Mycket trevlig personal, rent och fräscht. Toppen med poolen på marknivå och poolen på taket, vackert inrett. Lyhört om du bor på nedre botten vilket vi gjorde, men inga större problem.

Un oasis dans cette ville bruyante et touristique sans charme. Très bonne localisation. Les chambres sobres et confortables ( mais pas très grandes -25 m2) Bons produits de toilette.Le bar sur le toit et la piscine d’un charme fou! Le personnel juste parfait : chaleureux, disponible et souriant.

The boutique hotel is in a prime location! Being that’s its situated in the jungle, green setting we did find two cockroaches in our room ! The bathroom functions poorly small no counter space ! The double bed was small ! The hotel staff were great ,helpful with suggestions to eat ,shop and party ! I would go back despite those hiccups ! The fountain aka pool is small pictures are deceiving ! its in a central area but if you want action then the beach area might be more your speed ! Tulum isnt cheap , food is pretty good in the area , its kinda village aesthetic like being in chiang mai thailand ,you get the local chill vibe in this area

The hotel was beautiful and the customer service was awesome. Small boutique hotel in town that was walking distance to everything we wanted. The decor, rooms, and pool were all so unique and memorable. The staff was very accommodating and helped us get a reservation at a beach club that suited our needs. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that it wasn’t by the beach but the owner said he is in the process of building one there. We will definitely stay there once it is completed.

This is a beautiful hotel located near the main strip in Tulum. I stayed just for one night and had a pleasant experience. Room was large and luxurious. Lovely rooftop with pool. Gorgeous bathroom with huge shower. I don't like Tulum down much so this hotel is like an oasis. Some comments that they felt unsafe walking around in the neighbourhood, I don't agree with this at all.

Great stay at Layla. Excellent service, good drinks on roof top bar. Very good location in Tulum peubla, close to good restaurants and bars. Don’t go for the hanging bed. Takes up the whole room and makes lots of noice.

My husband and I chose Layla Tulum for our 1st year marriage anniversary. We’ve done all inclusive a number of times, each time we vacation actually and wanted this trip to be more intimate. Layla Tulum exceeded our expectations! It’s such a small charming hotel, with breath taking decor. I let the staff know it was our anniversary prior to coming and we ended up on the 1st floor, beautiful room and they even set up rose petals for us! The food was amazing, the staff great, and couldn’t have chosen a better location as everything in the city was walking distance. They set up our transportation, and even worked with us on a small misunderstanding we had. I’d for sure go back here once a year! Oh let me add the rooftop pool was everything, so quiet and most times we went up we were the only ones there.

Property was clean and well kept. Staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood where you can easily walk to restaurants and entertainment. We stayed in the room with the floating bed suspended by rope. I found the space awkward. The bed took up the entire room space. It was no room for luggage, no night stand to place anything. This made for your room to get/look cluttered quickly. Also in the shower area there is no bench or area to place your shower gels or shampoos. You will need to place items on floor in shower or reach outside the shower to the sink counter for your items. Room is just poorly constructed and small details not considered. The elevator did not work after day one. We were located on the 3rd floor. Overall the hotel is still beautiful I just would not recommend the room suspended by ropes especially for two people.

I highly recommend this small boutique hotel (13 rooms) in the central of Tulum (Pueblo) near amazing restaurants and bars, night life, murals and lots of colors! The hotel is unique and beautifully decorated, extremely clean and smells amazing ! The manager Elena and stuff are so nice and helpful, willing to answer ant question and suggest the best food, night life etc. The roof top pool is amazing and so beautiful to soak yourself and enjoy drinks at the pool bar. The rooms are super clean beautiful and moderately decorated with mini bar, cappuccino machine and safe . If you want to experience town you don’t need to look any further. !

Great location, very clean, and safe with top notch service. I have never been to Mexico before and the front desk team was super helpful. They helped us build a full itinerary. I cannot wait until the next visit!

The staff were magnificent. Very attentive, caring and fun. They helped us with restaurant and beach recommendations, arranged our airport transfers, and were a delight. The food in the hotel was very good, as were the cocktails. Very clean and sage and a feast for the eyes!

