We really enjoyed our time at Aloft Bali Kuta at Beachwalk. The staff were incredible, the friendliest and most helpful we have had while staying at any hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a great array of food to choose from, and we looked forward to our morning coffee each day. The pool area was small, but always quiet so this was never a problem, and while the gym was fairly basic in terms of weight training, there was enough there to get a workout done. Location wise being attached to the Beachwalk Mall is great for shopping and eating, however if you step outside you're instantly able to experience a more traditional Bali experience, so you have the best of both worlds. If we return to Bali in the future, we'll definitely look to stay here again.

I travelled to Singapore, then to Phuket Thailand and then to Bali. This place was awesome. In comparison to our first 2 hotels, this place just won our expectations. The hotel setup is very nice. This is the only place where I see a lobby meant to entertain from adults to kids. They have live karaoke, board games for kids, and a few other ways to keep the guests entertained. The house keepers do an exceptional job in keeping the rooms and the hotel clean. I stayed here for 4 nights. The Hotel is connected to the mall, so your dining options are many. The only drawback I see is that, you would have to take the pathway along the driveway to go up to the beach in the night once the mall is closed. And during the day you can cut across the mall to get to the beach but it can be a bit of walk once you get dirty on the beach and don't feel like walking across the mall to get in the room. It's only due to the entrance location of the hotel. This is only for awareness.

Unfortunately we arrived late and left at 4am, so did not avail ourselves of any of the hotel’s amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a look at the pool which looked great. Staff friendly especially the porters who helped us with the bags. The corridors are very long! Shopping is literally on the doorstep and the beachfront metres away.

This hotel is brand new, very clean, and overall a really nice place to stay. The rooms feel modern and comfortable, and it’s conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. The breakfast is genuinely very good — much better than many other places we’ve stayed — and the pool area is also lovely, perfect for relaxing. However, accessing Kuta Town Center from here isn’t the easiest, as it’s not as directly connected as other locations. Also, the entrance to the hotel is a bit dodgy, since it’s located deep inside a shopping centre, which can feel confusing and not very welcoming when you first arrive. Overall, the hotel itself is excellent, with great facilities and a very nice atmosphere — it’s just the access and surroundings that could be improved.

Nice hotel in a very good location for shopping and beaching. Beautiful and modern rooms. Small but good pool. In walking distance to beach, Beachwalk Shopping Center and street shopping. Breakfast ok, lunch buffet was bad, cold food, very expensive, staff was not even able to provide soda water.

Hotel is inside of a mall. Even though the mall is right across from the surfing beach, it does take 10min to walk through this giant mall to get to the beach. But that’s still very convenient to surf. Facility is quite new and well maintained. Rooms are ok size. Overall is a good choice. I can recommend,and I might stay again next time

Have stayed here a few times and always enjoy my stay here. All staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. They never fail to greet you on the way out and in. Rooms are clean and housekeeping staff always leave short greeting notes with occasional small gifts to make you feel welcome when returning to the room after a day out. Highlight of the stay is always the breakfast. A great variety of different type of food with a noodles station, egg station, waffle station even a chocolate fondue fountain and ice cream. The hotel is also conveniently located in the beachwalk mall which a large variety of shops and restaurants to choose from.

I'm already looking forward to my next stay at Aloft. Wow, the rooms are beautiful, the beds are so comfy and the bathroom is gorgeous. The shower especially has some of the best water pressure I've ever had in Bali, I didn't want to get out. Love the little touches that make it feel really special, like the icey treat on arrival- this made my young son very happy from the get go. By and far the most amazing part of the stay was breakfast. It was a spread like I'd never imagined in my wildest dreams, the dining area was also truly beautiful. I would be truly surprised if there were a person out there that wasn't impressed by this breakfast. Ari Novita was one of our servers, and she was such a treat, so kind and helpful. The cherry on top of our stay at Aloft. Thank you Ari!

Everything about this hotel surprised us! Staff were fantastic, like really great. Rooms clean and modern. Great shower, great pillows and great bed. House keeping staff - excellent. I’ve been travelling for fourty years and this was one of my best ever experiences in and level of hotel. Came for two weeks here and stayed a month. Will definitely return on our next trip. Did I mention the staff at Aloft? Lol

OMG , this hotel is nice …I must say my bed and pillows , was out of this world , I slept like a baby all through my stay. The staff were are amazing, the smile they give you so infectious. In all a wonderful location .

Overall was great. Location is excellent- right beside beachwalk shopping mall. The only down side is, we can't seem to be able to adjust the temperature of the air condition in the room. It seems to have it's own mind and keep showing 16c even when we adjusted to 25c.

