Beautiful hotel in perfect location near the town beach. Lovely set up with Palmito restaurant across the road for breakfast. An absolute gem in Biarritz for those wanting to experience the best of what the city has to offer. We will be back for more surf, more food and a lovely hotel to stay in

Très bon séjour, nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue gratuitement car c’était un jour férié Mais il existe un Parking payant un peu plus loin. La chambre est confortable, mais le gros Point fort C’est le restaurant associé : Nous y avons mangé le soir, et c’était très bon, Le petit déjeuner Et au-dessus de ce qu’on peut attendre d’u trois étoiles ( Cuisine fait maison, Locale, Même du bio, Des produits de qualité) PS: La ligne directe pour appeler la mer, Quelle bonne idée !

Hotel location is excellent right in the center. For that reason though you need to park away from it and roll your luggage. In the summer this is quite a challenge especially between 12 and 6 pm as parkings are small and packed The actual rooms are tiny with minimal space, staff is not particularly friendly or helpful, walls and ceiling are very thin so you just hope for quiet neighbours.

Beautiful hotel right in the center of Biarritz, 1 min walk to the beach. Loved the decor, room was very comfortable and quiet. Great restaurant and bar opposite which is also part of the hotel. Highly recommended!

Schönes modernes Hotel, mitten in der Stadt. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und auch verschiedene Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar. Leider gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit und die Parkhäuser in der Umgebung sind recht teuer, dass sollte man bei einem Besuch mit dem Auto im Hinterkopf behalten.

A charming hotel in the old town of Biarritz and well located. It's in a pedestrian street so taxis set down / pick up in the nearby square and it's an easy walk from there. Hotel lobby is just a corridor. The rooms (recently refurbished) we were allocated were large and quiet - at the rear of the property. The tropical decor is interesting if misplaced in Biarritz. Bedrooms had very comfortable beds but valances need replacing. Furniture is modern and sufficient although bedside tables and lighting could be improved. The "design feature holes" in the cupboarding were a bit of a hazard - knobs would be less so ! Bathrooms spotlessly clean. Breakfast self service in the hotel's café is at street level and is open to the general hungry public. However, never a problem in being seated and the buffet is very well presented and delicious. Staff efficient, friendly and helpful. Speaking French is an asset !

The hotel is also connected to a restaurant/tiki bar (awesome!) across the street, and a café below/adjacent to hotel. Well organized & run. Previous reviews warned us that the bar made the room too noisy, and it was somewhat, but not terrible. The staff were all young, but super helpful & sweet. Room was clean. Great location. Plenty of walkable restaurants around. Coastline & town --beautiful. More touristy than I imagined. Parking a car-- we parked in nearby parking garage Sainte Eugénie, which worked well, for 25€ per day

Loved the location and the general decor. Some of our towels were stained - they were clean but stained with old makeup or fake tan. We were not supplied with enough toilet roll; there was no water jug/bottle - this was mentioned to reception who advised us that all rooms were provided with one. That may be the case, but there wasn't one in our room. He did offer to get one for us if we 'couldn't find it' but the reason we mentioned it was because there wasn't one there! There were two of us in the room but only provided with one door key - which was awkward when coming in and out at different times and needing the key for the lights to function as well as gain entry to the hotel after a certain time in the evening. We were issued with a second key when we requested it but usually hotels provide each guest with a key to avoid this problem. The staff were very pleasant and I would recommend the hotel for anyone staying in Biarritz for a night or two.

Pros: Excellent location, very walkable to shops and restaurants, very close to the ocean. The location is a 10/10. Front desk staff were nice. Cons: Very noisy, was hard to get a full nights sleep in due to hearing all the noise from the people’s rooms above us. Also, cleanliness was disappointing. Old hair was found on the walls and drain in the shower and also the sheets in the bed. Very dusty. All of the bathroom towels and bedsheets smelled like mildew. At night the HVAC AC system picked up the cigarette smoke outside and our room smelled like smoke. Based on our experience we probably wouldn’t want to stay here again for the Cons reasons, especially since we did pay a lot and there were many other hotels nearby that could suit our overall cleanliness and noise levels needs more.

No estuvo tan limpio como me gustaría. Había pelo pegado en la regadera de las personas que estuvieron antes. La cama bastante incómoda y chica si son 2 personas. Las almohadas huelen mal. MUCHO ruido. No es un sitio donde te quieres hospedar si tienes el sueño ligero. Se escuchan las voces y los pasos de los huéspedes del cuarto de arriba y el techo cruje muchísimo. 2 noches que no pude descansar para nada, desafortunadamente. El desayuno está bien.

