Hotel Pinky Villa - Heritage Boutique Suites- New Delhi

Mum & I loved our 2 week stay thanks to the team who looked after us so well. Good room size. Good location right next to the lift for Mum. Friendly Room Service where they even made us something not on the menu. Generous portions. Restaurant Service downstairs was more casual but a great place to mingle and get to know the staff. I was particularly touched by the care they all showed my octogenarian Mum. Between the other hotels in the same family, we were looked after so well that you'd think this was a guesthouse experience. Reception couldn't have been more accessible. Always ready to help. Thank you to Mirza-ji, Ali-Ji and Head of Housekeeping, Uncle-ji and his team. We will be recommending to friends and family who appreciate getting a real flavour of the heart of a city.

Staff was nice, but it was not clean, and there were issues like charging a phone bedside only worked when room lights were turned on, and the door could be locked from the outside while you’re in the room

I had a thoroughly delightful stay at this hotel and would recommend it without hesitation. From the moment of arrival, the staff were courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, creating an atmosphere of comfort and ease. The room was impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, and exceptionally comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The facilities were well maintained and of a high standard, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was both calm and refined. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism of the staff, who were always willing to assist with warmth and efficiency. This hotel provided an excellent experience in every respect, and I look forward to returning in the future.
