Good option in Revelstoke. Only one hot tub was working while we were there which was kind of a bummer. But otherwise solid choice. Kitchen was well equipped for what we needed, space was small but fit our group easily. Beautiful view of the river.

Very nice room at Basecamp. Similar to a small condo, and very quiet. Our pup enjoyed the quiet and she was comfortable here. The hot tub was very hot and nice. Would stay again for sure.

I liked the large living space for me and my family. One of the two hot tubs was out of service and it did not seem like there was any plan to repair it. The area at the entries of the units is small and inconvenient.

We were really pleased with the accommodations. Nicely laid out 2 bedroom, very comfortable beds, on the main floor with a very nice , fully equipped kitchen and hangout area with a big L-shaped soda with pullout bed and large screen TV on the second floor. They staff was incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. Great hot tubs, gas grills and close to downtown. Just a short drive to the ski hill with shuttle service right to the front door. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

Nothing inherently wrong with the property. It was very loud, the people above us made lots of noise. The hot tub was small and limited to 6 people. It was often over crowded. The area is very nice and being in nature was lovely.

Very convenient location and great view. We had two nights stay and experienced dirty sheets, we informed the staff help us change in the morning, but when we returned to the room, the bed sheets are not changed and still dirty with stain.

We only stayed for a night, but when we arrived, we were surprised at how clean the room was. If you need a place to stay for a long period of time, this is the place. It offers an apartment-style kitchen, laundry, and a nice bed. The only down size if no interaction with staff an no breakfast.

Room was not cleaned properly. They sent housekeeping back in and still was not up to par. They offered to send them a second time, and at that point, we said, don't bother. They did give us a 20% discount off the first night.But it was very disappointing and would not stay there again.

Basecamp Resort in Revelstoke was AMAZING!! It was a perfect stay! Staff was so friendly, room was nicely appointed and spotless! Tranquil time sitting in the deck watching the mountains and the river! Beautiful all the way around! Highly recommend!

Overall great experience. Big, spacious rooms and comfortable beds! The room wasn’t ready when we arrived and guest service told us they’d call us when ready and we never got that call. We had a fishing trip booked and called an hr later to see if we could store our luggages at the office since the room wasn’t ready, and then found out the room was ready after all. Had we not called to inquire, the room may have been ready much earlier? It was a hot day to be waiting in the car with kids. A pool would have been nice too.

Great kitchen area. Walls were a bit thin so you could hear people in the other bedroom quite easily. It would have been nice to have some more storage space - there are no closets or shelves or dressers and two of the bedrooms have limited space.

Pros: Pretty new apartment style resort, ample space with 2.5 baths, 3 BR and large kitchen and living room. Outside view facing the river is nice as well. Cons: air conditioning cannot reach the living room which is west facing, while AC in all the BR in the main floor is too cold. Master BR bathroom door is kind of broken and the sink is too small.

Nice location. Comfortable beds. The air intake in the master bedroom was extremely loud. Had to turn off the ac in order to sleep. Couch was also covered in dog hair.

Loved the location. Beautiful setting above the river. New and modern units. I had one of the micro suites on the ground floor. Unfortunately the soundproofing in the building is essentially non existing, you can hear every single footstep in the unit above you, every toilet flush etc with the plumbing located at the head of the bed. Other than that had a great stay, well equipped kitchen.

We were staying at a 2 bedrooms apartment. The beds and pillows are very comfy. However, the mechanic room is right next to the master bedroom and it is very noisy. The noise sometimes is so loud that the floor is even shaking.

Place is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing, however at 3:30 in the afternoon we went on the patio to play games, we got a noise compliment but instead of someone coming and talking to us, we got a message saying if we get one more they will take money from our damage deposit. I 100 percent agree on being respectful to the people around you but it was 3:30 in the afternoon and we weren't in our rooms we were on the deck, and to instantly threaten our damage deposit. It wasn't the greatest service and when we went to apologize and talk to the front desk about them they assumed we were drinking and weren't the nicest about it. Also bathroom door didn't work

I had terrible experience at Basecamp resorts at Revelstoke. There are no staff for check in. The room was not cleaned and bugs are all around the place in bedroom. There was not wheel chair and baby stroller access to this facility. I would not recommend this place for sure.

Extremely unhappy with this place. A member of the housekeeping staff let themselves into the apartment before our checkout time on the morning we were due to leave while my teenage son was in the apartment by himself. Not acceptable. Made him feel unsafe.

First time we have stayed here. I had a problem with your online pre-check in experience so had to call the hotel to sort that out. We had trouble with the first key code we were given but the desk clerk helped us quickly with a new code. Nice property and unit. Great for families. We would stay here again.

There was no heat in the room, just blew cold air. No recourse to having it fixed… front desk was still open, but did not respond to telephone calls. We walked there at 10:00, a note on the door said to text, so we did. An hour later, no response. Won’t be coming back here.

This is a relatively new property which has been well thought about in its design. The accommodation is adequate and has all that is needed. I found the bed to be very soft, which could be an issue if you are not used to such a bed. I found the whole process of staying at the property vey impersonal. Everything has to be done online, including presenting identity details. On arrival there is no one to greet you or deal with any issues. Just a phone number to call. Felt more like an AirBnB to me

Located quite far from the main part of Revelstoke which we didn't realise when booking! Felt quite remote especially when arriving late at night and having to call a number to access our room as check in couldn't be completed online. Couldn't walk to anything from here. Overall it felt a bit like a student / backpacker facility but as we were only there for 1 night it didn't really matter. It was clean and comfortable enough

This was clearly the nicest hotel. I stayed in during my visit to British Columbia and Alberta. The rooms were wonderful. The view was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and new. The check-in process was extremely easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Pretty great place to stay. Clean, quiet, safe and convenient. You are 3 kms from the Dam, which made for a lovely out-and-back run for me and my son each morning. There is also a running/hiking trail right across the street (we're talking 25 feet from your room), and the downtown is about 3 minutes by car away. The golf club is just down the road too. Overall, very impressed. Hope to stay again in the shoulder season (when we can afford it!).

We stayed for one night on a business/pleasure trip to Revelstoke. This accommodation was awesome due to having a full kitchen, great views of both mountains and the Columbia River and being at the base of Mount Revelstoke National Park, where you could walk up a trail right into the park from the resort. We had 6 in our group and it fit us perfectly. We will be staying here again for sure.

A little disappointing given the price paid. No pool, gym or restaurants on site and location isn’t within walking distance of Revelstoke. The pictures of the exterior views are only available if you have a suite at the back of the hotel, otherwise your view is quite basic. Suites are clean, modern and well equipped and check-in process was very friendly and smooth. Deposit charge for incidental expenses is very high ($250) and the wait to have this refunded to your card (7-10 business days) is ridiculous and would stop me booking here again.
