did not want to pay the cost of the shuttle. That young man announced it to the shuttle driver . The young woman went down to the valet attendant to let him know the situation . This action was not needed , and was terribly rude.

Great location just minutes from the airport and adjacent to a new outdoor mall with great shopping and restaurants.

Nice room, comfy bed, shuttle service to/from airport great dining options within walking distance as well as a variety of shopping and entertainment. Loved it!! Will stay again!

Nice property with good bar and reataurant. Nearby shopping and restaurants and 5 minutes from the cruise port.

Beautiful new hotel with great staff. There’s a little bit of construction in the area so be prepared for a little bit of noise and dust. When the area is finished, I’m sure it’ll be great. Extremely close to the airport and they have a great shuttle that runs on the hour.

The location is excellent!!! Shopping, restaurants, beach and airport. Really nice development.

Good location between West Palm Beach and Miami, close access to freeways and to FLL Airport, nice area, options for dining, nice pool and Gym, nice and friendly crew

Never have I stayed at a hotel where you could not get a cup of coffee and sit down and drink it. And NO ONE was sitting at the bar

A little sterile! Restaurant was very slow and had a limited menu!

Nice hotel large room nice bar area

On arrival there was no one on the 1st floor. We needed help with luggage. Waited until someone showed up. Very odd not to have someone greeting arriving guests. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious! .

Everything was great with the exception of dinner. I orered a ceasar salad with salmon, but the salmon was not fresh or edible. The waitress made no attempt to compensate or even offer to correct the problem.

Beautiful hotel and food is great, but away from everything walking distance and very expensive restaurant. I say expensive because I always tip and noticed an extra service charge on the receipt after payment.
