The Cloudveil is a high-end luxury hotel in the heart of Jackson. Its central location is walkable to amazing restaurants, art galleries and gift shops. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and professional. We did not rent a car while in Jackson. We used a local car service from the airport and the hotel’s town car (Range Rover Defender) for trips to the rodeo and Snow King. The lobby is very relaxing, expertly decorated and equipped with games. I am a T1D and the hotel provided a medical refrigerator for my insulin. There were also complimentary snacks in the pantry that put my mind at ease in case of a low blood sugar and I was out of my snacks. My husband enjoyed the Happy Hour at The Bistro and their Old Fashions. We would absolutely stay here again.

We chose Cloudveil for its location in the middle of town and because it looked a luxury hotel. Room prices we knew were high but our room was very small for the price paid. There was no laundry service over the weekend. We had been traveling and expected this. In our opinion not worth £1400 a night…Four Seasons cheaper and better.

Cloudveil was wonderful! we came to ski in Jackson and hotel accommodated everything, including storing our ski bags, taking our skis to the resort and helping us pack everything in the car:) We loved everything about ambience and design. Rooms were fantastic.

Can’t beat the location, walkable to so many amazing restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, bars, etc. It is a beautifully designed luxury hotel, the lobby and seating areas are so cool and great photo ops. The room was high-end and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. My only negative experience was upstairs at the rooftop lounge which had terrible choice in music, best described as dated club music, and it was too loud to ignore. I really would have loved to enjoy the beautiful rooftop every day of our trip but the music made it impossible. Put on something that fits the town and vibes please!

It is a lovely hotel, right in the center of Jackson with lots to see and do around the hotel. Staff is great, we found free parking behind the hotel. Although Valet is of course also available. There is a nice roof top bar with great views.

Overall I appreciate the decor and style of the hotel. For the price I expected more, it felt as though they did the bare minimum. The housekeeping did a great job. Just wish I’d didn’t feel like I was being milked for every penny.

This is a really nice clean centrally located hotel in a city that has very few hotels and very few bargains! The rooms are very well laid out and comfortable with fireplaces and banquette seating. I recommend it highly.
