Para empezar desde que llegamos todo mal, no tenían elevador y tuvimos que subir todas las maletas por las escaleras, además no hubo personal acomedido como para ayudarnos. No nos quisieron pasar el WiFi, el cuarto estaba bien pero se nota que es un hotel poco producido, nos tocó la suerte de tener cucarachas en nuestra habitación. No contaban con agua caliente y para poder tenerla teníamos que bajar a recepción a pedir que encendieran el calentador, que por cierto la única vez que pedimos agua caliente nos trataron de mala gana, está claro que no hay empatía con el personal

THERE WAS NO TOILET SEAT, THERE WAS NO RUNNING HOT WATER, THE PICTURES THEY USED TO PROMOTE THEIR HOTEL WERE FAKE. THE LOCK TO THE DOOR WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THE A/C WAS NOT WORKING EITHER. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. The window glass was broken and the street was very noisy, the room was dirty with a lot of hair and dust, the elevator doesn’t work and the fourth floor was very hot, the rooms window AC unit was very old, noisy and it wouldn’t cool the room for hours, we left it on so it would be cool when returning but the housekeeper turned it off even though we told the front desk we didn’t want housekeepers in the room. Stay away from this horror movie hotel.

排水管の薬剤による清掃をしたほうが良いでしょう。排水が悪いのでシャワーを使うと床に水が溜まってしまいます。WiFiはロビーだけですが、あまり良く入りません。でもエコノミーな宿なので値段的には嬉しい価格です。

the elevator doesn't work, the place is super dirty. that's why they don't give refunds. They know that when you arrive, check in, and see the room conditions, you'll want to leave. It's a place with terrible conditions. They should close this hotel. I left with an itchy rash and was only in the room for a couple of minutes. don't waste your money there. Check Google Maps and you'll see the real reviews of this awful place.

Las fotos son falsas, las habitaciones distan muuucho de lo que se ve en la plataforma Hotels. Hay insectos nocivos, las cortinas nisiquiera tapan el sol, todas las paredes estan muy sucias y el baño peor. La verdad es que nos salimos de este hotel y fuimos a otro, mucho mejor y al mismo precio.

Me dieron otra habitación que no correspondia a la que debían darme. En lugar de una triple con cama matrimonial me doeron una doble con dos camas individuales. Tuvimos que juntar las camas, mi esposa y yo, al juntarlas descubrimos lo asqueroso que estaba el piso. La ventana super sucia, las cortinas no cerraban. La unica ventaja es la cercanía al zocalo y oarque del hermosp pueblo mágico de Papantla.

La atención del personal fue buena, el clima funciona bien, la ubicación es muy buena ya que esta cerca de la plaza, el precio es muy económico. La habitación no estaba del todo limpia y había cucarachas, dice que tiene wifi, pero solo en recepción en las habitaciones no hay, en la televisión se ven pocos canales y solo de música.
La atención del personal fue buena, el clima funciona bien, la ubicación es muy buena ya que esta cerca de la plaza, el precio es muy económico. The photos do not represent the rooms they offer. They must have on 'model' they use for photos and advertisments. The room was very dirty, no internet, no hot water, no toilet cover so it is a wide open hole that you cannot sit on without falling into the water. Dozens of street dogs in the street that fight each other all night long. Bright lights outside from the street but very thin curtains that do not block the light and actually do not fit the complete length of the window. I have traveled the world and have stayed in many bad places, but this was the worse hotel I have every stayed in. I do not recommend. My reveiw is being kind. After the first night I moved to a different hotel.

No nos quisieron pasar el WiFi, el cuarto estaba bien pero se nota que es un hotel poco producido, nos tocó la suerte de tener cucarachas en nuestra habitación. No contaban con agua caliente y para poder tenerla teníamos que bajar a recepción a pedir que encendieran el calentador, que por cierto la única vez que pedimos agua caliente nos trataron de mala gana, está claro que no hay empatía con el personal

Me dieron otra habitación que no correspondia a la que debían darme. En lugar de una triple con cama matrimonial me doeron una doble con dos camas individuales. Tuvimos que juntar las camas, mi esposa y yo, al juntarlas descubrimos lo asqueroso que estaba el piso. La ventana super sucia, las cortinas no cerraban. La unica ventaja es la cercanía al zocalo y oarque del hermosp pueblo mágico de Papantla.

El hotel está centrico, eso es bueno.. El personal super amable lo mejor... Pero no hay estacionamiento hay que dejar el auto en la calle, y el baño está super sucio, sin ventilación, tiene un respiradero que da hacia la habitación y pues es muy desagradable, el lavabo esta dentro de la regadera, el Internet es muy malo.. No lo recomiendo definitivamente...

Hay hoteles malos y este, la verdad la experiencia fue bastante mala, el servicio pesimo, pedimos una cobija y primero nos dijeron que ya no tenian disponibles, despues como nos vieron un poco molestos por la falta de cobijas, nos llevaron una sucia, no sirve el elevador, las habitaciones estaban sucias, el baño no tenia papel, realmente es desalentador, las fotos que ofrecen no estan relacionadas con el aspecto fisico del hotel, la puerta del sanitario de la habitacion 404 no sirve.

El Chec in fue una hr después, el lugar es sucio sin ninguna decoración, lúgubre, cortinas viejas y sucias ventanas polvorientas ñ, aire acondicionado viejo y ruidoso, estuvimos 2 hrs y abandonamos el lugar, ojalá y me devuelvan mi noche de regalo por que esta fue en fraude

La atención del personal fue buena, el clima funciona bien, la ubicación es muy buena ya que esta cerca de la plaza, el precio es muy económico. La habitación no estaba del todo limpia y había cucarachas, dice que tiene wifi, pero solo en recepción en las habitaciones no hay, en la televisión se ven pocos canales y solo de música.

No tiene estacionamiento ( solo para dos y tienes que resevarlo) el cuarto que me toco da a la parte trasera y nada agradable vista y un perro que estuvo ladrando toda la noche.

es un hotel comodo para alguien que solo va de paso, dificilmente para vacacionar, aunque mantiene una ubicación muy buena para llegar desde las centrales de autobuses, viajando de negocios o en solitario es una muy buena opción

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. The window glass was broken and the street was very noisy, the room was dirty with a lot of hair and dust, the elevator doesn’t work and the fourth floor was very hot, the rooms window AC unit was very old, noisy and it wouldn’t cool the room for hours, we left it on so it would be cool when returning but the housekeeper turned it off even though we told the front desk we didn’t want housekeepers in the room. Stay away from this horror movie hotel.

the elevator doesn't work, the place is super dirty. that's why they don't give refunds. They know that when you arrive, check in, and see the room conditions, you'll want to leave. It's a place with terrible conditions. They should close this hotel. I left with an itchy rash and was only in the room for a couple of minutes. don't waste your money there. Check Google Maps and you'll see the real reviews of this awful place.
