Extremely clean facility, top to bottom. Great pool, great gym room, very nice breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff. Room was comfy but a bit small, limited closet space, small bathroom. But on the whole, a 9.5, would stay there again, easily.

Have to pay for parking and limited convenient parking spots. No ice machine in the SpringHill section…have to go to Courtyard section. Not a comfortable feeling at hotel.

Hotels is very conveniently located near a ton of amazing restaurants, historical downtown and several parks. Overall condition of the hotel is very new and very clean. There is a Starbucks right on site as an added bonus. Continental breakfast was fair at best but at least they have one available. Beds are very soft so if you have a hard time sleeping on soft mattresses and pillows, you might want to bring your own pillow. They offer a grill and bar with live music by the pool area which was a great option when you don’t want to leave for lunch. Overall, a great option.

Very hard to navigate, with 2 properties connected together you need great signage, which this property is lacking outside and inside. Drive into this place at night and try to figure out where the lobby is for check in.

Strange layout. C shaped with check-in and lobby at the very end of the C instead of in the middle. Breakfast area good. Breakfast fine. Just difficulty navigating from one place to another within the hotel.

Not informed of beach bash attendees and addl noise No waffles ( except 1st Sunday) in fact most of breakfast was missing at end of stay. One lobby elevator continually non functional to second floor. Love the underground parking and beautiful property

I found two bugs inside my room crawling around. I asked for my room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. It wasn’t until after 4pm that someone finally came to clean my room. The carpet was dirty and there were stains on the walls in the bathroom. The shower had not be cleaned. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. For the price that I paid to stay here I’d like a refund.

The cleanliness of the hotel and room were terrible. The elevator had something sticky on the floor all day one day. Our room had an odor and the coffee condiments were opened from previous guests. The carpet was stained really bad and needed cleaning.

The hotel in general seemed very clean. However, our room was just ok. I was excited to have booked a balcony with a water view room. You could not see the water at all from the room unless you stood in the far corner of the balcony. Then you could see it in the distance. There was a lot of trash and old food under the beds. I wouldn’t have known it was there except i lifted up the bedding while looking for something.

The property needs to step up cleaning efforts. This Springhill is disturbingly dirty. We checked in and found hair in the bathroom, blood on the bath floor, urine (!) in the toilet. When we let the front desk know they called housekeeping and moved our room, and the new room was dusty, obviously not vacuumed. It's never a good idea to have hotel rooms carpeted. The elevators are dirty. No coffee in the morning at the breakfast buffet, so that should be monitored. My room key shut off at 9:30 am (!) and I could not get back into the room. Could be a nice property; perhaps staffing is an issue. Can't recommend in this state.

Overall the stay was good. We stayed in room 346 with my main concern being the cleanliness, specifically the shower and lounge area. In various corners of the shower there were signs of mold in the grout alongside with a gray tint on the shower floor. Also the shower door did not have a great seal which permitted water to seep onto the bathroom floor. This resulted in us having to pack multiple bathroom towels to contain the water. The couch had various stains. However, the bed was very clean and comfortable. Overall, we would consider coming back. The workers were very friendly and attentive.

Somehow our room was not cleaned or refreshed after our first night. Arrived back at room around 5:30 and was was undone as we left it. Too late for someone to do anything except bring fresh towels. Fantastic views. Safe in very inconvienent location. Glass sliding door to bath, need something different.

Good place to stay. The room we stayed in didn’t have a closet. It wasn’t a big problem because we were here for a beach weekend but if we would’ve been staying here to attend an event it would’ve been an issue.

Poor water pressure in shower and no safety bar for seniors.. No storage for clothes for an exttended stay. Room smelled bad. No room on balcony unless you sit in front of air conditioner where it got hot.

The shower flooded the bathroom with just one shower...the entire floor! The refrigerator would. Ot work unless we kept the refrigerator open....and the people above us we could hear stomping ...i therefore feel as if it was overpriced!

Great location, loved the pool area, super quiet. Clean rooms with comfy beds and lots of pillows BUT hot water took a long time, had to pay to park, fridge in the suite was useless and a dresser would have been nice. Otherwise, it’s a great place in a great town!!

