Best hotel to stay if you are going to the embassy to do your paperwork and interview you will be literally around the corner and in front of the clinics and they have a really nice room with a electric stove microwave and a full sized fridge the staff at the hotel super friendly I was impressed with how well they treated you, they have a really good buffet breakfast that is included, they offer you complementary transportation to the airport and if you need to do any shopping at nearby stores, I will highly recommend the hotel they are a 5 stars for me.

They only have one small parking lot in the property that only fits 5 vehicles if there was no more parking You had to walk to pick up your car far away from the hotel in an other parking lot. Would’ve give 5 stars but that the only i did not like.

This hotel is great. Staff is extremely nice. I stayed at a near by hotel and was very unsatisfied so I switched over to Mesa Luna short and long stay. Laundry, Bistro, and Gym on site and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. It’s more expensive than surrounding hotels but it’s worth the money.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Mesaluna for 16 days during his immigration process, a stressful period eased by this exceptional hotel. For security reasons due to its proximity to the consulate, rooms on that side of the building lack windows, but we requested a room with a window and were promptly accommodated. This hotel became our home during a tough time, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Juarez, especially for consulate matters.

Super clean from the moment you walk in! Every staff member we encountered were all nice and very attentive. The parking is very safe and the U.S. Consulate is literally walking distance. & the breakfast is the best (lots of options to choose from) Overall had a wonderful stay here & would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent staff! Very friendly and helpful. Most convenient location in town for embassy appointments. Only issue was a foul odor in our bathroom drain. Staff did offer a change in rooms. Overall, great stay.

La experiencia no fue nada agradable, las sábanas tenían cabellos y al solicitar cambiarlas llevaron otras que también los tenían. Al parecer no controlan a su personal de lavandería en el uso de cofias. La habitación estaba muy encerrada y sin ventilación, muy sofocante.

Overall, our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room didn't have any windows, which made it a bit challenging for a 7-day stay. On the bright side, the breakfast was awesome and the staff was attentive. However, the dinner experience was a different story. We ordered enchiladas, but it took a whopping 2 hours to receive our food, and by the time it arrived, it was cold. We had to ask them to heat it up, and they took the plates back to the kitchen. Hopefully, they can improve on the dinner service in the future.

We stayed over a week in a room with a kitchenette. We think we got very good value. Beware that many rooms do not have exterior windows. We would have been unhappy in one of those. Breakfast was good, both hot and cold foods, and a nice daily benefit. Hotel price v value is very good. We had no car, and CDJ is not a walkable city, but this was about as good a location as one could get for walkability in this part of town. We felt we were on the "right" side of the busy highway for meeting daily life needs. A major shopping center is across the street via pedestrian bridge. A nice full service grocery store is about 1/2 mile away. We walked to it. Having the mini market right next to the hotel is a blessing. A number of eating establishments are close by. Our kitchen could have been better stocked. There was just a frying pan-not a pot or sauce pan, for instance, and very limited utensils. And, not even salt and pepper. We made a trip to Walmart to better fit out the kitchen for our stay. The room was very comfortable and the place is quiet. The hotel laundramat was very easy to use and good. Staff is good and pleasant to deal with. It's a newish and very clean place.

Extrenely horrible experiencia with every contact at these 2 nightmare hotels. Except for the maid personnel, the kitchen staff and night security guard (extrenely gentle people) Nightmare with all 4 receiptionist we had a contact with. They need to be retrained. For Mesaluna everything important is all around making the maximum including selling tacos outside on a vending metal cart. And charging 20 pesos for public restroom outside the Consulate. We will hitting hard where they suffer the most. Money Lord

The rooms were cozy, the property was impeccably clean, and the daily breakfast was fantastic with varied hot options. On-site laundry and a well-equipped gym were lifesavers. The staff was warm, professional, and ensured our safety with 24/7 reception and key-only access. Ideally located directly next door to the U.S. Consulate, it’s perfect for immigration appointments, with two major clinics and a great restaurant across the street. For security reasons due to its proximity to the consulate, rooms on that side of the building lack windows, but we requested a room with a window and were promptly accommodated. This hotel became our home during a tough time, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Juarez, especially for consulate matters.

Best hotel to stay if you are going to the embassy to do your paperwork and interview you will be literally around the corner and in front of the clinics and they have a really nice room with a electric stove microwave and a full sized fridge the staff at the hotel super friendly I was impressed with how well they treated you, they have a really good buffet breakfast that is included, they offer you complementary transportation to the airport and if you need to do any shopping at nearby stores, I will highly recommend the hotel they are a 5 stars for me.

Hotel is literally next to the US consulate. Staff is really friendly. More importantly water does not stink!! Food is good too. Will definitely be coming back. Liverpool mall is across the street. We felt safe here.

Si vas a un tramite al Consulado es el mejor lugar para quedarte, esta enfrente de la clinica donde hacen el examen medico, enseguida del Consulado de USA y a menos de 2 cuadras del CAS. todo el personal es super amable y los cuartos estan super bien equipados.

Overall, our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room didn't have any windows, which made it a bit challenging for a 7-day stay. On the bright side, the breakfast was awesome and the staff was attentive. However, the dinner experience was a different story. We ordered enchiladas, but it took a whopping 2 hours to receive our food, and by the time it arrived, it was cold. We had to ask them to heat it up, and they took the plates back to the kitchen. Hopefully, they can improve on the dinner service in the future.

Fantastic place to stay for consulate business. Friendly, clean, staff is helpful and kind, and the location is super convenient. Definitely go for the breakfast option! It really is a fantastic deal. Only issue we had during our stay is the way ridiculous time wait for food from the restaurant. Wait time from an hour up to hour and a half for simple food choices.

Perfect place to stay if you have appointments at the consulate. Clean and comfortable beds. Only negative to mention is that several of the rooms do not have windows. The sister hotel, also called the Mesaluna, has a pool that you have access to. Both are great properties and BOTH easily walkable to the consulate.

Excelente experiencia en Mesa Luna Short and Long Stay, fue la mejor decisión que pude tomar. El personal fue siempre muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, me llevaron varias veces a Walmart y el día que ya me iba me llevaron al Aeropuerto todo sin costo. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas. El kitchenette es un gran beneficio, ya que te permite preparar alimentos y hacer la estancia mucho más práctica, especialmente si te quedas varios días, yo me quedé 7 días 6 noches. Además, el área de lavandería es muy útil, limpia y conveniente para quienes viajan por periodos largos. Sin duda, es un lugar muy recomendable por la comodidad, la limpieza y la excelente atención. Y todo a pasos, el Consulado queda a literal al lado a pasos caminando, igual las clínicas médicas cruzando a pasos… excelente todo 100/100
