Great value stay, the apartment was spacious and outside patio was very nice. Overlooked beautifully kept gardens. The pool is a nice size. Can hire tennis court on site for €15 an hour. Reception staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. A 25 minute walk into town or there is a bus stop named after the hotel two minutes outside of entrance. Fabulous stay, would come back again.

Fantastic stay, even if it was only for 1 night! All the staff are friendly, from gardeners to bar staff. Pool bar very well stocked and reasonably priced. Pool area very clean with plenty of sunbeds. Short walk into the Old Town, or a bus if it gets a bit hot! Offer a very reasonably priced private transfer to/from airport and ferry port. Pictures don’t do this property justice, would 100% recommend to anyone!

Enjoyed our 5 night break at the Folies .Room clean and tidy , everything you needed in the kitchen area. The maid service was really good . Could not have had nicer ladies cleaning our room . Pool area very clean and bar staff friendly . Reception staff very helpful and quick check in on arrival. All in all a Very relaxing stay.

We only stayed for one night before moving on as we were due to arrive into Corfu late - for this purpose the hotel was perfect (or perhaps if you used it as a base to explore the island from). The pool was pleasant and warm and the grounds looked well maintained. Check in was smooth, easy and friendly with the apartment being clean and had good AC. The bathroom isn’t brand new but does it’s job. We didn’t use the kitchen but looked fine. There is a pharmacy, small supermarket l, bakery and coffee shop 2 mins walk away so is very convenient and is also well connected for a few buses. All in all, a good place for pit stop either coming from or going to the airport 👍

Nice and affordable little hotel. Clean & handy, about 25 minutes walk or 8 minutes buss ride from old town. Pool bar was not open, brochure said 24/7. No breakfast. No minibar. Pool was chilling, not heated

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is onsite. We were there in April, off season, so the Bar/restaurant was not open. There's a hot water kettle in the room but no coffee maker. There are good restaurants within walking distance. Good location being in town.

The room was spacious and clean with good self catering facilities. Staff were friendly and nothing too much trouble. Pool area was ok and pool is cleaned by a robot sweeping the floor but there was a tide mark around the water level of the pool wall that could have done with a manual clean to remove. It took about 30-40 minutes to walk into Corfu town but there is a bus that goes outside the hotel. It is a bit far but if you want a pool in lovely grounds and nice apartment at a great price this is the place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

Myself and my partner had such a lovely stay at Folies Apartments :) we had a self catering apartment that overlooked the pond area and it was perfect, it was quiet, we rarely heard other guests. It had a little balcony so we could sit and eat our breakfast outside. It was clean and had everything we needed, we had hired a car and there was lots of parking available. I think we were possibly in the newer apartments as some looked newer than others. Nice pool area to be able to chill. Good choice of restaurants, in walking distance of a shot drive/longer walk into Old Town :) Of course this isnt a 5* resort but for the price we paid we were very very happy and we would stay again in if were ever back in Corfu :)

The hotel does not serve breakfast although it is included in the reservation, when you pay by cash or card the prices change strangely. The floor of the room was still wet when we arrived. the taxis to call are not real taxis the swimming pool is not very clean

The location is close to the airport with several restaurants and a road that makes it easy to get in and out with a car. The place is big and mostly quiet, but close to the airport so you can hear the planes. The room was comfortable and clean, but we had ants in our room. Overall

The reception staff were extremely lovely and helpful. The apartment was clean and tidy but there were areas of poor repair around skirting etc. The fridge turned off one night, defrosted mouldy ice water from the freezer compartment spoiling all the fresh food I left in there. The hotel is quite far away from the main populated areas. Two restaurants nearby were empty the first night, but the pizza place was really good and busy the next. €10 in a taxi into town. The apartments were better suited to Greek holiday makers. As an English woman alone it felt isolating. Although the bar tender was friendly, it was empty most of the time. The pool unfortunately was horrible, dirty water, full of leaves and disrepair of the lining. Extremely uninviting. The gardens were beautiful.

Amazing Apartments Style property enjoyed that surrounding area very to close to everything you need to see. If you like animals this is a great place as the place has a lot of friendly cats. They were adorable. The place has a great atmosphere. The bathrooms need some work as they are mold prone and there is nothing separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom and water goes everywhere.

Our rooms very above expectations, modern, bright and spacious. We stayed in a separate little house, don’t know if the other rooms are the same. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Superb service in the reception. The pool area feels a bit old.

The room was extremely clean and new. It looked newly built. The pool and bar was lovely. Reception was very helpful and the location is close to town and airport (5mins drive!). However they absolutely should tell guests that there are loud roosters and dogs nearby screaming from 4am. Ear plugs will fix this problem, but they definitely should say it up front.

We found the room to be clean and spacious with all of the amenities needed for self catering. Aircon was powerful in the room but unfortunately we found the beds to be uncomfortable and they’d definitely benefit from a decent mattress topper. The hotel offers towel rental at €5 a towel, but they didn’t have any available which was slightly annoying given we were only here for a long weekend. The pool area is clean and there is a bar which is open until around 8pm that serves good quality food and drink. Just outside of the hotel you can catch a bus for €2 Euro to Corfu Old Town which was really convenient. Overall enjoyable stay.