The room is a decent size however the shower had black mold on the lower portion of the tiled shower walls. Then there was that huge rainfall shower which gives off so much water that the drain couldn't handle the overflow. It was always leaking into the rest of the bathroom floor. But check in was a breeze, Laureen was fantastic. She gave us excellent dining options as well as options available at the hotel. I had a problem with the booking as we soon discovered that there was no refrigerator in the room when the listing in Expedia showed that all their rooms supposedly had them. Luckily Laureen came to the rescue to save the day. She also changed the property listing with Expedia, I hope. Merci beaucoup Laureen! Hotel was very near the beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay. Yes, I will stay here again hopefully the grout situation has been resolved.

Hotel carino ma con parecchie cose che non tornano. La stanza era minuscola e affacciava su un cavedio buio, quindi niente luce né vista. Il letto era piccolo (140 cm) e il materasso aveva una conca centrale, scomodissimo. In bagno mancava la crema idratante e non c’erano teli di cortesia per il mare, cosa che in una località balneare uno si aspetta. La colazione, pur servita nel loro bel caffè aperto al pubblico, era molto basic: niente piatti caldi, solo l’essenziale. E l’ultimo giorno abbiamo avuto una piccola intossicazione alimentare con qualcosa mangiato lì. Inoltre, il penultimo giorno si sono proprio dimenticati di rifare la stanza. Per dormire serve fortuna: si sentono i bassi della musica da qualche locale vicino fino a ben oltre mezzanotte. Un vero peccato, perché lo staff è stato davvero gentile, sempre disponibile e ci hanno anche fatto uno sconto sulla colazione. Ma in generale, esperienza deludente.

Perfekt beliggenhet, veldig sentralt, men også dessverre en del bråk fra restauranter og barer i gaten under. Fin innredning på rommet, fint bad men uten baderomsartikler. Bra aircondition, og romslig klesskap, men alt for hard seng. Vi begge fikk vondt i rygg og skuldre av 3 netter her og gledet oss til å sjekke ut av den grunn. Ellers trivdes vi svært godt i Biarritz og var veldig fornøyd med lokalisasjonen for hotellet. Personalet var hyggelige og behjelpelige. Frokosten var ikke verdt 15 euro, kan heller anbefale små kafeer lengre oppe i gaten som Margaret, som hadde både gode baguetter og kaffe.
Perfekt beliggenhet, veldig sentralt, men også dessverre en del bråk fra restauranter og barer i gaten under. Fin innredning på rommet, fint bad men uten baderomsartikler. Frokosten var ikke verdt 15 euro, kan heller anbefale små kafeer lengre oppe i gaten som Margaret, som hadde både gode baguetter og kaffe.

J'ai ADORÉ loger au Palmito! J'ai tout aimé et si je reviens à Biarritz je logerai à nouveau ! Je recommande sans hésitation. Le personnel est ultra sympathique, courtois, souriant et serviable ! Hotel location is excellent right in the center. For that reason though you need to park away from it and roll your luggage. In the summer this is quite a challenge especially between 12 and 6 pm as parkings are small and packed The actual rooms are tiny with minimal space, staff is not particularly friendly or helpful, walls and ceiling are very thin so you just hope for quiet neighbours.

Wonderful property with helpful workers. I had a brief issue with being double-charged, but they got that fixed quickly. The area is lovely: Port-Vieux is covered in restaurants and shops and is inaccessible to cars, so it's a very popular pedestrian spot. Unfortunately, this makes it a less than optimal choice for morning people, as the food market across the street does not close until midnight and plays loud music until then which is clearly audible through the windows. The crowds do not disperse until about 1am. If you have a 9am engagement the next day, you will be suffering.

The room is a decent size however the shower had black mold on the lower portion of the tiled shower walls. Then there was that huge rainfall shower which gives off so much water that the drain couldn't handle the overflow. It was always leaking into the rest of the bathroom floor. But check in was a breeze, Laureen was fantastic. She gave us excellent dining options as well as options available at the hotel. I had a problem with the booking as we soon discovered that there was no refrigerator in the room when the listing in Expedia showed that all their rooms supposedly had them. Luckily Laureen came to the rescue to save the day. She also changed the property listing with Expedia, I hope. Merci beaucoup Laureen! Hotel was very near the beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay. Yes, I will stay here again hopefully the grout situation has been resolved.

