Absolutely disgusting hotel - avoid at all costs. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There were stains all over the walls and bedsheets, and the bathroom was absolutely filthy, with stains everywhere and fixtures literally falling apart. The room felt dirty, neglected, and completely unacceptable for a paying guest. To make matters worse, the entire property is advertised as non-smoking, yet our room reeked of cigarette smoke. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, the response was essentially, “We’re fully booked, so there’s nothing we can do.” There wasn’t even a manager available to address the situation. Apparently, guests are just expected to put up with disgusting conditions without any meaningful assistance or accountability. And if that wasn’t enough, there was no breakfast available because, according to the staff, their shipment never arrived. How is a hotel unable to provide something as basic as breakfast because it failed to receive its supplies? Guests shouldn’t have to deal with the consequences of the hotel’s poor planning and lack of preparation. The combination of filthy rooms, cigarette smoke in a supposedly non-smoking property, broken bathroom fixtures, dismissive customer service, and a missing breakfast is absolutely unacceptable.

The hotel was next to a Pilot truck stop, The water pressure was so weak that it was impossible to take a shower. It was very noisy. The breakfast was a joke. At 7:45 the selection was almost depleted so obviously they did not plan very well. It needed a lot of TLC because it was shopworn. I definitely would advise anyone to drive the extra miles to Flagstaff.