Tulum is a lovely little boutique hotel in downtown Tulum. The customer service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The air conditioning works like a charm, and it is so crisp in the rooms when you need a break from the heat.! Breakfast is very tasty, as are the burgers and the hand-crafted mojitos. The passion fruit was the best. Downside, the drive from Cancun airport is long. If I had to do it all over, I would do private transportation. You do need to leave the area for any excursions. There is not much to do in the general downtown area.

Tulum is a lovely little boutique hotel in downtown Tulum. The customer service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Everything was amazing except for the noises. The sound proof windows doesn't work. We couldn't sleep. Will be better to stay in a room on the back of the building. Our terrace room shared the balcony with another room. Everything else great

I cannot say enough about the staff at Layla! Ricardo and his team make you feel so special and catered to. Everything we ordered on the menu was absolutely delicious and drinks are amazing! The only thing that could make this hotel better is if it were on the beach. But! The sister hotel that is on the beach is available to visit and they make you feel like royalty as well!

Bryan, Elna, Christobal were totally amazing. Could not have asked for better customer service & warmth. They went over & beyond. (I hope I'm not forgetting anyone!) Late night there was loud knocking from someone outside all the way until 2am. This was scary and the noise also kept us awake. Security should call police if they cannot put a stop to it right away themselves. It would be good to have a # to reach hotel security in a situation like this - Unsafe to step outside of our room & subject ourselves to the individual.

Hotel is in a nice enough part of town but…..room was broken into and be warned the safes are a joke. Safe was opened and cash, new cell phone and raybans stolen. Hotel said they could see two guests breaking in on camera but they checked out already. Filed police report which was not easy. And hotel said they would help me with dealing with their insurance company but to no avail. Now the hotel is ghosting us so tough luck. Hotel owner did say we could have two free nights in the future to compensate for our early departure as we didn’t want to stay for the rest of our booking but that’s all!

The staff were magnificent. Very attentive, caring and fun. They helped us with restaurant and beach recommendations, arranged our airport transfers, and were a delight. The food in the hotel was very good, as were the cocktails. Very clean and sage and a feast for the eyes!

The hotel was beautiful and the customer service was awesome. Small boutique hotel in town that was walking distance to everything we wanted. The decor, rooms, and pool were all so unique and memorable. The staff was very accommodating and helped us get a reservation at a beach club that suited our needs. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that it wasn’t by the beach but the owner said he is in the process of building one there. We will definitely stay there once it is completed.

Tulum is a lovely little boutique hotel in downtown Tulum. The customer service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The air conditioning works like a charm, and it is so crisp in the rooms when you need a break from the heat.! Breakfast is very tasty, as are the burgers and the hand-crafted mojitos. The passion fruit was the best. Downside, the drive from Cancun airport is long. If I had to do it all over, I would do private transportation. You do need to leave the area for any excursions. There is not much to do in the general downtown area.

My husband and I chose Layla Tulum for our 1st year marriage anniversary. We’ve done all inclusive a number of times, each time we vacation actually and wanted this trip to be more intimate. I let the staff know it was our anniversary prior to coming and we ended up on the 1st floor, beautiful room and they even set up rose petals for us! The food was amazing, the staff great, and couldn’t have chosen a better location as everything in the city was walking distance. My husband & I stayed 4 nights recently. The hotel is just as pretty in person as it is online. The rooftop pool was beautiful, we didn’t make it to the pool on the 1st floor but it was calling our name every time we walked past it. Cat at the front desk checked us in, she was wonderful. PROS: • Friendly Staff • Clean Hotel • Our room stayed COLD • Yummy Food (eggs at breakfast, burgers, fries, grilled chicken, mexican street corn - all DELICIOUS) • Towels Always Smelled Nice • Great Location - Walking distance to restaurants & shopping CONS: • Our bed was FIRM. And we don't sleep on a pillowtop at home ▪︎ F I R M. • They don't provide free bottled water, only a carafe. Granted they will fill it as often as you like but it was a little bit of a pain. • They ask you not to flush toilet paper. I assume this is because the location is in the City & not in the big touristy areas, I don't know. We've never been asked that on any of our trips to MX so it was unexpected. So go with a little travel bidet from Amazon ($9). • There isnt a lot of room for clothing. No drawers, just 6 or so hangers & a couple of shelves. But there is plenty of room for toiletries.
