The hotel and room were very elegant, clean and spacious. The service was absolutely great, responsive and polite. It was a short stay, but we made the most of our two days there. The only negative is that we tried to stop by the 7th floor for our champagne which came with our room category we chose but there were no attendants on the balcony bar the 3 times we attempted our toast.

This is a beautiful traditional hotel. The terrace for tea and drinks is lovely and I even read my book in a lounger on the top floor one afternoon. Great quiet neighborhood.

Exquisite, first class boutique hotel, with wonderful facilities & exceptionally attentive staff. Reception & concierge greeted us the moment we entered the hotel. Helpful personalised debrief on the local area, attractions and restaurants. Concierge very attentive - almost getting us a taxi before we knew we wanted one. Room spotlessly clean, turn down service. The discreet coloured tassels that you use for ‘do not disturb’ are a sign that this hotel is for the discerning visitor. Breakfast buffet had a good choice, fruit was so tasty. Our waiter initially seemed aloof, but by the 3rd morning I looked forward to watching his super efficient speed & quirky service. My favourite place was the 7th floor terrace bar, beautiful, quiet haven to recuperate with a Cava after a tiring day walking around the art galleries. To my shame, I didn’t ask his name, our barman was a true credit to the hotel. On our second evening there, he recognised us & welcomed us like long last friends, stopped to chat about where we’d been. He knew what we’d drank the previous evening, a rare quality. I adored all the staff, such a credit to their profession. I felt very sad to leave. I hope other Relais hotels in Europe are as exceptional, as they are going to be my hotel of choice after this stay.

Fantastic stay at this amazing property. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and charming. The hotel room was beautiful and the breakfast & coffee were top notch. The rooftop patio is amazing and has a great vibe. Great location in the Salamanca district. Close enough to the center that I could walk to Parque El Retiro, but at the same time, the perfect distance outside the center to ensure peace and quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Rooms are however in desperate need of a remodel, wallpaper peeling off wall, broken desk, wood falling off ceiling / visible water damage. A bit surprising for a R&C. They also need to clean under the bed pad, I found broken glass.

This is a boutique hotel in an excellent location of the Barrio Salamanca of Madrid. The hotel is quiet, luxurious and spotless. The moment we arrived we felt at home, personal touch everywhere and with everyone. Breakfast is outstanding. Concierge was able to get us every reservation we requested. We are specially grateful to Alvaro in the front desk and Adria, multi task gentleman who helped on everything.

The hotel is beautiful and clean The staff are all great and friendly . Make you feel like home. Is in a residential area Salamanca Madrid Still short walk to near by lost of shopping and dining options. If you do not like to walk then bus stop is in the corner Or taxis very affordable.

Clean, but plumbing issues - water drainage in bathroom sink and shower/tub were inadequate. Bathroom was separated and had door. No fan, with the door closed it gets very hot in there. Temperature control in room was not working well. Air conditioner was blasting throughout the night (facing the bed directly) and if would change the temp by .5 degrees, would shut off and be hot. There was no sensor or automatic function, No turn down service; for the price being charged this should be a must.

I dont usually write reviews for the hotels that I have stayed. But this one !!! I RECOMMEND it and Loved it through out our stay. We had an early flight and we were exhausted, when we came to the front of the door , immediately greeted by the staff and they weee really nice to let us check in early and upgraded our room. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The house keeping was top notched. Overall , me and my husband were really happy with the service we received and will stay here again next time in Madrid.

The hotel is an ideal boutique property. The property feels like an elegant home . Our room, a junior suite was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Also very quiet for an urban hotel. The well trained staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We had a warm and delightful welcome from Antia. She recommended and booked outstanding dining experiences. Thank you for a wonderful hotel experience. We will stay here again.

It’s very quiet, lovely decor, friendly check in. I don’t like bathroom integrated into the room. Shower and toilet are very close together, tiny area. I would have preferred a door on the bathroom area. This is a jr suite but no sofa like in the photo and very small desk- not easy to work at.

Hotel location is good, rooms are slightly small and the only thing that was not good about it was that the shower area did not have a door to isolate it from the room. It happened that we were there at the time of the power blackout, the staff did everything thing to insure that our stay is not interrupted although it was a nation wide thing, they were extremely helpful and accommodating.

This was an awesome experience! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best. The front desk staff ensured we knew our way around Marid, they made dining reservations for us, they called the rental car company for us, they let us know where to stop on the way to San Sabastian, really anything we asked! The restaurant staff was extremely friendly and helpful and very attentive. Highly recommend staying here.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location in the Salamanca district. I like this location much better than other hotel I stayed on Gran Via. This location is upscale and quiet. The staff were super friendly and courteous. The room was clean and spacious.

We enjoyed our stay at the Heritage Madrid. Super nice accommodations. It is a little bit outside of center city about a 45 minute walk to the Prado. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood you will love your stay.

Fantastic stay at this amazing property. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and charming. The hotel room was beautiful and the breakfast & coffee were top notch. Me encantó ! El desayuno está delicioso y el hotel está muy bien ubicado ! El hotel es precioso , las habitaciones son muy lindas y las camas muy cómodas .