We stayed at Aloft for 4 nights. It’s a new hotel located at the back of Beachwalk Mall. Super convenient to restaurants, shopping, beach, spa etc. Beds were double sized or American Full. Linen, bed, pillow comfy and new. The staff were super friendly and always smiling. They never failed to greet us. The hotel doesn’t have soundproofing so you can hear noise in the hallway and unfortunately our last day/ night we could hear a child running upstairs. My husband wasn’t bothered by it but if you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Other than this, we loved the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is inside of a mall. Even though the mall is right across from the surfing beach, it does take 10min to walk through this giant mall to get to the beach. But that’s still very convenient to surf. Facility is quite new and well maintained. Rooms are ok size. Overall is a good choice. I can recommend,and I might stay again next time

Everything about this hotel surprised us! Staff were fantastic, like really great. Rooms clean and modern. Great shower, great pillows and great bed. House keeping staff - excellent. I’ve been travelling for fourty years and this was one of my best ever experiences in and level of hotel. Came for two weeks here and stayed a month. Will definitely return on our next trip. Did I mention the staff at Aloft? Lol

Service here was amazing, the staff were truly great. Thank you for a wonderful stay, especially as I got sick and they helped with a hotel doctor. The only complaint I have is that you can hear a lot of noise from the hallway and above. Besides that it’s a perfect hotel with really great staff

Hotel location is just near the Shopping mall. So it is convenient for food and shopping. But it also caused lot of noise especially at night show time. Forty years of staying in hotels regularly - and this is the first hotel that I would return to without any doubt or hesitation. It's not top of the range, nor the bottom - but it has been the best. Came for two weeks and stayed for a month! Staff at the hotel are a big part of the rave review. In every interaction with them, from front desk. bar, housekeeping and restaurant the staff provided the magic. Management should be proud! It's not a fancy resort with amazing pool surrounded by palm trees. It is super clean, very convenient and well located near to some great places to eat and shop. Highly recommended. This hotel is brand new, very clean, and overall a really nice place to stay. The rooms feel modern and comfortable, and it’s conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. The breakfast is genuinely very good — much better than many other places we’ve stayed — and the pool area is also lovely, perfect for relaxing. However, accessing Kuta Town Center from here isn’t the easiest, as it’s not as directly connected as other locations. The location was good for what we needed. The room was clean and modern. The lobby was great for kids and had good food and drink options. The staff was great. The pool was also nice. One thing to note about the area is that the shopping plaza doesn't open til 10AM and they won't let you cut through, which means that you have to walk all the way around the entire complex to go to the Social Club for breakfast, which I highly recommend. I would recommend this place and would consider it again for future stays.

The hotel is good and next to shopping mall. But after 10pm.. u can not get any food... all closed including restaurant at Hotel. From hotel to main road need to walk 15min and another 10 to 20 min to get the food after 10pm. As a international hotel and tourists from different countries, i suggest hotel should open a 24 hours restaurant to serve the guess.. if not at least until 12am...

Have stayed here a few times and always enjoy my stay here. All staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. They never fail to greet you on the way out and in. Rooms are clean and housekeeping staff always leave short greeting notes with occasional small gifts to make you feel welcome when returning to the room after a day out. Highlight of the stay is always the breakfast. A great variety of different type of food with a noodles station, egg station, waffle station even a chocolate fondue fountain and ice cream. The hotel is also conveniently located in the beachwalk mall which a large variety of shops and restaurants to choose from.

Everyone on property was super attentive and kind. Hotel is attached to the Beachwalk so if you forget anything, you can always purchase there. Beach is a 5 min walk to the Main Street. Restaurants in beachwalk were great, but the food at the hotel was great too and very reasonable. I would totally stay here again.

I'm already looking forward to my next stay at Aloft. Wow, the rooms are beautiful, the beds are so comfy and the bathroom is gorgeous. The shower especially has some of the best water pressure I've ever had in Bali, I didn't want to get out. Love the little touches that make it feel really special, like the icey treat on arrival- this made my young son very happy from the get go. By and far the most amazing part of the stay was breakfast. It was a spread like I'd never imagined in my wildest dreams, the dining area was also truly beautiful. I would be truly surprised if there were a person out there that wasn't impressed by this breakfast. Ari Novita was one of our servers, and she was such a treat, so kind and helpful. The cherry on top of our stay at Aloft. Thank you Ari!

Everything i read about this hotel lived up to the hype. Amazing staff. Amazing hospitality. Amazing daly free buffet breakfast. Amazing mall below. Amazing housekeeping. The only downside would be the traffic on the way from kuta beach to the hotel but its okay as the advantages are more heavy. The location is PERFECT as everything you need is closeby. All the top notch restaurants are nearby like Flapjax and Jamie Oliver and Hard Rock Cafe. Not to mention a huge local market. Close to ubud so day tours are manageable too. One week with Aloft was heaven and home away from home. Highly recommended and we will stay here again if we go to Bali again.

The property is just opposite to kuta beach and in beacwalk mall. You can walk out of hotel to beach, mall, local market. Location is good. Staff is really good. Rooms are bit smaller but understandable because of location. Breakfast is also good and many options if you are non vegetarian for vegetarian options are bit limited but still good.

The staff is outstanding. The only real complaint I have is the towels and sheets not being clean. They are definitely dingy from consistent use, they need to be replaced all together. Other than that I would stay here again. Very convenient location.
