Boa localização, estacionamento perto pago, mas também pela rua...fica a 2,5km do centro e 1km do museu do vinho. Só não tem ar condicionado, e sendo verâo a nossa estadia, não foi uma noite muito agradável. Creio que pelo valor deveriam oferecer ar condicionado.

Hôtel que je conseille. Personnel aimable et souriant. Petit déjeuner parfait. Lit très confortable. Le seul problème est de pouvoir se garer sur une place gratuite. Ainsi que le bruit dans la nuit car bars de jeunes à côté (à partir de jeudi).

hotel bien situé proche du bassin où il y a beaucoup de restaurants et belles terrasses autour. chambre moderne et pratique (pour de la petite cuisine). litterie confortable. en revanche, le menage est vraiment vraiment à approfondir si l'hôtel veut garder son standing. je suis peut-être mal tombée mais j'ai eu une chambre où la cuisine n'était pas propre (frigo pas lavé, cafetière pas vidée, couverts sales dans le tiroir) et la salle de bain très limite (cheveux dans la douche) et faience de la douche pas faite depuis belle lurette. je l'ai signalé à mon arrivée, la sympathique dame de l'accueil m'a proposé une intervention le lendemain mais finalement personne n'est passé. c'est dommage

Sconsigliato se vuoi visitare la città di Bordeaux, la struttura si trova a 3km dal centro e il tram più vicino si trova a 1km. Bella la zona del Bacalan che si trova proprio dietro la struttura. Il personale del Montempo è stato molto cordiale ed ha cercato nel possibile di venire in contro alle nostre esigenze. Il primo appartamento aveva un forte odore di pesce/cipolla e la cucina era impregnata di olio di cottura. Il personale ha provveduto a trovare un altro appartamento meno odoroso ma nonostante tutto gli appartamenti sono molto piccoli e non sono provvisti di aria condizionata, solo un piccolo e rumoroso ventilatore. Purtroppo nonostante la struttura sia nuova, si nota l’uso di materiali scadenti che già danno segni di usura. Dallo scarico della doccia, pur essendo al secondo piano, formiche e blatte sul pavimento.

We checked in late at night and we noticed that the room had not been cleaned. All the walls and bed skirts had a lot of dust and the shower door was very dirty. In the morning we spoke to the receptionist who said that cleaning would be done after our check out. The room had a lot of mosquitoes and we were bitten by mosquitoes at night.

If there was no construction just under my room from early morning to late afternoon on both days when I was there maybe I would have had a different opinion of this place. If you are claustrophobic you might want to avoid it anyways.

Absolute Katastrophe! Der erste Eindruck war eher gut, perfektes Englisch an der Rezeption, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, ordentlicher Gesamteindruck. Dann aber: Rollo lässt sich nicht öffnen, Zimmer ist unerträglich heiss, Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, Straße ist unfassbar laut, an Schlafen ist nicht zu denken. Meine Erfahrung müsste man mit 0 Sternen bewerten, wegen der super Lage im Bacalan und dem eher guten Gesamteindruck kann ich mir vorstellen, dass nicht alle ein so schlechtes Erlebnis haben und vergebe deshalb wohlwollend 2 Sterne

Un peu déçu par le niveau de cet établissement, pas de clim, très bruyant à l'extérieur jusqu'au matin côté port !! En semaine ! Très mauvaise insonorisation 😔 Après ce n'est pas cher, donc peut à mettre dans votre balance.

I liked he restaurant selections on the boardwalk, and the closeness to the Cite du Vin museum.. I didn’t like my bed, which was supposed to be a queen, but instead was 2 twins pushed together.. the sheets didn’t fit properly & I woke up each morning sleeping on the bare mattress, as the fitted sheet kept slipping off. I didn’t like my room window facing the inside grass area at ground level, I had no view and didn’t want to open the curtains to be in plain view of others. The reception people were fantastic & helpful..

It’s basically like a student dorm, no AC. If you open the window it’s extremely noisy, unbearable. On bathroom floor there are ants, the place could ruin your vacation.

