The elevators were down and we were on the third floor

You have to walk to the front desk to get your towels . When we first entered the room it had a weird smell to where you couldn’t breathe . I was on the 2nd floor . The swimming pool might be the only good thing about it . Ice machine only on 1st floor

Horrible. I want a refund

I had an extremely disappointing stay and will never return to this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was unacceptable. One employee we interacted with was very rude and dismissive, which set the tone for the entire visit. To make matters worse, the elevators were not working, creating an unnecessary inconvenience for guests. When we finally reached our room, we discovered the key would not work. Staff had to physically remove the core from the door just to let us inside and told us they wouldn’t be able to fix the key until the next morning. That alone was frustrating, but the condition of the room made things even worse. The room clearly had not been cleaned. There was hair and stains on the bedding and lining, visible dirt in multiple places, and trash left in the trash can. The bathroom was filthy and poorly stocked - there was only one set of towels and no hand soap at all. On top of that, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance made this stay unacceptable. Between the broken elevators, the door issue, the rude staff interaction (except the two night attendees, they were very apologetic), and the extremely dirty room, this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would strongly caution others before booking here.
