Forty years of staying in hotels regularly - and this is the first hotel that I would return to without any doubt or hesitation. It's not top of the range, nor the bottom - but it has been the best. Came for two weeks and stayed for a month! Staff at the hotel are a big part of the rave review. In every interaction with them, from front desk. bar, housekeeping and restaurant the staff provided the magic. Management should be proud! It's not a fancy resort with amazing pool surrounded by palm trees. It is super clean, very convenient and well located near to some great places to eat and shop. Highly recommended. Thank you everyone at Aloft Bali Kuta Beachwalk.

Everything about this hotel surprised us! Staff were fantastic, like really great. Rooms clean and modern. Great shower, great pillows and great bed. House keeping staff - excellent. I’ve been travelling for fourty years and this was one of my best ever experiences in and level of hotel. Came for two weeks here and stayed a month. Will definitely return on our next trip. Did I mention the staff at Aloft? Lol

Hotel location is just near the Shopping mall. So it is convenient for food and shopping. But it also caused lot of noise especially at night show time. We booked the airport pick up service but we were told that no booking in the system when we arrived. Hotel staff was nice to arrange otherwise. Staffs are very friendly but not all can speak good English.