We wanted to send a quick note to mention that Elliott’s and Loraine’s help with getting our room earlier, making it easy with the luggage and late check out - all of this made the vacation in Biaritz extremely amazing. The Palmito suite with the terrace also made a difference - we C spent time in warm weather reading, having a glass of wine, enjoying morning coffee. Friendly staff made us feel always welcome.

Schönes modernes Hotel, mitten in der Stadt. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und auch verschiedene Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar. Leider gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit und die Parkhäuser in der Umgebung sind recht teuer, dass sollte man bei einem Besuch mit dem Auto im Hinterkopf behalten.

Hotel carino ma con parecchie cose che non tornano. La stanza era minuscola e affacciava su un cavedio buio, quindi niente luce né vista. Il letto era piccolo (140 cm) e il materasso aveva una conca centrale, scomodissimo. In bagno mancava la crema idratante e non c’erano teli di cortesia per il mare, cosa che in una località balneare uno si aspetta. La colazione, pur servita nel loro bel caffè aperto al pubblico, era molto basic: niente piatti caldi, solo l’essenziale. E l’ultimo giorno abbiamo avuto una piccola intossicazione alimentare con qualcosa mangiato lì. Inoltre, il penultimo giorno si sono proprio dimenticati di rifare la stanza. Per dormire serve fortuna: si sentono i bassi della musica da qualche locale vicino fino a ben oltre mezzanotte. Un vero peccato, perché lo staff è stato davvero gentile, sempre disponibile e ci hanno anche fatto uno sconto sulla colazione. Ma in generale, esperienza deludente.

Très bon séjour, nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue gratuitement car c’était un jour férié Mais il existe un Parking payant un peu plus loin. La chambre est confortable, mais le gros Point fort C’est le restaurant associé : Nous y avons mangé le soir, et c’était très bon, Le petit déjeuner Et au-dessus de ce qu’on peut attendre d’u trois étoiles ( Cuisine fait maison, Locale, Même du bio, Des produits de qualité) PS: La ligne directe pour appeler la mer, Quelle bonne idée !

Excellent séjour calme dans un magnifique hôtel au cadre typiquement « îles du Pacifique » avec un personnel tellement gentil et accueillant. Une belle chambre avec une bonne literie, une vue partielle en direction de l’océan et une belle salle de bain aux tons chaleureux. Pour le matin, c’était un excellent petit déjeuner dans une magnifique salle à manger où là encore nous sommes transportés en Polynésie.
Excellent séjour calme dans un magnifique hôtel au cadre typiquement « îles du Pacifique » avec un personnel tellement gentil et accueillant. Une belle chambre avec une bonne literie, une vue partielle en direction de l’océan et une belle salle de bain aux tons chaleureux. Pour le matin, c’était un excellent petit déjeuner dans une magnifique salle à manger où là encore nous sommes transportés en Polynésie.

A charming hotel in the old town of Biarritz and well located. It's in a pedestrian street so taxis set down / pick up in the nearby square and it's an easy walk from there. Hotel lobby is just a corridor. The rooms (recently refurbished) we were allocated were large and quiet - at the rear of the property. The tropical decor is interesting if misplaced in Biarritz. Bedrooms had very comfortable beds but valances need replacing. Furniture is modern and sufficient although bedside tables and lighting could be improved. The "design feature holes" in the cupboarding were a bit of a hazard - knobs would be less so ! Bathrooms spotlessly clean. Breakfast self service in the hotel's café is at street level and is open to the general hungry public. However, never a problem in being seated and the buffet is very well presented and delicious. Staff efficient, friendly and helpful. Speaking French is an asset !

Excellent accueil, hotel très propre avec une tres bonne odeur. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux. L'hôtel est très bien placé à quelques pas du rocher de la vierge, de la plage et du centre.

The hotel is also connected to a restaurant/tiki bar (awesome!) across the street, and a café below/adjacent to hotel. Well organized & run. Previous reviews warned us that the bar made the room too noisy, and it was somewhat, but not terrible. The staff were all young, but super helpful & sweet. Room was clean. Great location. Plenty of walkable restaurants around. Coastline & town --beautiful. More touristy than I imagined. Parking a car-- we parked in nearby parking garage Sainte Eugénie, which worked well, for 25€ per day

Very loud neighbourhood with the bar in front playing music until very late. We also got woken up by people coming back from night out yelling in the street at 6-7am or by the truck doing the refill for the bar in front on numerous occasions. The room is not soundproof at all you feel like you’re on the street.