Loved the room and view once I got over the fact that it wasn’t directly on the beach so the view is from a block away, so I misunderstood the description. I assumed it wa on the beach side of S Fletcher. But it was fantastic otherwise. Full moon glistening off the ocean, perfect temperature to have the balcony door open. Just wonderful

My wife and I came in a little early to see if we could check in before 4pm as we just came from downtown and were quite soaked with sweat from the heat. We were greeted by Jessica who let us know she could check us in early which was great because we needed a shower to cool off and clean up. She made checking a breeze. My wife and I are grateful for Jessica and her kindness.

The location is great with all the local restaurants near by, however, the reason I gave it a 5 because of the services provide by the hotels staffs. I was told that they will provide room service every other day, but I stayed there for 4 days and no one showed up to clean our room. When registered, they gave us the handicap room, which is weird and I don't like the layout of the room. I decided to accepted the room because we're tired and would like to settle down. On the second day, we called for the room service and they said they won't do it unless there's no one in the room. WTH : ( The next day, we went out all day but still there's no one showed up to clean our room. By the day we're checking out, our room looked like we're from third world country with a pile of trashes, dirty towels and bad smell. I have to went to the front desks EVERY. SINGLE. DAY to asked for towels and others necessities like toilet paper. And I have to went there twice before they sent us the toilet paper roll. In addition, I did not know there will be a $15 for parking fee since I booked through hotels.com. I also have to register for free membership to have access to free Wifi. This would be our first and last time we stayed at this hotel. Dragging my tired ass to asked for all the basic necessities while the people there didn't do their job properly should never happen again.

We had a reservation for a king room. We arrived at the hotel to find out they had over booked. We were placed in a queen room that was dirty. The room had been previously occupied and not cleaned. We turned down the bed to find it had been slept in and had hair in the bed. We checked the other bed. It was neat and made. I called the front desk and spoke to Chris. We told her about the bed and the trash in the floor. She apologized

Room wasn't what I booked and the the desk seemed like I was bothering him. Needed toothpaste and he said I can buy it, but room had note in it that they offer it complimentary. Ended up going to the gas station across the street in the rain.

Be warned that if you book through Expedia, the staff will have a chip on their shoulder and don\'t care what type of room you booked or paid for because you "booked through a third party". Almost felt like we were treated like "discount" guests because of that. The room we were given overlooked a parking lot, even though it showed a water view on the description and images. Disappointed to have chosen this property based on that and then to be given a lesser than room because we booked through Expedia AND because we had a pet. Again- chose this hotel because it stated pet friendly and paid a $100 pet fee and were told we could only be roomed on the lower floors because of the pet. Didn\'t make any sense and there were no accommodations to price paid or anything else even though, again, we paid for and booked a specific type of room. Besides that, the property seemed newer/refreshed recently. the pool area was nice. The staff need a hug or something.

Honestly we had a great time at our stay but the management team really missed it. We had an air conditioning leak in our room so from our unit to our bed and door to balcony was soaked with water. You couldn’t wear socks cause your feet would get soaked. I called downstairs and reported and they did send someone up. My complaint is, I was never apologized to never was ask if I wanted to be moved just said nothing. I had to call and ask if it was fixed and to ask if fans needed to be brought in to help dry up carpet. I was just told no it would be okay. I did tell manager when I checked out how I felt but she was so nonchalant and still never offered an apology. I hope it doesn’t smell musky in that room cause it was still not dry when we checked out.

Overall stay was Excellent. The room was clean and the hotel was clean also. The room staff was friendly and helpful. Overall facility was clean and we enjoyed. Morning breakfast was good, but the lines for waffles are to congested. Would like to see a little more variety on the menu.Maybe there needs to be someone making the waffles at the hotel to help with the flow in the mornings. Either way- had a blast.

Hotel was clean conveniently located staff was friendly. The only draw back was breakfast. I arrived at 9AM. for buffet breakfast and found that there was nothing left except some oatmeal. No coffee or anything other than the oatmeal. Breakfast is open till 9:30AM. It would also be wise to keep the breakfast available till 10AM. The hotels location is primarily for families vacationing. A later breakfast would be better for families.
