The only reason to stay in this hotel is proximity to the Monza F1 circuit. Other than that, it is a very underwhelming experience. Service at front desk and during breakfast time was not friendly. Restaurant at property only opens for dinner. Room was very outdated and not clean at all (hair in the bathroom floor and shower). The configuration of the hotel is very strange, it sits at the top of a multi-level mall. We were thankful to have a mall nearby though, given that there was no restaurant open before dinner time.

Hotel claims to be something it isn’t. No restaurant no bar. Shopping mall closes early so no food available if arriving late. Asked if we used the mini bar?? There was no mini bar. However lovely man on reception booked us into a great restaurant with return travel free of charge. Man in restaurant at breakfast rude to clients. Most people sat outside with food and drink purchased earlier from the shopping mall or via Uber eats etc. With a hotel fantastically positioned for the F1, they offered nothing for those staying for it and lost out on huge revenue.

Un hotel integrato in un centro commerciale, bisogna fare attenzione per trovare rampa giusta per arrivarci. Posto molto bello e recente, camere grandi con bagni altrettanto spaziosi. Unica nota, per noi non è stato un problema, chiaramente è uno di quei posti dove la macchina è necessaria.

Kamers waren oud, spinnenwebben zaten overal en de vloeren waren op z’n zachts gezegd niet echt schoon. Het ontbijt was heel summier en als je om 8 uur ging ontbijten was er helemaal niets meer behalve een enkele chocolade croissant en 1 slecht werkende koffie automaat. Hordes Chinezen die als mieren zich door het hotel bewogen. Ik zou hier zeker geen 2e een kamer boeken.

The room we were stayed in needs a thorough cleaning. It smelled bad, the floor under the carpet was uneven and the carpet was all stained. I started to sneeze right away. It seems that the last time they cleaned this room was at least a year ago. Under the bad it was a very thick layer of dust. Horrible,should be half the price we paid.

Bathroom was dirty, mess in the closet. Not enough towels or hand towels in the bathroom. Property is dated and and walls need paint at the entrance of the elevator in the side I was staying at. Over all for what they charge I wouldn’t come back. Not with that price.

Nous avons passées deux nuits la bas. Personnel très accueillant à l écoute de nos demandes. Hôtel d une propreté irréprochable et tout était parfait. Si un jour on devait revenir dans le coin sans hésiter, on reviendrai. Un centre commerciale est juste au pied de l hôtel.

Hotel vieillissant ne mérite pas 4 étoiles beaucoup de bruite à l'extérieur venant du centre commercial wifi dans la chambre HS pratiquement pas d'aide de la part du personnel "venez en bas travailler a la réception " le wifi est gratuit alors s'il ne fonctionne pas ..."

Das Zimmer war ziemlich veraltet. Die halbe Elektrik hat nicht funktioniert, darunter fast alle Lampen. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Das Zimmer war heiss wie ein Ofen. Duschkopf defekt und zu allem dazu fand ich ein Ungeziefer. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, auch lustig. Die gesamte Ablage ist etwas Renovierungsbedürftig.

La chambre était agréable. L’hôtel est beau. Dommage que la porte qui sépare la chambre du salon était cassée, que le mini frigo ne fonctionnait pas (les boissons étaient dedans à température ambiante) et qu’il n’y ait qu’une seule ampoule qui fonctionne dans la salle de bains. À part ces petits défauts, le fait que l’hôtel se situe au dessus d’un centre commercial est un vrai plus. Par ailleurs, les petits déjeuners sont complets et excellents.

In dem ersten Zimmer (315) war die Raumtemperatur auf 27Grad, ließ sich nicht regeln oder Reduzieren, ein Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen. Daraufhin wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer (108) zur Verfügung gestellt. In dem neuen Zimmer funktionierte die Heizung überhaupt nicht! Man hat permanent gefroren! Zu dem Fernseher gab es keine Fernbedienung! Dieser Zustand wurde jeweils morgens und abends an der Rezeption gemeldet, während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hat sich der Zustand nicht geändert! Das Hotel ist in einem schlechten Zustand! Überall ist ein Renovierungstau zu erkennen! Personal ist unfreundlich! Hotel bitte aus dem Programm nehmen!

