Pullman Sydney Penrith

Had an amazing stay at the Pullman Hotel! The staff were welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable. Excellent facilities and a perfect location made it even better. Highly recommend!

Arrive late in the evening after a very long day. The reception staff were courteous and very accommodating. The hotel is very modern and well kept, with excellent facilities and very comfortable bedding. The location is great with the Panthers Leagues Club and Ifly entertainment directly across the road. There are plenty of places to eat within a 5min walk. Only negative was price of buffet breakfast, travelling with teenagers made it a bit too expensive so can’t comment on the quality.

Great property, lovely staff, clean rooms lots of parking and it’s free and so close to panthers basically inside it. Downside is we have stayed at this property four times and each time it’s almost impossible to sit at the cocktail bar in the evening (we have only stayed weekdays never weekends and it’s hard then - I can’t imagine what it’s like on weekends.

Didn't dine in for breakfast as it wasn't included in the room rate. Free on-site parking garage was an excellent feature and provides great value to those with a car. Public transportation was very good and could reach Sydney Harbor by train from the station not far from the hotel. The reception staff were warm and friendly. Overall, a nice stay.

Very comfortable bed and parking is complimentary. Unfortunately no pool on the property so not somewhere I would not stay with my kids for a few days or more. Food and drinks expensive.

The Pullman at Penrith was new, sleek and very comfortable, the bar was also a nice place for a pre-dinner drink.

Good free parking under hotel, we were towing a small trailer, it couldn’t have been any easier to park. Will definitely stay again when back in town.

Firstly, the booking process itself was misleading and left a sour taste in my mouth. I made the reservation through Expedia, where the price was listed at $330. Little did I know, this was in USD, and upon arrival, I was slapped with a bill of nearly $700 AUD. Such a steep price for a hotel in Penrith is absolutely outrageous and felt like a complete rip-off. Moreover, the lack of basic amenities was disappointing. For a hotel of this caliber, one would expect at least a laundry service on-site. However, to my dismay, there was none, let alone an overnight laundry option. Additionally, the absence of a pool was quite baffling, especially considering it's a standard feature in most hotels nowadays. The bar was another letdown. It was minuscule in size and could barely accommodate more than half a dozen people comfortably. This made socializing or even enjoying a quiet drink after a long day's work nearly impossible. To top it off, the service was abysmal. One morning, I decided to grab a coffee from the café when it was relatively quiet. However, I was shocked to hear that it would take 15 minutes for a simple cup of coffee. There was no one else in the café, so the excuse of being busy simply didn't hold water. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. Lastly, the staff's demeanor left much to be desired. They came across as rude and indifferent, showing little regard for guests' comfort or satisfaction.

Our room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It was also very quiet despite being on a busy road. The restaurant was closed (Sunday night) but the cafe was a delightful spot to have a light meal and glass of wine. The hotel was easy to find and parking was located close to lifts.

Awesome hotel with super friendly staff, free parking and very clean. I arrived at 10.30am direct from my 23 hour flight from London. I was greeted with a smile and they also allowed me to check in to my room immediately. Not only a great welcome to the hotel but also to Australia!

Loved staying here! Everything was really clean and staff were lovely.

staying 2 nights after 1st night at 4pm second day they had not serviced the room and if we had not called the desk it would not have happened

New hotel with large clean rooms. Good undercover parking and close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Room service was very hit-and-miss. We stayed for 8 nights, and the tea and coffee were rarely replaced & when it was we were only provided with two satchets per day. On one day the rubbish wasn't emptied, and the pillow left without a slip. On another occasion we were left with only one towel. Overall a very comfortable stay, just disappointed with the room servicing.

Super clean and comfortable rooms. Amenities are brand new. Highly recommend.

Very clean, modern and spacious

The hotel was fully booked and there were too few cleaners to reach all the rooms in a day. I stayed 2 nights and had no cleaning or change of towels. The first day I ran out of tissues as no tissues had been refreshed. I had half a roll of toilet paper with no new rolls and hence had to ask for more toilet paper. Another couple were complaining at the same time that their room had no additional supplies of essentials such as toilet paper. The Wi-Fi was very poor in the room.

Staff cleaned very well but sometimes needed to be reminded to replenish coffee pods. The second to the last day of our stay, they removed our bedroom slippers! Also, the hotel could do better with providing bidets in their toilets but other than these, everything was perfect 👌 quiet and clean place, courteous staff...

Clean rooms, nice atmosphere. The superior room had 2 double beds which were ok but didn't leave much space in the room. The glass bathroom door does not provide privacy while sitting on the loo or in the shower, so it's not appropriate when sharing the room with tennagers or other companions. Room was not ready when I arrived at 5pm and I had to wait with a crying baby for over 25 minutes. Then there was another persons food in the room and no basic tea bags.

Great rooms, very clean and well presented. Bed was really comfortable and rooms are soundproofed, we didn’t hear anyone walking the corridor. Johnathon on reception was welcoming, informative and friendly. Bar staff were friendly and reception staff were welcoming.

Love the single sink in the bathroom as it allowed space for our toiletries. The room was a great size and we are highly likely to book again when staying in Penrith.

Excellent staff, beautiful property, good breakfast buffet and superb espresso maker in the room. Nice beds. Great pillows.

Great service, clean spacious room with a comfortable bed and plenty of good food and beverage options.

Good location to Penrith panthers club for dining and entertainment plus outback steak house, hogs breath restaurant and krispy cream donuts. Good size rooms with crisp clean bed linen. Not a fan of the glass bathroom doors. Booked a room for 4 but only had 3 towels and 2 bottles of water. Easy to call up and ask for more but shouldn't have to.

We came to visit sick dad and we were just looking for accommodation near the hospital. We were totally blown away by amazing hospitality at Pullman Penrith. The property is new, staff very friendly and helpful. There's a Restuarant, cafe and bar onsite which are really good. Front desk manager Georgia, bartender Hem and Marcel staff Vee to name a few were amazing. We are thankful to everyone for making our stay great under thecircumstances. Highly recommend Pullman.

Unfortunately the breakfast is only buffet, which i wasn't interested on. I waited for 1 hr for the coffee shop to open at 7am. The lady at the counter saw me waiting. When I tried to purchase some food at 6:54, she mentioned she wasn't ready and I needed to wait until 7am.

The hotel was immaculate but it is the staff i would like to hive a 5 star review for. I expect travelling to not always go as planned and i am used to delays and other travel problems. This particular trip however was a travel nightmare and by the time I arrived at 11pm with a 2 year old I was exhausted ( not so much the 2 year old,):) The staff could not be more pleasant or helpful. After a very difficult day their help and kindness was exactly what we needed to change the course of our day. Thank you Kind regards Clare

Absolutely Amazing, this is the second year we have been to stay. The breakfast was delicious and two days in a row different choices. The staff on reception both check in and check out were exceptional. Thanks 😉

This our fourth stay at the Pullman Sydney Penrith. This is now our 1st choice when visiting family and friends in the area. It is convenient, has a lovely cafe and restaurant and well situated. The staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

A beautiful new hotel. The staff here are just amazing. So helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was the nicest I have ever had. Plenty of variety and very fresh and flavorful. Parking was simple and convenient

Very nice place to stay. Comfortable and clean. Would stay again but will not add the buffet breakfast, very average for the cost plus I don’t think the chef knows how to properly cook bacon and eggs.

Great place to stay. Straight across the road from the Penrith Panthers League club and oval. Lovely breakfast. Staff were friendly. Katie in the breakfast area was helpful and remembered our names the next day.
