This property is tired. We learned that they are starting renovations next month. Once the renovations are completed, we would stay here again. It is in a good location with many great dining options close by.

The room was not up to par and did not meet expectations or the pictures shown on their website. The room was really dated, the carpet was old and looked very dirty. The washroom countertop was old and stained and our sheets were never changed in the six nights we stayed despite leaving the maid a decent tip every morning. We booked a family room and we got a room with four single beds with one of them a cot that was subpar. We kept our room very clean. And to add fuel to the fire, upon checking in we explained that we only needed the hotel up to Sept. 8th not the 9th and they said they couldn’t refund us for the extra night and that we had to pay the full amount of our stay up front! I explained to them that normal protocol is pay at the time of checkout. They later explained that they would refund the extra night and we thanked them but once again at the time of checkout on Sept. 8th they again refused to give me my refund and told me that I would have to call Expedia if I wanted to be refunded for the night! I was extremely upset and frustrated and vowed never to stay at that hotel nor book through Expedia going forward. Very disappointing.

asked for early check in and a call for when room was ready, never received call. Desk service not friendly at all.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice but would be better to have more diversity. The issue were the cards to open the room. Had to ask reception to charge cards at least once a day. Thank you :)