Maybe its a cultural difference but the staff was not what I'm used to. I can't say rude because they literally dont really speak to you coming and going. The 4 star rating is absolutely overrated. The room is described as 435 sq ft. I assume thats the suite, which isn't that much of a price difference but I assumed they were all that size. First and foremost both mattresses were severely stained. Also the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever been on and I've been to a few below average hotels. When we entered the room it was very stuffy and hot. We called the front desk they said they don't use the ac during this season only the heat. Our last night it was terribly freezing and the heat didn't work either. My wife is very big on TV and there wasn't channel she could watch and the TV was so outdated that you couldn't even use a streaming service. The only good thing is that the hotel was on top of a mall. Which was very convenient. I can honestly say this is one of the worst hotels I've been to. Me and the wife decided to venture out into other parts of Italy and just stayed at other hotels overnight for some of our trip. For me personally this hotel put me in a bad mood. When we entered the room it was very stuffy and hot. We called the front desk they said they don't use the ac during this season only the heat. Our last night it was terribly freezing and the heat didn't work either. My wife is very big on TV and there wasn't channel she could watch and the TV was so outdated that you couldn't even use a streaming service. The only good thing is that the hotel was on top of a mall. Which was very convenient. I can honestly say this is one of the worst hotels I've been to. Me and the wife decided to venture out into other parts of Italy and just stayed at other hotels overnight for some of our trip. For me personally this hotel put me in a bad mood. Kind of made me look at Italy as a not so desirable place being that it was our first impression. Outside of this hotel Italy is great. My recommendation is to absolutely pass on this hotel. The hotel is about 30 minutes from Duomo Milano if you use public transport but is better to use the CentroCommerciale Vucanno as the the Location only 1pm meter from the hotel and the bus stop right in front of the Mall make sure the right Exit . Because if you use the Hotel as the location you will need to walk about 1 km to the bus stop there two transfers to get you right to the Duomo do Milano

Un hotel integrato in un centro commerciale, bisogna fare attenzione per trovare rampa giusta per arrivarci. Posto molto bello e recente, camere grandi con bagni altrettanto spaziosi. Unica nota, per noi non è stato un problema, chiaramente è uno di quei posti dove la macchina è necessaria.

Kamers waren oud, spinnenwebben zaten overal en de vloeren waren op z’n zachts gezegd niet echt schoon. Het ontbijt was heel summier en als je om 8 uur ging ontbijten was er helemaal niets meer behalve een enkele chocolade croissant en 1 slecht werkende koffie automaat. Hordes Chinezen die als mieren zich door het hotel bewogen. Ik zou hier zeker geen 2e een kamer boeken.

The only reason to stay in this hotel is proximity to the Monza F1 circuit. Other than that, it is a very underwhelming experience. Service at front desk and during breakfast time was not friendly. Restaurant at property only opens for dinner. Room was very outdated and not clean at all (hair in the bathroom floor and shower). The configuration of the hotel is very strange, it sits at the top of a multi-level mall. We were thankful to have a mall nearby though, given that there was no restaurant open before dinner time.

Hotel claims to be something it isn’t. No restaurant no bar. Shopping mall closes early so no food available if arriving late. Asked if we used the mini bar?? There was no mini bar. However lovely man on reception booked us into a great restaurant with return travel free of charge. Man in restaurant at breakfast rude to clients. Most people sat outside with food and drink purchased earlier from the shopping mall or via Uber eats etc. With a hotel fantastically positioned for the F1, they offered nothing for those staying for it and lost out on huge revenue.

Very old hotel that definitely needs to be overhauled. No hot water on first day, no clean breakfast room on second due to a big tourist group eating before and not enough staff helping to clean up and rearrange the buffet. Next time in Milan I will choose a different hotel.

One of the worst hotels we have been to. Absolute garbage. Max 1 star hotel. What donkey did ever give this hotel 4 stars. Old and broken rooms and furniture. Shower switching to cold and hot water without even touching anything. Slow internet. Breakfast is a shame, nothing fresh and no variation. After check in we were told that there will be no electricity during the first night. During breakfast time the coffee machine is broken. 4 staff walking around and avoiding the problem. Garbage. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Location is not great and there is nothing nearby. The lack of restaurant or bars nearby is very poor, the only thing really is a KFC which shuts at 9. The rooms are clean but we had bugs in our room and the room could do with updating/being better maintained. Sadly I was quite disappointed.