Hemos estado 2 noches, el lugar es bonito, con vistas al puerto, la habitación cumple con lo que se ve en fotos, limpio, silencioso y cómodo, todo está bastante nuevo. La recepción Genial, tengo que agradecer a Sara por su amabilidad y preocupación por que nos encontráramos como en casa y encima habla castellano y catalán. Gracias Sara. Por poner un pero, pero no es culpa del establecimiento, yo pondría una parada de autobús más próxima, pero creo que se acabará poniendo.

The room that we were given was covered in mosquitoes in bed linen etc when asked for room to be cleaned or moved we were told they were unable to due to being fully booked I would not recommend this hotel to anyone customer services was absolutely disgusting

l'emplacement de cette résidence n'est pas pratique du au fait que il n'y a pas de transport en commun pour s'y rendre facilement. Ensuite l'environnement est bruyant et peu agréable du a la présence d'une usine de traitement pétrochimique

Purtroppo nonostante la struttura sia nuova, si nota l’uso di materiali scadenti che già danno segni di usura. Dallo scarico della doccia, pur essendo al secondo piano, formiche e blatte sul pavimento.
Sconsigliato se vuoi visitare la città di Bordeaux, la struttura si trova a 3km dal centro e il tram più vicino si trova a 1km. Bella la zona del Bacalan che si trova proprio dietro la struttura. Il personale del Montempo è stato molto cordiale ed ha cercato nel possibile di venire in contro alle nostre esigenze. Il primo appartamento aveva un forte odore di pesce/cipolla e la cucina era impregnata di olio di cottura. Il personale ha provveduto a trovare un altro appartamento meno odoroso ma nonostante tutto gli appartamenti sono molto piccoli e non sono provvisti di aria condizionata, solo un piccolo e rumoroso ventilatore. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :) Obwohl es erst schien als läge das Hotel etwas außerhalb, hat uns die Lage sehr gut gefallen - innerhalb von 20 min im Bus ist man im Stadtkern und es liegt an einer schönen Promenade mit vielen Restaurants und Bars (die man aber nicht hört). Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und zur Straße ist es etwas lauter. Alles in allem würden wir das Montempô aber immer wieder besuchen und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

I liked he restaurant selections on the boardwalk, and the closeness to the Cite du Vin museum.. I didn’t like my bed, which was supposed to be a queen, but instead was 2 twins pushed together.. the sheets didn’t fit properly & I woke up each morning sleeping on the bare mattress, as the fitted sheet kept slipping off. I didn’t like my room window facing the inside grass area at ground level, I had no view and didn’t want to open the curtains to be in plain view of others. The reception people were fantastic & helpful..

Hemos estado 2 noches, el lugar es bonito, con vistas al puerto, la habitación cumple con lo que se ve en fotos, limpio, silencioso y cómodo, todo está bastante nuevo. La recepción Genial, tengo que agradecer a Sara por su amabilidad y preocupación por que nos encontráramos como en casa y encima habla castellano y catalán. Gracias Sara. Por poner un pero, pero no es culpa del establecimiento, yo pondría una parada de autobús más próxima, pero creo que se acabará poniendo.

Hôtel que je conseille. Personnel aimable et souriant. Petit déjeuner parfait. Lit très confortable. Le seul problème est de pouvoir se garer sur une place gratuite. Ainsi que le bruit dans la nuit car bars de jeunes à côté (à partir de jeudi).

The property was clean, staff friendly and breakfast good. However the entire building does not have AC. Would have no problem staying there in the winter but it was hard to sleep at all this Summer

Had a nice stay at the hotel. Fo the price it did the job. Friendly staff, clean rooms, just no AC during the heat made difficult to sleep but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

room. was clean but 36° in the room .no aircon. but a pathetic fan trying its best. bed was comfortable. breakfast was minimal the orange jug was filthy. this was an emergency booking. would not choose to stay there by choice.