The stay itself was great. Staff very friendly. We stayed here twice, a week apart (with a holiday to Albania in between). We used their eco-friendly private transfer service for 20€ from both the airport and the port. However, on our return trip to the airport, we paid the 20€ private transfer fee, but were bundled into the taxi with 2 other couples, who had also paid 20€. This made the transfer very uncomfortable, in a tight backseat in 36 degree heat… and for 60€! We would have been happy to make the journey shared, if the cost of the transfer was split (20€ between 6). When we provided this feedback to the hotel management (as requested in a departure email), we were completely ignored. Very poor customer service to end what otherwise was a great stay

Really nice convenient hotel. Reception really nice and helpful. Room clean. Room left unlocked by cleaner one day which wasn’t great. Thankfully nothing stolen. The pool bar is seperate to the hotel so you are not allowed your own food and drinks at the pool which wasn’t advertised and quite frustrating. The man at the bar was also quite rude and slammed a sign down next to us saying no food or drink.

Enjoyed our 5 night break at the Folies .Room clean and tidy , everything you needed in the kitchen area. The maid service was really good . Could not have had nicer ladies cleaning our room . Pool area very clean and bar staff friendly . Reception staff very helpful and quick check in on arrival. All in all a Very relaxing stay.

The location is close to the airport with several restaurants and a road that makes it easy to get in and out with a car. The place is big and mostly quiet, but close to the airport so you can hear the planes. The room was comfortable and clean, but we had ants in our room. Overall

Das große Apartment war gemütlich eingerichtet, mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet und sauber. An allen Fenstern waren Fliegengitter und die ganze Anlage war sehr gepflegt. We only stayed for one night before moving on as we were due to arrive into Corfu late - for this purpose the hotel was perfect (or perhaps if you used it as a base to explore the island from). The pool was pleasant and warm and the grounds looked well maintained. Check in was smooth, easy and friendly with the apartment being clean and had good AC. The bathroom isn’t brand new but does it’s job. We didn’t use the kitchen but looked fine. There is a pharmacy, small supermarket l, bakery and coffee shop 2 mins walk away so is very convenient and is also well connected for a few buses. All in all, a good place for pit stop either coming from or going to the airport 👍

The room was spacious and clean with good self catering facilities. Staff were friendly and nothing too much trouble. Pool area was ok and pool is cleaned by a robot sweeping the floor but there was a tide mark around the water level of the pool wall that could have done with a manual clean to remove. It took about 30-40 minutes to walk into Corfu town but there is a bus that goes outside the hotel. It is a bit far but if you want a pool in lovely grounds and nice apartment at a great price this is the place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

Property was better than expected after reading some reviews on trip advisor. Rooms were spacious as were the grounds. Pool bar staff were good although menu was very limited, it must be the only place in Corfu that doesn’t serve pitta and tzatziki and cheese and ham toasties would be a nice option. Water was off on at least one morning without no prior warning which was a bit of a shock as I was halfway through a shave at the time. Bus stop right outside the hotel took you into the centre of Corfu Town in five minutes or so, which was very handy. All in all a pleasant stay in Corfu Town which is centrally located to the island so great location especially if you’re planning on exploring the rest of the island.

We found the room to be clean and spacious with all of the amenities needed for self catering. Aircon was powerful in the room but unfortunately we found the beds to be uncomfortable and they’d definitely benefit from a decent mattress topper. The hotel offers towel rental at €5 a towel, but they didn’t have any available which was slightly annoying given we were only here for a long weekend. The pool area is clean and there is a bar which is open until around 8pm that serves good quality food and drink. Just outside of the hotel you can catch a bus for €2 Euro to Corfu Old Town which was really convenient. Overall enjoyable stay.

We arrived late into Corfu and needed one night layover before getting a ferry over to Albania. Very clean and spacious hotel and room. Great pizza place 1 minute away. Sadly the breakfast was on too late for us to sample.

Myself and my partner had such a lovely stay at Folies Apartments :) we had a self catering apartment that overlooked the pond area and it was perfect, it was quiet, we rarely heard other guests. It had a little balcony so we could sit and eat our breakfast outside. It was clean and had everything we needed, we had hired a car and there was lots of parking available. I think we were possibly in the newer apartments as some looked newer than others. Nice pool area to be able to chill. Good choice of restaurants, in walking distance of a shot drive/longer walk into Old Town :) Of course this isnt a 5* resort but for the price we paid we were very very happy and we would stay again in if were ever back in Corfu :)

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way back from a sailing holiday to split up the trip Great hotel with excellent staff, very helpful and very friendly, location not great but there is a bus stop round the corner takes you direct to Corfu for €2, really easy to use, just click on google maps and it tells you the times. Rooms are very basic but that’s ok, they are clean, food is good and reasonably priced, Only small down side (not hotels fault) are the people that think it’s ok to be very affectionate in the pool, no one wants to see that! All in all very happy and would return (with cold water for some couples lol)

Very easy check in process and the rooms are so cute, didn’t get to use the pool but got a few drinks poolside and the bar was fantastic. The parking was also a big upside for us, but not enough spots for each car. I had to park on the side of the street overnight but it was still safe. The airport being so close by was a little bit of a bummer though since it would be so loud overnight.
