Stunning from beginning to end! Place was fab and staff all very friendly. Recommend booking the hot tubs. Didn't have dinner because we fell asleep but the breakfast was very tasty. Husband was raving about the pancakes and the apple juice. Would stay here again.

Wonderful overnight stay for a birthday celebration. The staff went out of their to be helpful and make our stay enjoyable. The setting was amazing, especially the views of the lake from the lovely warm outdoor pool. Thank you to all the staff for helping to make our stay so memorable

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the service in the restaurant lets this place down. Long waits, reminding our server to bring missing meals and some dishes came wrongly made. That’s inexcusable for the price you’re paying. The hot tubs, pool and all other amenities are gorgeous though. I won’t be back on account of the restaurant service.

We had a fantastic stay at Glasson Lake House—beautiful setting, stylish decor, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The views over the lake are breathtaking, and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Bonnie’s restaurant served delicious food, and we enjoyed pints while watching the rugby in Tom’s Bar. The lakeside views are stunning. The only downside was a booking issue with Hotels.com—I thought I’d booked a dog-friendly room, but it wasn’t confirmed, and the hotel never received my message. Unfortunately, we couldn’t bring our dog, which was disappointing. Otherwise, a perfect getaway!

The property was beautiful, staff friendly, and food delicious! However, the price paid seems a bit steep for the overall experience. It's missing the finishing touches that raise a place from very good to exceptional - from simple things like missing hand lotion in the room to at one point only having hot water on the room, the irony of then having an additional fee for the hot tubs sums up the disconnect

A busy wedding and event venue with cool decor and a nice restaurant and bar. Beautiful golf course and grounds but the hotel stay is not up to par due to real problems with noise and late night drunkenness. Internal walls are paper thin so you will hear every footstep and conversation in the rooms beside and above. Mattress, pillows and linens are very low quality. Whomever thought it would be a good idea to put turntables and vinyl records in the rooms should be fired only after having to spend a night suffering from it.

El hotel es muy bueno, instalaciones, servicio y restaurante. La habitación amplia, buena cama y almohadas. Lo único malo que desmereció bastante fue un problema con el agua, solo salía caliente o muy caliente incluida la del WC. Lo dije en recepción y no lo arreglaron. Para el precio de la habitación me parece que debían haberlo arreglado inmediatamente. Otro detalle, los aparatos retro que había, un tocadiscos y una radio ideales, pero no funcionaban.

Beautiful hotel, impeccible view, great activities, and amazing, helpful staff. Only downside was the restaurant's slow service. Food delicious but the time frame between ordering and receiving food takes a while. Restaurants management seemed to be all over the place during breakfast. Loved the reception staff of the hotel and the snacks in the hotel was a great addition.

Beautiful hotel. Very well finished. The staff were lovely except for the on check in on the Sunday. I found her a bit clinical and lacked personality. We couldn’t check in until 4pm which I thought was a bit late.

Stay was amazing, we really enjoyed it. Room, food, ambiance was amazing. However the service in bar was not up to scratch. However the man in charge of hot tubs was very friendly and helpful. Service at breakfast in Bonnies was very professional! Check in and check out experience was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay! Will definitely be back!

Check in was a struggle, traveled almost 3 hours with my elderly grandmother (in her 90’s) to be told room was not ready (it was after 3pm!) no offer of a refreshment while waiting etc, my grandmother was tired & sore from sitting in the car for so long. Had booked two rooms & was told that each of the 6 adults staying would have a bed of their own (bunk beds - not an issue) neither of the rooms weee suitable & 2x adults ended up having to share a bed. Other issues with room which were sorted, thank you! Overall service was average, food selection average & just ok quality. Decor & facilities were really lovely, location was great, amenities good. Overall, all 6 of us enjoyed our stay, however could have been much better. Would like to give this hotel & others in the brand another try!

Beautiful location, an absolute must on any visit to the midlands. Would reccomend for all types of visit, couples, family or like me travelling alone for work. All staff are fantastic and the rooms are so rustic yet comfortable

Everything was good, except for the food. The restaurant and its floor staff were both good however the kitchen was up there with the worst I have ever experienced. We both ordered steak for dinner at 45pp The steaks were in front of us in less than 5 mins and the wrong temperature. My partners mash resembled yellow play doh and had to be sent back. I have attached a photo of the Benedict I had for breakfast. No words needed. I wouldn’t serve that to myself in my own kitchen, and as for the anemic sausages. Absolute let down and really brought down our experience. I frequent press up establishments quite often and think the food is usually fine. This was not comparable.

I thought the hotel was absolutely fab! Loved the décor and ambience, everything felt stylish and welcoming. The rooms were really well equipped and very comfortable.
